Minnesota State Officials Emulate Pontias Pilate by Handing over Officer Chauvin

An attorney who is monitoring the trial of officer Chauvin has concluded that Minnesota officials arranged in advance Chauvin’s conviction. The attorney is not a member of Chauvin’s defense team. He is monitoring the trial because of his long-standing interest in the systematic destruction in America of a fair trial. The details follow:
Minneapolis paid a $27 million settlement with George Floyd’s brother in the middle of jury selection for Chauvin’s trial. In other words, in effect the city officials admitted Chauvin’s guilt prior to the jury’s determination. One would have expected Minneapolis to hold on to $27 million of taxpayers’ money until the jury rendered a verdict both for the sake of a fair trial and for the city’s budget.
On the eve of the trial, the district court granted the state’s motion to insert the charge of third degree murder in addition to second degree manslaughter against Chauvin. The consequence of this for Chauvin was made clear yesterday (March 31) when the Minnesota supreme court handed down a decision on third-degree murder while Chauvin’s trial was underway. My informant explains that the decision has the effect of allowing Minnesota to convict Chauvin of third degree murder without having to prove that Chauvin intended George Floyd’s death. In effect, the court’s decision negates the objective evidence of the medical examiner’s report that his examination discovered three times the fatal dose of fentanyl in Floyd’s blood and no life-threatening injuries. ( For the medical report see: https://www.paulcraigroberts.org/2021/03/31/officer-chauvins-show-trial-will-bring-the-end-of-law-and-order/ )
The Minnesota supreme court draws a distinction between third degree murder and second-degree negligence manslaughter: “The manslaughter offense requires the State to prove that the person “ ‘causes the death of another . . . by the person’s culpable negligence whereby the person creates an unreasonable risk, and consciously takes chances of causing death or great bodily harm to another.’ ” State v. Back, 775 N.W.2d 866, 869 (Minn. 2009) (quoting Minn. Stat. § 609.205 (2020)).”
In contrast third-degree murder “requires an eminently dangerous act that supports an inference that the defendant was indifferent to the loss of life that the defendant’s eminently dangerous activity could cause.” Thus Chauvin can be convicted of third-degree murder because his knee on Floyd’s neck infers “extreme indifference to human life.” This makes clear the purpose of the eye-witness testimony I reported yesterday: https://www.paulcraigroberts.org/2021/03/31/officer-chauvins-show-trial-will-bring-the-end-of-law-and-order/
In other words, the inference from knee-on-neck is Chauvin’s “depraved mind” indifference to Floyd’s life. Second-degree manslaughter carries a 10-year sentence. Third-degree murder carries a 25-year sentence.
It certainly looks like a state organized setup to make certain Chauvin is convicted. On the very eve of the trial a third degree murder charge is inserted and during the trial the Minnesota supreme court rules that third-degree murder only requires the inference of indifference to human life.
It is difficult to avoid the conclusion that the Minnesota establishment has decided to buy off Antifa and Black Lives Matter with officer Chauvin’s conviction. In the wake of last year’s George Floyd “peaceful protests,” parts of Lake Street in Minneapolis look like postwar Europe before the Marshall Plan.
Just as Pontius Pilate is believed to have turned Jesus over to the Jews in order to avoid troubles, it seems the state of Minnesota has decided to turn Chauvin over to Antifa and Black Lives Matter. We will see whether this cowardly and despicable act quiets trouble or emboldens trouble-makers.

