The UK Government has announced plans to construct a facility to manufacture new animal vaccines from start to finish in one hundred days. The announcement was made by a press release on 12 June, the day after the G7 meeting opened in Cornwall. “To stop new animal-borne diseases before they put people at risk, the UK will establish a UK Animal Vaccine Manufacturing and Innovation Centre at The Pirbright Institute in Surrey”, the press release states. On funding, it states:
The UK has contributed £10 million of funding for centre, which will establish the UK as world leader in the rapidly growing field of novel livestock vaccine development capability. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation will provide £14.5m to establish the centre, building on its current investments in vaccines for livestock and zoonotic diseases at The Pirbright Institute.
The press release was titled ‘G7 leaders to agree landmark global health declaration: 12 June 2021’, and subtitled: ‘G7 leaders will commit to using all their resources to prevent a global pandemic from ever happening again when they meet in Cornwall today’. Much of the press release concerned the Carbis Bay Declaration, which was about to be approved by the G7 meeting the same day. The text upon which the Carbis Bay Declaration was based was produced by the Pandemic Preparedness Partnership, whose report, ‘100 Days Mission to Respond to Future Pandemic Threats’, was linked to in the British press release. It explains, “In this report we refer to ‘programmable’ technologies to denote the transformative impact of new technology platforms and approaches, like mRNA, which allow scientists to rapidly amend medical tools to respond to a specific pathogen”. In other words: It’s mRNA, but the press release referred to it as “ ‘programmable’ antiviral platforms”.
An announcement appeared also on the Pirbright Institute’s website on the same day. It stated:
A landmark global health declaration by G7 leaders, which was agreed at the G7 meeting in Carbis Bay, includes a commitment to ensure that the global devastation caused by COVID-19 is never repeated and the creation of a new centre to develop vaccines to prevent zoonotic diseases that spread from animals to humans. The new £40m UK Animal Vaccine Manufacturing and Innovation Centre, funded by Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office, Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC) and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), will be established at The Pirbright Institute campus in Surrey, UK.
The full text of the Carbis Bay report appeared on the Whitehouse website, with British spelling, though there was no mention of Pirbright, mRNA or ‘programmable technologies’.
The gorilla and the meerkat
The previous day we had been treated to television images of Boris Johnson and Joe Biden making their way to the G7 Summit in St Ives, Cornwall. Boris was walking with the gait of a gorilla and Joey was looking like a meerkat. The G7 is a meeting of the political bestiary; it is not a medical conference, or even one organised by the World Health Organisation; it’s a conference of leaders of the seven richest nations of the ‘international community’, as decided by the IMF. Did the decision to involve the Pirbright Institute go through Parliament? Was it taken by a Cabinet meeting? I see no evidence of that. The Pirbright decision seems to have been a decision taken by the gorilla and the meerkat, or by their keepers at the IMF.
So what is the Pandemic Preparedness Partnership, which allegedly prepared the report for the G7 meeting? On 20 April 2021 the government issued a press release in English and Hindi, saying, “The Government will launch a new Pandemic Preparedness Partnership (PPP) to save lives from future diseases and prevent another global pandemic”. They give a list of 20 members, led by Sir Patrick Vallance, the UK Government Chief Scientific Advisor. The others represent mainly known interested parties. I found nothing in Hansard, so it looks as if none of this had gone through Parliament.
Such an announcement must surely have been planned following detailed discussion with those in charge of the Pirbright Institute, before they could be publicly committed. So who are they? In my report ‘The Crown’s Viral Power Grab’ of 26 March 2020 I wrote:
The team at Americans For Innovation continued this research, discovering a network of companies and societies. The Pirbright Institute takes its name from Baron Pirbright, who purchased the land, having inherited the money in 1893. Today that land houses Ministry of Defence facilities associated with British Defence Evaluation and Research Agency (DERA), including The Pirbright Institute, essentially controlled by the Wellcome Trust, and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation – two key funders of the Pirbright Institute – along with U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), and Cobbett Hill Earthstation, that are both adjacent to the Army Training Centre – Pirbright land acquired by the Army in about 1875. Just south of Pirbright is QinetiQ Group Plc, which, they found has a 20% holding by The Crown, who also holds a ‘golden share’, which gives The Crown effective control. QinetiQ brought together the various technical projects.
