Chauvin juror LIED about protest: Cop’s hope of appeal boosted after picture emerges of juror at BLM rally wearing ‘Get Your Knee Off Our Necks’ T-shirt despite telling court he’d never been on a march

Questions have been raised about the impartiality of one of the 12 jurors who convicted Derek Chauvin of murder after it was revealed he attended a rally last summer where George Floyd’s relatives addressed the crowd.
A photo, posted on social media, shows Brandon Mitchell attending an August 28 event in Washington, DC, to commemorate Martin Luther King Jr’s ‘I Have a Dream’ speech during the 1963 March on Washington.
It shows Mitchell, a high school basketball coach, standing with two other men and wearing a T-shirt with a picture of King and the words, ‘GET YOUR KNEE OFF OUR NECKS’ and ‘BLM’. He is also wearing a baseball cap printed with Black Lives Matter.
Mitchell has admitted the photo is of him from that date, but defended attending the rally, claiming it was not explicitly a protest against police or a commemoration for George Floyd.
That is despite the fact that Floyd’s brother and sister, Philonise and Bridgett Floyd, and relatives of other African Americans who have been shot by police addressed the crowd that day.
Mitchell said he answered ‘no’ to two questions about demonstrations on the questionnaire sent out before jury selection.
Experts say the revelation could be grounds for the cop’s appeal.
Mitchell and Chauvin’s attorney, Eric Nelson, have not returned messages from DailyMail.com seeking comment.
Mitchell, 31, acknowledged being at the event and that his uncle posted the photo, but said he doesn’t recall wearing or owning the shirt.
Continues …
Based on the inadequate defense Chauvin received, he probably needs a new lawyer, but who in the heck is going to try and get Chauvin a new trial?
I’m not sure any lawyer at the popular law firm Dewey, Cheatam and Howe will take the case.
The American comedian George Carlin said if you want to get out of jury service it’s easy. When you turn up and they ask you if there’s any reason why you can’t perform jury duty you say, “Yeah, I can do it. It’s a pity you didn’t ask me before! I can tell whether they’ve done it or not just by looking at ’em.”
An hour later you’ll be back at home with your feet up.
White-People-societies cannot exist if they harbour Blacks and the Jews who will feed, breed and agitate them. The details do not matter, it’s the same crap decade after decade.
I had an idea that would have saved a lot of money and drama of that dog & pony show of a trial, yet still would have given the hoi polloi the spectacle they craved. And it was a simple solution. Drag the imbecile Chauvin into the street where that worthless street ape Floyd was overdosing, cuff him, face plant him into the asphalt, put a knee on his neck and back for 9 minutes, and see what happens. Recreate on Chauvin precisely what was done to Floyd. If Chauvin survives, then it wasn’t the knee and exonerate him. If Chauvin dies, then justice is served.
They could have sold television rights to the spectacle, then used all that money to fix parts of that city the street apes and nigger migrants from Somalia have utterly destroyed…then we watch as those sub-humans turn it to a sh!t-hole again in very short order, as they invariably do.
There are many grounds for appeal for that circus trial; the juror blatantly lying is only one of many.
The gift that keeps on giving: The George Floyd | Derek Chauvin Charade. OF COURSE we shall have a “re-trial”! Why not?! The first gave false hope to both sides, as might a HorrorWorld-style build-up to the sequel, already in the making. The prior verdict forced the side presumably poised for violent dissent and protest to stand down, to await their next turn like well managed puppetry always does.
Another trial, another opportunity for outrage, faux anger taken out on poor, undefended small busynesses — and, like Jeffrey Epstein, agent/operative Derek Chauvin will walk free, whether privately or publicly, we await with bated breath to see. A distraction of lame proportions, if you ask me. Given the short attention span of Mass Mind, it’s a wonder (in fact, highly questionable) that those most engaged at this stage of the carney game will remember what and why and how so better to achieve “peak emotion” the second time around.
@Alan Donelson: Absolutely right. This saga was a Psy-op right from the start, and as such a trap door was built in to let Chauvin off the hook. Same thing happened with the OJ Simpson trial.
