Confidential documents have surfaced in a Confidentiality Agreement between the U.S. National Institutes of Allergies and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and Moderna showing they transferred “potential coronavirus vaccine candidates” to the University of North Carolina, on December 12, 2019
. . . which was nineteen (19) days BEFORE the outbreak of novel coronavirus in China!
How could they know they would need a Coronavirus Vaccine BEFORE the outbreak, unless they had knowledge the outbreak was going to happen?
This begs the question: Did they CAUSE the outbreak?
Above is the header portion of Page 105 of the Confidentiality Agreement. It deals with the actual physical transfer of “mRNA coronavirus vaccine candidates” being sent to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
It is signed on December 12 by Ralph Baric, PhD, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, who is listed as the “Recipient” of the mRNA Coronavirus Vaccine candidates, Image below:
They can cover this easily. The gain of function research is done “just in case animal viruses cross over to humans, so we’re ready”(yeah right) “now we’re testing the cure for this (impossibly remote) possibility” Plausible deniability for dummies.
M-RNA tech has been around for years. Many countries have been researching this. Until the Covid pandemic, M-RNA was deemed unsafe for human use. The US government (regime) was led by Trump and Trump didn’t have anything to do with authorising Covid bioweapon. The reason why so many suspect truthers blame either China or the US is that such claims are safe… neither will factually proved. We’ve had clear indications from two world leaders that the UK was behind Covid and its global deployment. The next big clue is the fact that the UK has made itself the global epicentre, and as we know, this is fake, they’ve rigged the data and deaths, because the UK was preprotected in late 2019. Sure, the US deep state is probably working at some level with MI6 on Covid deployment, but Trump and his administration wasn’t involved.

There you go. What I have been saying from last summer, the vaccines were already produced long in advance of releasing the virus. The signs were all in the evidence of the virus having been concocted years before in the US and then being deliberately spread. The cartel behind all of this and the UN Agendas does nothing, absolutely nothing without long-term and meticulous planning, and such control freaks would never ever release a virus in any nation unless they were to assure the authorities they had the vaccines for safety measures. Now, we are finding that the releasing of the virus was not just to enable their bogus UN and financial resets but to vaccinate people with various concoctions. If you know the interests of your enemies, you can predict their actions.

You should to know that all major psyops over the past 50 years in the entire world have been designed and made in America. The UK, France, Spain, Canada just tag along as stakeholders. The virus was enhanced at Ft. Detrick before 2015, and the earlier evidence which has disappeared from the net is that as early as that time and not in 2019 and early 2020 it did go the the University of North Carolina for GoF experiments. There is little to distinguish Trump from Biden on the Covid score card. I doubt he was briefed that his own military were going to be involved in the drops at the Wuhan World Military Games in October 2019, but Trump when he did find out that virtually all the leaders of nations under the IMF thumb, and bribed, or threatened, or promised a global reserve currency were briefed and were lending their total lockstep support to the scam, it was then that he ought to have blown the whistle instead of furthering the scam with Operation Warp Speed.
In my views, perhaps the question ought not to focus so much on how powerful or weak Trump and the majority of the Americans really were at the time and remain so. Rather, the questions ought to focus on those who own the money power in the US and in the UK and how they think and behave as it they own our nations and everything and everyone in them, because in fact they own and control every major politician, those in Key government, financial, and corporate positions and the entire corporate media. No doubt, at their central table the cartel rulers could care less if the people beside them are from the US or the UK, or even what ethnicity they are. They are the ones underwriting the entire Covid fraud, and mainly for their own gain. They are the ones whom all of our so-called “leaders” suck up to, even Trump. In the twinkling of an eye they have cancelled of our rights and freedoms including even our belief that our votes meant something independent of their control, and I am glad, because maybe more people will now wake up to their stealth and tyranny and take back control of the nations and their lives.