The relationship between Pirbright Institute and QinetiQ is an obvious one to query, because of the umbrella nature of QinetiQ, their geographical proximity, and the fact that they both have strong ties to the military, though of course there may be no direct relationship. I also refered to a US patent titled ‘Coronavirus’, filed on July 23, 2015, and published on 20 November, 2018 by The Pirbright Institute. This at least demonstrates that the Pirbright Institute were involvid in that area of work during that period, and indicates their intention to continue to be involved in the future. This is a curious patent, in that the title is so all-embracing. You simply cannot take out a patent for a naturally occurring substance. They say that the invention “provides a live, attenuated coronavirus”, which may be used as a vaccine. Patent titles should be specific, not all-embracing. That looks like a drinks company patenting ‘Water’. Perhaps this patent does indeed provide the basis of a vaccine against coronavirus, but coronaviruses range from the very mild to the lethal anyway, so why is a new invention required to provide a weak one. Maybe the answer to this is easy for a microbiologist, but shouldn’t this be expressed in the title of the patent?
I also wrote in the same report:
I see that in September 2007 the Pirbright Institute was implicated in an outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease in Egham, ten miles away, according to a BBC report. The same report states, “The Pirbright facility, near Guildford, is shared by two occupants – the government’s Institute for Animal Health (IAH) and Merial Animal Health”. Americans for Innovation state: “We have shown that just a four-hour drive from Wuhan is Nanchang and the Merial Animal Health Institute manufacturing vaccines for The Pirbright Institute. The decision by The Pirbright Institute (Wellcome Trust) to move their Merial Health vaccine manufacturing plant offsite was taken after a virulent foot and mouth outbreak at their Merial plant”. So they just transferred the problem from England to China!
That was not the only occasion in which the Pirbright Institute was implicated in a lab leak. In 2014, according to the BBC, the Pirbright Institute was fined after another leak of Foot-and-Mouth disease. According to The Guardian in December 2014: “Reports obtained by the Guardian from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) reveal that more than 70 incidents at government, university and hospital labs were serious enough to investigate. Many led to enforcement letters, or crown prohibition notices (CPN), ordering labs to shut until improvements were made. Some were so serious they ended in legal action”. The Guardian article also stated:
Some of the most worrisome incidents happened at the Surrey-based Animal Health and Veterinary Laboratories Agency (AHVLA), renamed the Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) in October. In one case, scientists were handling anthrax when something went badly wrong. They meant to send harmless samples, killed by heat, to nearby AHVLA labs and others in York and Belfast. But somehow the tubes got mixed up. Instead of sending out dead material, the anthrax they sent was live and dangerous. …
The anthrax incident at the AHVLA happened in May 2012 and drew an immediate CPN. That shut the lab so no more live anthrax could be sent out. The timing was ironic. The government had spent months stockpiling anthrax vaccines in case terrorists released the bug at the London Olympics. Now one of their own labs had put people at risk. …
The HSE documents reveal that one high-security lab, the Pirbright Institute (formerly the Institute for Animal Health), has been handed eight enforcement letters since April 2010.
CHINA Virus?
We have recently been hearing constantly about the ‘China virus’, as Donald Trump named it. There have been acres of newsprint published on this, and we’ve been hearing about it incessantly on the broadcast media. This represents the idea that the virus escaped from a lab in China. The universal assumption seems to have been that if the virus did originate from a lab leak, then the one and only possibility would be the Chinese government’s Wuhan Institute of Virology. Yet any genuine investigative journalist would surely start by asking whether any such thing had happened before, and if so, where. Surely that would have led them directly to the Merial Lab, which was previously at the Pirbright Institute, and is now in Nanchang, four hours drive from Wuhan. The fact that that possibility has been universally ignored, suggests there may be some journalistic red line, which circumscribes the areas which may be freely reported on by the Establishment media.
A recent commentary in The British Medical Journal makes a case that it is time to stop the use of the terms ‘Wuhan virus’, ‘China virus’ or ‘Chinese virus’ across the scientific community. Perhaps it is time to start investigating possible leaks from other institutions than the Chinese government’s Wuhan Institute of Virology.
