Following an intense wave of backlash, the Coca-Cola Company has suspended an aggressive “diversity” plan that called for anti-white racial quotas and other racist initiatives.
The change was made almost immediately after Coke’s former general counsel Bradley Gayton abruptly resigned last month after less than a year on the job. Gayton was accused of violating Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by threatening outside law firms if they failed to hire more blacks and browns.
Gayton and other “social justice warriors” (SJWs) should know by now that discriminating against people on the basis of skin color is illegal. Coke apparently thought that it was “woke,” which is why the company is now hanging by a thread.
“When there is a leadership change, it takes time for the new leader to review the current status of the team, organization and initiatives,” commented Coke spokesman Scott Leith, pretending as though everything is normal.
“Monica is fully committed to the notions of equity and diversity in the legal profession, and we fully expect she will take the time necessary to thoughtfully review any plans going forward,” he added, referring to Monica Howard Douglas, Gayton’s replacement.

Gayton first made headlines back in January when he announced that diversity quotas would be imposed on all outside law firms that work with Coke. He threatened to slash their fees or cut ties with them altogether if they did not obey.
“Under the plan, any law firm seeking to do business with the company was required to commit that at least 30 percent of billed time would be from ‘diverse attorneys,’ and at least half of that time would be from Black [sic] attorneys,” reported Fox Business about the fiasco.
“The hard truth is that our profession is not treating the issue of diversity and inclusion as a business imperative,” Gayton himself wrote. “We have a crisis on our hands and we need to commit ourselves to specific actions that will accelerate the diversity of the legal profession.”
Gayton then resigned suddenly, calling into question what would become of his racist plan. Around the same time, the legal defense foundation Project on Fair Representation published an open letter to Coke warning that “racial quota requirements” are “unlawful.”
In meeting with Coke’s global legal team, Douglas indicated that her new employer would be “taking a pause for now” with the racial quota requirements, though some parts of the diversity plan would likely be “salvaged.”
Gayton previously worked at Ford for 30 years as its top lawyer. He has since signed a new contract to be a “consultant” for Coke CEO James Quincey. In this role, Gayton will make $12 million per year, plus a $4 million sign-on fee and a monthly consulting fee of $666,666, according to an April 21 securities filing.

In February, Coca-Cola encouraged its employees to try to be “less white.” A “Confronting Racism” course was also imposed, offered by the LinkedIn “Education” team.
“In the U.S. and other Western nations, white people are socialized to feel that they are inherently superior because they are white,” one of the slides from Coke’s “diversity” course explained.
Another called on white employees at Coke to “be less oppressive” and to “listen” to people with dark skin and “believe” everything they say. At the same time, white Coke employees were encouraged to “break with white solidarity,” meaning they were told to betray their white colleagues, family members, and friends in favor of blacks and browns.

For example, the major television network NBC hired Cesar Conde (both parents immigrants) as Chairman of the NBCUniversal News Group, replacing Andrew Lack (Jewish).

Conde, according to a NY Times columnist, says his goal is “that 50% of our News organization employees be women and 50% of our total workforce be people of color.” However, Conde doesn’t mention, women already comprise about 50 percent of NBC News’ workforce.
“Over the past several weeks we have covered a country reckoning with systemic inequality and the painful consequences of a long history of racial injustice,” Conde wrote without citing any corroborating evidence.
So, in order to achieve the percentages of diversity Conde desires, he’s going to have to intentionally discriminate against whites, especially White males, it’s illegal, the elite Jewish controlled media doesn’t care.
Maybe somebody should tell Conde he’s very fortunate White USA (not much longer) has allowed millions of non-Whites from all over the world(including his parents), to migrate to the USA (very expensive) so they can have a better life.

I never, ever, ever had a problem with black people before all of this and yes, I know it’s all part of the agenda, to divide, but the reality is that black people are just too stupid to see this. For example, I watched a video of white and black people being asked about racism. They showed a black man call a white man a honkey, cracker, white trash etc and a white man call a black man a nigger. Both said that the white man was racist but the black man wasn’t as blacks can’t be racist.
The only way you deal with these companies is to stop buying from them. I no longer buy any product from Procter & Gamble, after the Gillette ads, promoting hatred towards males, predominantly white males and because of that, Gillete share value plummeted and is still plummeting. I do not buy any goods, from any company that support Black Lives Matter.
They’ll eventually feel the pinch when more and more white people stop buying their products. Black people will feel the pinch when their welfare payments stop, courtesy of a rebellion by whites in paying taxes helping them.

Coca-cola’s biggest insult against White people is the polluted water they sell, and the price of it.
I figured this man was either black or Jewish and the fact he is black is not surprising, but for different reasons.
Black people are poor administrators. They are generally inefficient, lazy, corrupt and unprofessional. We see this in government offices throughout the western world since governments appear to be the only ones willing to hire them in significant numbers.
Go to any government office and try to get a question answered or tend to any personal business. Most of the time the employee is black, is uneducated and obviously incompetent. If you get an answer it is usually the wrong one. If you ask them to look up some record or document they tell you to ‘come back later’ or they’ll ‘call’ you, which they most likely will never do. Even worse, if you call them on the phone, they either don’t answer or put you on hold until you hang up. That has been my personal experience.
The same can be said for African countries – the same inefficiencies, the same corruption, the same laziness, the same unprofessionalism.
This particular individual at Coke is just being what he is – corrupt, inefficient and unprofessional. No surprise there.
The very first time I drank cola was on a cub scouts visit to an American air force base – Huntington – in the late sixties. I spat it out. I thought it was vile. This was having been subject to all the propaganda about it being the “real thing” and “teaching the world to sing” etc. The success of this product remains a mystery to me.
