Those who watched the jury selection for Derek Chauvin’s trial in the death of George Floyd said the recurring sentiment among potential jurors was the fear of reprisals to themselves or their families if they didn’t produce the verdict the left demanded, which was guilty of murder.
Those who verbally expressed this fear were summarily dismissed. But although the individuals ultimately selected to serve on the jury might not have explicitly voiced this concern, it is unreasonable to believe it did not enter their minds.
The death of Floyd while in Minneapolis police custody both riveted and divided the nation as have only a handful of cases in history. Because of the sheer volume of media coverage, it was nearly impossible to find 14 jurors who did not have some level of familiarity with this case.
Once the selection was completed and the trial had begun, the media coverage exploded.
Longtime Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz believes Hennepin County Judge Peter Cahill, who presided over the trial, made a terrible mistake by not sequestering the jury. He appeared on Newsmax’s “Spicer and Co.” on Tuesday to weigh in.
Dershowitz began by stating the obvious: Chauvin’s actions were “inexcusable morally.”
The larger point is the verdict, which he considers to be “questionable because of the outside influences of people like [civil rights activist] Al Sharpton people like and [California Democratic Rep.] Maxine Waters. Their threats and intimidation and hanging the ‘Sword of Damocles’ over the jury and basically saying if you don’t convict on the murder charge and all of the charges, the cities will burn, the country will be destroyed, seeped into the jury room.”
“The judge made a terrible mistake by not sequestering the jury,” he said. “So the judge himself said this case may be reversed on appeal. And I think it might be reversed on appeal. I think it should be reversed on appeal.”
“I think the American Civil Liberties Union, which would be all over this case if it weren’t a racially charged case — all Americans who care about due process and liberty should be concerned that the jury verdict may have been influenced by, if not the thumb, maybe even the elbow of the outside pressures, the fears, the threats. Every juror in that room knew about these threats.”
“So I have no real confidence that this verdict, which may be correct in some ways, but I have no confidence that this verdict was produced by due process and the rule of law rather than the influence of the crowd,” Dershowitz said. “A new appeal will be filed immediately, because he’s in jail now, pending appeal.”
Ultimately, however, Dershowitz believes this case will be settled by the Supreme Court, which he said “holds the best possibility for the defense of getting this conviction reversed on the ground that the judge himself suggested the statements made by people outside the courtroom essentially intimidating jurors and telling them that if they don’t come to the, quote, right verdict, there will be violence and consequences and their own lives may be affected.

I thought it was rather alarming the jury wasn’t sequestered from the start of that dog & pony show, even that there wasn’t a change of venue. Even if the appeal goes all the way to the Supreme Court of the criminal cartel, I wouldn’t expect true justice to be served or even recognized as the Supreme Court has, time and time again, shown it is not immune from political or ideological pressure as most recently evidenced by their stunning betrayal of the citizens when it wouldn’t even LOOK at the evidence of massive electoral fraud let alone decide on it. It is a poorly kept secret the Supreme Cowards ignored the petitions from states because the majority of sniveling traitors posing as Justices didn’t want leftists burning, looting, and murdering in some of the cities again. I say if that’s what happened, then so be it, as then there would have been justification for right minded citizens to mow them down in the streets and send a clear message the depraved actions of the leftists were not going to be tolerated any longer.
I am in no way, shape, or form trying to defend the actions of that stunningly stupid cop who kept his knee on that guy’s neck for a ridiculously long time for someone who wasn’t a deadly threat to others around at the time. But the jury convicting that dumb pig on all those counts, even though the facts of the case didn’t fit the statutes of the more serious charges in neither letter nor essence, certainly suggests they were strongly influenced by threat of retaliation and ideological pressure. Manslaughter? Guilty all day long. The murder charges? Conviction on those, according to the way those statutes read, is a travesty of justice.

■ Did Chauvin intentionally, unnecessarily and nonchalantly kneel on Floyd George’s neck for over 9 minutes? Yes.
■ Regardless of Floyd George’s criminal history and his trading and using hard drugs, would he be alive had Chauvin not killed him by his heavy handed, brutal, unethical and sub-standard policing? Yes.
If we are to rightly regard George Floyd as a human being, then it’s only right for Chauvin to be found guilty of murda – ring George Floyd and it’s only right for Chauvin to face the full force of US Federal Law on his sentencing in June.
This time there’s no Zimmerman style Go Fund Me antics and pleading self defence loopholes to exploit. Not with that damning video that captured Chauvin’s savagery and a jury smart enough to call a spade a spade.

Even with their numbers, the death numbers are no greater in the last flu season of 2019 -2020 than they were in the 2017-2018 season . This means that the average Swede has, or “HAD”, only a 0.0403% chance of dying from Covid. This is a US lab virus deliberately released on the world [the hidden ELEPHANT] where in any case NO ONE had to die “FROM” it, if OUR governments had not suppressed the HCQ and Ivermectin protocol cures. The US Covid deaths on April 21 were alleged to be 580,000 for their population of 328.2 million people, which works out to on person alleged to have died “possibly of” or “with” Covid for every 566 people which WAS an alleged 0.177% rate. This means that the ES meter is at 191 for the UK which is only a bit higher than it is for the US coming in at 177.