There are three distinct issues relating to the virus, which writers in the Establishment media, the chattering classes in the broadcasting services, and politicians in the public eye appear to be completely unable to separate from each other. They are: 1. Was there an accidental lab leak? 2. Was there an intentional lab leak? 3. Was this version of Coronavirus manmade? Perhaps it’s only physics graduates who can separate the variables, and sometimes I’m made to feel that graduating in physics is about the most antisocial thing I could ever have done.
Manmade Virus?
A headline in Sputnik News recently ran: ‘Manmade Virus Theory Gains Traction as Scientists Say Covid Genes Never Seen in Natural Coronavirus’. I’ve certainly been gaining that impression, as I’ve seen alerts and emails pass by. “The COVID-19 ‘manmade virus’ theory first surfaced in early 2020, when the US accused China of engaging in dangerous research involving coronaviruses. The claims were temporarily muted after it emerged that US was involved in funding research at the Wuhan lab where the virus leak allegedly took place. The claims reemerged with new force last week”, the article begins. The article refers to a report of 29 March 2021 by Steven Carl Quay, MD, PhD, headed ‘A Bayesian analysis concludes beyond a reasonable doubt that SARS-CoV-2 is not a natural zoonosis but instead is laboratory derived’. It’s not peer reviewed, but is labeled a ‘working paper’. The Executive Summary states:
A small but growing number of scientists have considered another hypothesis: that an ancestral bat coronavirus was collected in the wild, genetically manipulated in a laboratory to make it more infectious, training it to infect human cells, and ultimately released, probably by accident, in Wuhan, China. For most of 2020 this hypothesis was considered a crackpot idea, but in the last few weeks, more media attention has been given to the possibility that the Wuhan Institute of Virology, located near the Wuhan city center and with a population of over 11 million inhabitants, may have been the source of the field specimen collection effort, laboratory genetic manipulation, and subsequent leak.
Even here the idea that the virus may be manmade is linked to the Wuhan lab. In February 2021 Facebook banned posts calling the coronavirus ‘man-made‘, but at the end of May they unbanned them. So what’s going on? The Establishment first denies it, then reluctantly accepts that it may be true, but only if China was responsible. Now they are pushing the idea that ‘China done it’. Even the former head of MI6, Sir Richard Dearlove, has intervened, as I reported on 13 February, 2021, under the heading ‘The Globalist World Government is in place, and The Trilateral Commission is its Parliament’.
To me, that sounds like the unpeeling of an onion. Suppose it was the CIA together with the British. Would it not be the normal procedure to blame others for what they had done themselves? Joe Biden would just be mouthing what he had been told to say. Donald Trump would have been a bit cleverer than that. He couldn’t have pointed the finger at Merial, or the British, or anyone from the West, if he was to survive. However, if he’s told by the CIA to claim it’s the fault of the Wuhan lab, he can freely do so in his usual bombastious style, always knowing that he could later amend that to: “Well, actually, it looks as if it was another lab in China: Merial. But I was absolutely right in calling it the China virus”.
Now suppose that SARS-Cov-2 is a biological weapon, as some people bave been suggesting all along. How would it have been distributed? Obviously, they would have made it look as if the Wuhan lab was responsible, perhaps by driving four miles to Wuhan and depositing it there.
This presents a rational line of research, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that that is the solution. Few people outside the realm of science seem to understand nowadays that one cannot know the final outcome of a piece of research work when one begins. People have been denounced for what they have found, as I was when I started researching W T Stead, and then again when I discovered, unexpectedly, that the capital of the Esperanto association was dramatically rising for six years whilst the membership was being told it was being eaten up. There are no red lines in science. Nor should there be in journalism.
What is a virus?
The discourse so far depends on the origin of the virus. Originally I thought I knew more-or-less what a virus is, but the more study I do the less I understand it. I’ve previously mentioned a colleague who is quite firm in is disbelief in the existence of viruses. I haven’t had time to spend on this, because the essential issue for me is whether any virus has been isolated specifically as the cause of COVID-19. I reported on this in my article ‘Corona Madness: WHO is masking the science?’ in August 2020. No scientific analysis had been reported showing that COVID-19 was caused by any virus. Unless something radical has happened recently without my noticing it still hasn’t.