How many Blax were leenched and murdad by the K – K – K? How many Blax were wrongly konvicted by a shady jury and sentence-d to time and deat-h row? Now Whyte folkx are crying foul when a crooked waycist police officer is rightly konvicted?
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: In the US, it’s normal, commonplace and widely acceptable for Whyte people to oppress, maim and murda Blax. However, following the murda of Trayvon Martin, Breonna Taylor and many others, this is the first time that law enforcement not only testified against one of their own but also got to be found legally culpable for the murda of a Black person.
The likes of @Barney, @White Elephant and @Carl Jones will never understand because: 1. Whyte on Black waycism is not their problem and 2. It does not affect them or their kin and 3. Their disease of regarding Blax as sub – human is demonic in nature.
However, whether by way of BLM protests, the Critical Wayce Theory or the Jesuit and Jewish Banking Cartel orchestrated Wayce Wars, the bare minimum is that at least the plight of Black people is beginning to get noticed. Thank God someone had the ingenuity to video record Chauvin throughout his murda of George Floyd.
Whyte folkx need to realise that, in a genuinely civilised society, there are legal and penal consequences for murda – ring anyone regardless of their s – kin colour. Even though it’s too little too late, if rightly konvicting and jay – ling Chauvin is the start, then so be it.
We haven’t heard a word from Chauvin have we? Always the same in these modern show trials. I would simply like to hear his view concerning the famous image of the cop with his knee on Floyd’s neck – is that him? It doesn’t look at all like him.
The 27 million dollars begs the Blacks not to destroy the city, which should instead have gone to war against the terrorists. Floyd’s army is really only a street mugger on a big scale. This terrorism is how the Blacks make a living. White America let this happen, despite all their guns, nice and shiny in their cases.
I wonder what the troll thinks all this intentional mis-spelling of words achieves. I can tell he or she is reasonably well educated in terms of literacy, so why attempt to convey a different impression – or is this the latest 77th brigade tactic?
We’re all entitled to our opinions, and our host clearly respects this fact in allowing open debate, but trolls don’t agree, insisting that theirs is the only opinion that should be allowed.
@Lewis Jones
Your comment smirks of a bitter Whyte superma – cist who cannot stand how the tables are starting to turn.
Clean your ears and give a good listen to Tracy Chapman’s Revo – lution:

What goes up must come down. Spit into the sky, it will fall in your eye. What goes around comes around.
For far too Whyte folkx have been dehumanising, maiming and murda – ring Blax without consequence and accountability. Guess what? The Chauvin konviction and sentence – ing is about to change that.
To Whyte supre – macists like @White Elephant, @Yukonjack and @Lewis Jones, buckle up because the comfort zone of your we – R – free – to – murda – Blax – without – consequence mentality is now becoming extinct. In His divine timing, God is working justice for Blax and no one can stop it.

Worth a read before one speculates oneself too deeply into analysis of an apparent “show trial”.
PCR is a Goober, a native of Georgia and also the name given to their most famous product, the peanut. (Jimmy Carter is a Goober who farmed goobers.) PCR grew up in the Deep South in the ’40s and ’50s during segregation, who if he got on a bus to school could sit at the front while black passengers had to sit at the rear. In some places he’d use different doors and benches. It’s anybody’s guess what he called them.
PCR’s upbringing may have tainted his views on humanity, as it would have mine too if I’d been from the same place and time. Thankfully the few I’m not keen on are for personal reasons and that was during a spell behind bars, but at that same time some of them turned out to be decent fellows.
Dont fall in divide and conquer-game, Dominic.
We know precious little about the real scenario here.
This is probably BLM/Rockefeller event.
There should of course be justice for all, and fair treatment, colour regardless.
Dominic tome..you are something else..it was jewidh democrats that started the kkk….you are misinformed once sgsin…
I hope this emboldens them black criminals to the poi t it locks more up…then they will bitch and complain and say more blacks in prison!
Gtfo….lol
To Dominic Tome–nearly all the murdering is done by your side but the Jew msm is able to make you think the opposite. Floyd killed himself with his drugs, after abusing a lot of people.
Dominic Tome was writing correct English before. What is supposed to have happened? Or is it satirical?
Chauvin didn’t rate a trial for anything. A Thug that threatened the life of an unborn child overdosed. No loss to humanity. The /Police were using a technique that has been in use for years. No illegal or immoral activity occurred.
I knew he was going to be found guilty the day he was arrested on bogus charges. That was reinforced when the kangaroo jury was told not to consider the legal autopsy. The entire court (if you want to call it that) was simply to placate the BLM and antifa thugs.
When a country’s court system convicts people to satisfy criminal groups you know it’s over.
Maybe it’s all theatre. As mentioned above, Chauvin used methods accepted as common practice by police for years, the disregarding of the drugs as cause of death, barely there Biden and that hideous wretch Maxine Waters comments, all seem to point to a successful appeal by Chauvin.
He’ll get off just as the financial collapse hits, and the subsequent rioting and destruction by the angry left will be used as cover for it.
All the world’s a stage. Remember?
