You don’t even need to actually make a statement that could be interpreted as hateful, simply raising the suspicion that you might at some point make a hateful statement is enough for legal action to be taken against you.
What qualifies as hate speech is subject to interpretation and is often totally political. For example, it has long been argued (including by former Conservative PM Stephen Harper) that criticism of the state of Israel is anti-Semitism, while a message as benign as “It’s OK to be white” is considered white nationalist hate speech.

I find it amazing that Servando Gonzalez’s book “The Nuclear Hoax – Kennedy, Khruschev, Castro and The Cuban Missile Crisis” is not read more widely. It’s been out five years and a very good read. For Gonzalez, in this limited usage of “nuclear hoax”, he argues the missiles cases were empty, and Khruschev was very weary of Castro; Kruschev’s son verifies his father’s distrust of Castro. I read that and many articles claiming that Castro was Justin’s father. It has been a meme for at least a decade. Pierre Trudeau’s sexual orientation was the object of ridicule for decades. If you do an internet search for visual comparisons between Pierre and Justin Trudeau for age and type of photograph, it’s obvious that they are father and son. Pierre Trudeau was one of the most despised politicians Canada ever produced and he was followed relentlessly after becoming leader of the Liberal Party. After marrying Margaret he became a media sensation and he never went anywhere without the press on hot pursuit.
I’ve read all about Pierre Trudeau going to Cuba and kissing Cantro’s behind. No, Castro was not the father, try to find color photographs of similar quality at comparable ages. Castro was much darker and Justin is too light skinned to be Castro’s son. Justin is too feminine and his face would be broader especially since his mother’s face is wide. I have no stance on who Justin’s real father is. The photographic evidence shows that it could be Castro. In the article you provided link to, there is a picture of young Castro and young Justin. Castro’s eyes are brown, Justin’s eyes are blue or bluish. The following is what I learned in biology course a long time ago, and correct me if I’m wrong, I’m not trying to be an expert on the subject; In nature, when it comes to eye colour, brown colour is domineering, blue is not. When two people, one with brown eyes and the other with blue eyes have a child, the child would not have blue eyes, it would have brown eyes. I have observed this in all children, I’ve seen, between Filipinas, all brown eyes, and White men, with blue eyes. Their children have brown eyes. If that is true, how Castro could be Justin’s father?

You will see that if one parent has blue eyes and the other has brown, the likelihood of the baby having blue eyes is 50%.

@Carmine. That’s just wrong. My dad had blue eyes and my mum had brown eyes. My sister and I have green eyes.
This is the difference between genotype and phenotype. A brown eyed person may carry blue and brown eyed genes and mate with a blue eyed person who has blue eyed genes. A brown/blue gene combination will give brown eyed children while blue/blue will give blue. I think I’m correct in saying blue is known as recessive gene.
The genes for red hair are also recessive. Very occasionally you may see a Black person with red hair. This is possibly because of the “red hair” gene being inherited from parents with White ancestors. And while you may find New World Blacks occasionally with green/blue eyes – due to the recessive genes inherited from white ancestors – I imagine full bloodied African very very rarely have White phenotypical features.
The example of Filipino children of mixed parentage is interesting. If they were to mix with others like them, statistically you would expect three brown eyed children: two with double brown genes, one with brown/blue AND one blue eyed child with a blue/blue combination. I think I’m right in saying that while three children share a phenotype (appearance) – that is brown eyes – only two share the same genotype (invisible) characteristics with respect to gene distribution.