However, I did get as far as acquiring a book ‘The Contagion Myth’, which so far I have skimmed and partially read. The issue seems to be whether a virus is the cause of a disease, or a result of a disease. How there could be lab leaks if viruses are not the cause of diseases I don’t know, but obviously some agent spreads the diseases. This issue is obviously of central interest to the question of the origin of COVID-19, whatever the nature of viruses is. However, as regards the medical isolation of a virus as the cause of the disease, the only issue that affects this directly is whether or not a virus has been isolated in the sense that it has been shown to be the cause of COVID-19, and it has not.
This raises an interesting question, expressed in a Whatsapp group that I’m a member of, Piers Corbyn’s ‘StopNewNormal+NWO+ClimCon’. One Lorraine Curd on 6 June 2021 commented, “I didn’t think they isolated Covid yet. So how can they identify a variant”. That’s a good question, and a particularly profound one, because it raises the question of what a ‘lab leak’ means. They are putting it about that SARS-Cov-2 is a virus that causes COVID-19, without proof. Without that proof we cannot know whether COVID-19 is caused by a virus at all. It may be, for instance, that SARS-Cov-2 is synthetic, and has been put about just to make it look like the cause of COVID-19. It seems that the issue of viruses causing other diseases has been brought into question, too. What are we to make of the history of ‘lab leaks’ in Pirbright? The word ‘virus’ used to mean, according to the Shorter Oxford English Dictionary of 1944: “A morbid principle or poisonous substance produced in the body as the result of some disease, especially one capable of being introduced into other persons or animals by inoculation or otherwise and of developing the same disease in them”. There’s something strange going on, and so we need to keep an open mind. It seems that Pirbright has been at the centre of disease outbreaks, however we interpret the term ‘virus’. The problem is that journalists do not have an open mind. A journalist in the Whatsapp group responded: “Will you please SHUT UP about Covid not being isolated. You’re TOTALLY WRONG and making us look like a bunch of primary school covidiots. …”. When I explained the medical meaning of ‘isolated’ in that context he responded with: “Your ‘Keep Talking’ embraces holocaust denial so I’m glad to be out of that editorial fiasco zone thanks …. There are some questions the discussing of which is designed to destroy. For example: did the Nazis exterminate Jews? Or has SARS-Cov-2 been isolated & sequenced. Without red lines you’re turning yourself from a movement or campaign into a target. Such questions are introduced and pushed by our enemies IMO. …Meanwhile Fox News is doing the business on Fauci, Dr Daszak and the ISOLATED bioweapon”. I replied simply that we don’t do the Holocaust.
Pirbright’s Kinetic Action
This sort of harrassment is what we have been constantly up against. The Pirbright Institute has been complaining of harrassment, too. If their staff have genuinely suffered harrassment, then that would be wrong. They are probably like most people in this country, wanting to keep their heads down and keep out of politics, with no idea of what their leadership are up to. Yet the examples of ‘harrassment’ they give in social media are mainly comments which make legitimate links, and which need to be researched, though there is some bad language involved as well, as one would unfortunately expect. They are nothing like what we in Keep Talking suffered from the pro-Establishment hooligans, egged on by dogmatic journalists. Pirbright’s complaint continued: “This post snowballed as did the conspiracy theories and misinformation, resulting in threatening and violent messages, emails and phone calls directed at Pirbright and individual staff”. That shouldn’t happen, but they don’t give any substantiation of that. They continued, “One recent post links the Institute with the MOD, Rothschild’s, QinetiQ HRH the Queen and 5G technology”. Well isn’t the Pirbright Institute located on a military site? Wasn’t Lord Pirbright one of the Rothschild family who worked with Cecil Rhodes and Milner’s ‘kindergarten’ – his secret society? Is or is not QinetiQ linked to their neighbour, the Pirbright Institute? Does the Queen not have a 20% share in QinetiQ, including a Golden Share? I don’t know yet about 5G, but they have a lot of aerials on that site.
