A group of 117 healthcare workers at a Texas hospital filed a lawsuit in state court against their employer’s mandate requiring all staff to get COVID-19 vaccinations, Washington Post reported on Saturday.
Employees of Houston Methodist Hospital said in the lawsuit that their employer’s compulsory immunization requirement violated the Nuremberg Code, a set of standards designed after World War Two to prevent experimentation on human subjects without their consent, the Post reported.
They also said the hospital presented them with the choice of either getting a vaccine or losing their job, which violated state law, and asked the court to bar Houston Medical from firing unvaccinated staffers, the report said.
The report comes a day after the country’s Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) said companies could mandate that employees in a workplace must be vaccinated against COVID-19, amid a shortfall in demand for inoculations due to factors including ambivalence or skepticism about the vaccines.
Public health officials have been forced to try new strategies to persuade people to get the shots, with efforts that range from creative gimmicks to grassroots outreach resembling get-out-the-vote drives.
However, the vast majority of employers have been reluctant to require workers to be vaccinated. A survey by management-side law firm Fisher Phillips earlier this year found that only 9% of the more than 700 employers surveyed said they were considering mandating vaccines.
It’s called problem – reaction – solution. Big Government created the Covid-19 problem as a lab engineered military bioweapon.
Then came the lockdowns, vaccines, masks and social distancing as means to a wholesale power and wealth grab by Big Government, Big Pharma and Big Tech companies working in tandem.
The government response to Covid-19 is the biggest power and wealth grab of all time.
Mandatory means no choice and if people think they can use the ‘law’ to get around that, they’re daft.
If they can destroy the American constitution and have people arrested on hate speech, with people losing jobs for saying a man can’t give birth they can bring in mandatory whatever. If they can create legislation to protect pharma companies from prosecution when their medicine kills, they can force health workers to take the stupid jab.
I don’t think people quite get it. They want NO resistance to their jew world order. They’ll just keep the state of emergency going, forcing everyone to take the jab or not work, travel, enter shops and eventually leave the house.
They WILL draft a new bill, that trumps any Nuremberg code, with the excuse they’re facing a global, killer pandemic and not being vaccinated means you spread the disease. ‘The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few’so the saying goes.
When you own all establishments, including the judiciary, creating new laws (not laws but legislation) is a piece of cake.
Remember Stephen Lawrence, the UK’ s George Floyd? His case was instrumental in destroying the Double Jeapordy law (amongst other aspects of free, western society).
So, as stated many times, you get off your backside, educate others on what’s going on and start serious uncivil unrest. Politicians, judiciary, police, journalists, many health workers, celebrities and academics ARE your enemy and are responsible for bringing in hell.
Your choice, do nothing and you get hell. It’s that simple.

Wow. Where do I begin? Last I knew, Reuters is “owned” or controlled by the elite, which raises suspicion immediately for me as to the credibility of this. What about the Washington Post? Aren’t they the same people that played a big part in selling us on the need to get involved in a war with Iraq due to WMD’s that never existed? How many times are we going to listen to these people?

And per the above website many courts have already ruled EEOC cases in favor of the peoples and against their employer regarding the avoidance of vaccines, testing, etc… usually based on a religious exemption which you will be very surprised is very easy to obtain.
However predictable and understandable, if also Quixotian and thus most likely doomed to failure — or, ironically, successful in establishing through “case law” the manditoriness of [faux] “vaccination”, petitioning courts owned and operated by the very same Power$ That Be does appear more of a “publicity stunt” than serious litigation. The lawsuit (if actually filed) does serve to “juice up” this layer of COVID dialectics. Expect more of the same in other lawless jurisdictions.