I found a Truth Bits blog, in which US researchers Michael McKibben and Douglas Gabriel present their work in a regular ‘Mike and Doug Show’. It included an episode dated March 2, 2021 titled ‘Q is for the Queen’s QinetiQ’. They explained: “This video was uploaded to VIMEO in February 2020. It was promptly removed and our channel banned from Vimeo. Listen what the British-American Pilgrims did not want you to hear. We had to divide it into 2 parts to get it to upload to our platform”. That’s ironic, because I first found the video on YouTube dated 22 February 2021. Their introductory words are: “Michael McKibben and Douglas Gabriel give the AIM community a history lesson that explains the coronavirus plandemic. Who is behind a global plan of genocide is explained and exposes high-level planetary rulers like the Rothschilds and the Queen of England”.
There is no harrassment there, and they have searching questions to ask. If I were working on animal viruses at Pirbright, I would be asking why I was working on a military site. The fact that Pirbright resort to calling this ‘conspiracy theories’ is a giveaway. Why don’t they just make themselves available for interview?
I think the Americans are going to find out what’s happening in Pirbright before the British do. As Americans, these two guys are less deferential than the Brits are. They think the US propaganda is coming from QinetiQ and their complex in Pirbright, UK. This is a fascinating discussion. It’s good that the Pirbright Institute brought attention to that.
The Money, Military, Mind and Medical Complex
This takes me right back to the beginning of my research. In 2003, as Information Officer in Esperanto Association of Britain, I put forward ideas for the celebration of the centenary the following year. This would involve an exhibit at the London Language Show featuring well-known people who were involved in the introduction of Esperanto to the UK, but central to this would be the journalist William Thomas Stead, who had been the key figure in getting things moving. I knew at that stage that he had been a leading journalist, and that he had exposed sexual child abuse in high places, rather similar to the current scandal involving Geoffrey Epstein and Ghillain Maxwell in London, a case that the London Metropolitan Police have been turning a blind eye to, according to an investigation by Channel 4 News. I expected my ideas to be greeted with some enthusiasm.
I was met with immediate antagonism by the editor of The British Esperantist, a ‘professional journalist’, he kept telling us. I had obviously crossed some red line. But how? What could possibly be wrong with that? I was flabbergasted, and eventually withdrew from my contract.
Over the next few years I discovered that W T Stead opposed Cecil Rhodes over the Second Boer War, that he ran the Stop The War Committee, that he worked with William Carnegie in the building of the Peace Palace in The Hague, and that he correctly anticipated the cause of the Great War and managed to get an audience with the Czar to tell him about it, before stopping off at Tolstoy’s, where he wrote ‘Peace and War’ for his newspaper at the same desk that Tolstoy wrote ‘War and Peace’. He drowed in the Titanic disaster as he was on his way to a peace conference in Carnegie Hall at the invitation of US President Taft. Evidently, some people were not just against Esperanto, but against peace itself.
The ‘child prostitution’ scandal had shaken Victorian society – the centre of an empire supposedly bringing civilisation to an uncivilised world. The Establishment got its own back by sending him to prison. Some time later Stead was contacted by Cecil Rhodes with a plan to ‘bring peace to the world’. Stead was by no means naive – in fact he was probably the most astute person I’ve ever come across – but he fell for the ‘magnetic personality’ of Rhodes. He build up the team for Rhodes’s secret society, which after Rhodes’s death became ‘Milner’s kindergarten’. The purpose of this work, as presented by historian Carroll Quigley in his books ‘Tragedy and Fate’ and ‘The Anglo-American Empire’, was to build up a system of central banks for the purpose of world financial domination.
US researchers Michael McKibben and Douglas Gabriel in their discussion, it appears, start to unearth another activity of ‘Millner’s kindergarten’, and that is world military domination, and control of the Anglo-American propaganda machine. Mike & Doug think that today that is being coordinated through the front company QinetiQ. With financial control, military control and mind control, who could want more?
That is why the memory of William Thomas Stead had to be eliminated. I had to be brought down. And yet, the people responsible for that would only have known what they needed to know. They would have had no idea that they in turn were being used to create a horrific medical dictatorship, which would devour even them when they were no longer of any practical use to the psychopaths who run our ‘democracies’.

It is the very bedrock of the laughable belief that we live in a massive universe, with zillions of planets, many having life. People, you need to start questioning WHY you’re so fixed on the belief that the earth is a globe, spinning through space. The very people WHO CONTROL this earth are promoting the space belief. Do you not realize this?
The earth is and always has been flat. We can’t explore Antarctica, because it’s cordoned off, with umpteen international treaties, protecting it as a ‘wildlife sanctuary’ BS! They don’t want you going there because it also proves that Antarctica, is an ice wall that encloses the earth. What’s beyond is anyone’s guess, although an old map, found in a Buddhist monastery, dating back to 1,000AD shows, 32 more continents, outside the ice wall, with the smallest being the size of North America.

GATES!!! I wonder whether that LUNATIC really believes the LIE that “viruses” actually exist as we’re told they do. Could he really be lost in the delusion that the waste products of dying cells can be “modified” in some way to create something really deadly?
That’s probably not too great a stretch of the imagination considering the number of professional “virologists”, some of whom probably do believe the lies they were told in medical school.
I hope that evil bastard Gates won’t get to die of old age. I hope disease – or better still, a lawful execution – will send him back to his father in hell before too much longer.

White Elephant. You may well be right about the Earth being flat. We know we’re fed nothing but lies throughout our entire lives, but does it really matter at a time when we’d be prevented from conducting our own investigations?
There are also seemingly-plausible reports of an “inner Earth” accessible via the North pole, but that’s something else we can’t investigate right now.
I respect your opinions, but we need to stop the greatest crime in all Human history or we won’t even exist to discover the many hidden truths we know exist.
Another good and easy proof for a round earth, is a sunset.
And mind you, the earth is fixed, no reason to believe otherwise.
It’s not spinning, and certainly not traveling around the sun.
The sun, moon and stars circle around us, as we also can see with our own eyes.
And for ships disappearing at the horizon, you can even see how they lean forward following the earths curvature.
And then it’s gone, no matter how strong your binoculars are.

Out of the 15 comments there are two, YES TWO, replies on Pitbright. All the rest are on the NWO and Flat Earth (also NWO). So, what does that show? It shows that there’s not much interest on Pitbright.

The higher you go from ground level to more you see and the elevations and the horizon distances I gave you prove a sphere. Otherwise you would be able to see the Eiffel Tower with a telescope from a few hundred feet above sea level from New York City. Or just get in a balloon and go up or even an airplane and low a behold the horizon gets further and further away the higher you go. You’ve never been to sea have you? I suspect you live in hicksville and go to church each Sunday. 1000 Years ago people weren’t able to navigate the planet and accepted what the book told them about the disc supported by four pillars, today its different.
The ice wall hiding continents is ridiculous, circumnavigation can only be achieved by going around Antarctica thanks to the landmass above 60 degrees S, obviously the naked eye cannot see the curvature of a planet 30,000 miles in circumference not even at 6 miles high which is where planes cruise.
Navigation lights on ships masts are to let other vessels know in which direction those ships are heading, the first sighting you have of another ship when in the middle of an ocean such as the Pacific is a single white light at the top of the aft mast, as the ship gets closer you then see another light which is on the foremast 15 ft below the height of the aft one, that would be an impossibility with a flat earth. Both of those lights are set at a specific luminance so that they would be visible at 15 miles distant.
So both ships and land disappear from view beneath the horizon between 15 and 25 miles depending on the height of the land you depart but disappear they do. Other not so simple navigation tools are needed by all deep sea vessels so that charts can be plotted, courses need to be altered slightly each day to consider the curvature as it would be no use setting out on a ten thousand mile crossing of the Pacific to then miss your destination by hundreds of miles.
You really aren’t believing your own eyes either, you have both the Sun and Moon as fine examples each day and night or are those ‘heavenly’ bodies flat discs too? They, plus many of our stars are also used in older navigation systems, using manual tools like sextants, they allow navigators to determine exactly where on our ball earth the ship is at a specific time, we also have to take account of where those stars, sun and moon rise and set each day.
There are lots of conspiracies going down thanks to the greed of man but FE, at least the most recent incarnation of the theory, has pretty much came about so that those in power can point and laugh at all conspiracy ‘theories’ as nonsense, tinfoil hatters etc etc and they get to continue playing their games as the gullible masses ignore all they do while joining in the corus telling us we’re all nutters.
