It could easily be done if rising land values were taxed and all other taxes abolished. Taxes raised this way would bring in as much as three times the total tax income at present, meaning everyone could receive a regular basic income. Norway already does something similar with its oil fund.

How does this play out?
No one works. Everyone is on GBI. You get a phone-call from the local council while on GBI:
Local Council: “Hello Mr Smith, seeing as you’re getting GBI, part of the contract in receiving GBI means you have to do voluntary work when required. Therefore, we need you to work at Amazon/Tesco/[insert other globalist corporation] for 40 hours a week…”
Mr Smith: “Hold on, you’re giving me £/$100/150 a week and I know that working a full week I’d receive at least £360/$480…”
Local Council: “Hello Mr Smith, I’m sorry that you are in disagreement. If you wish to continue receiving GBI, you have to take the volunteering jobs when you’re given them. Failure to do so means you may be sanctioned or worse, refused GBI altogether.”
Essentially, they’re putting everyone on Universal Credit/Jobseeker’s Allowance/Social Security/Welfare Benefits. And if you ‘sign on’ as unemployed, you sign a contract with the unemployment office to take jobs when told to. Yes, they do find people full time positions volunteering, being in the very scenario explained above. And because you’re volunteering, you’re not ‘technically’ working (even though you are) and still have to seek work.
The companies who you are volunteering for are more than happy to have you. They aren’t paying any wages for you, whatsoever. That, in the past believe it or not, was called slavery.
So this is what’s going to happen with GBI. And more so, when used in tandem with digital currency, you’ll have no choice but to do what they ask, or you won’t be able to pay your rent and buy food/anything.
This system needs to be destroyed now. People have no idea what’s coming.
The only reason the elite is giving out free money is because it takes time to acquire everything worth having through market manipulation. Once they have what they want the money will stop, especially if enough of us are killed off by vaccine that there are too few survivors to mount any challenge.
We haven’t yet seen the crash in property prices which will enable the elite to buy up desirable properties at market-bottom prices, such as country pubs long-since closed which will make nice second homes, and whole avenues of des-res homes for lease or sale. Suburbia and working-class estates of terraced houses can be left to decay like many already are. No elite will travel that way to see the eyesores and nature can reclaim them over the centuries.
Nothing is certain yet. This can happen if too many think we’ve already lost or are too scared to resist. There’s a long way to go before all is lost and I think it likely billions is too many to subdue.

It’s a dismal prospect, but UIS (Universal Income scheme) – the furlough scheme is it’s initial step – will be very popular, especially amongst the young.
Free money, a guaranteed national income, sounds great. However, what appears to be planned for us by the New World Order elites are new technologies already tested to allow all drones to live out their unproductive and vaccine neutered lives in virtual-reality games and simulators, with realty like travel, research, maintenance jobs, and much physical social entertainment to be privileges allotted by the power elites to those they deem most deserving, mostly based on the unimaginative model rom their favorite book, Huxley’s Brave New World. The purpose of the free ride is to have as many people as possible dependent on the state. Except for the actual power elites and their minions carrying out their orders, personal wealth and opportunities to advance one’s self outside of their control grids will simply be verboten and a kind of heresy, even to be condemned by our fake religious leaders in their service.
When you give up your independence and freedom to anyone or anything then you become dependent, weak and malleable to their wishes. Their plans are first to make us through all of their deception and fear mongering, to make us totally economically, technologically, socially, politically and religiously dependent on them. Then despite all of their continued lies there will be social credits or rewards for compliance which they will call trust.
What, however, will happen in the process is that as the truth escapes and spreads like a contagion, and so does knowledge and technology. The faster centralized control efforts are imposed, the faster the spread of decentralization efforts through emerging technologies. The globalist centralized-control plans call for the end of nation states, yet nature dictates that birds of a feather flock together, and new networks emerge to break away from centralized controls asserting freedom and independence.
Gates and Schwab envision a society were everything is coordinated and timed like with some kind of god-like precision and providence, a harmony of lockstep controls based on governed interests. People will soon figure this out and will want to break away, and that is exactly what the elites are trying to prevent. The global civil war I see coming against the idiots running things will not just be over ideas of freedom and fear of being culled, but basically over one’s right to have children, despite the falling off of our birth rates. If deemed a dependent, obsolete or a useless eater, the plans of the elites are that you be neutered in some way. They intend that reproduction rights are to be subject to their will and their genetic engineers, and to be enforced by their puppet governments.
Henry Makow is making a valid observation, they may not be able to afford UBI in the near future – because interest rates are going up, and if you are in debt, like the US Federal Government, that debt becomes more expensive to service.
Everyone assumes the Federal Reserve will keep lowering interest rates.
That is a big assumption as the world is rapidly moving into Bitcoin, and thus, the only way for the Fed to stop it is to jack interest rates to the moon. The way this is done is the Fed doesn’t buy bonds fast enough to keep rates down.
There is right now a huge crisis brewing, BTC just surged over $60,000, even with the recent big moves up in long Treasury bond yields.
IN MY OPINION INTEREST RATES WILL “CHASE” BTC
The Fed has made a grand mistake, it has lost the psychological war against crypto, the world’s minds are now becoming resolute against the government largesse, and are switching out of dollars into Bitcoins. The Fed is behind the power curve, so now interest rates are going to skyrocket to new all time highs, this will cause the biggest deflationary bust in world history.
Just think about this people, if the world switches to free market BTC, what does the government have? Nothing! All their power comes from their monopoly of issuing fiat as the world’s reserve currency. And the basis of the whole sham is US Treasury bonds.
Think about what happens if the Fed tries to lower rates again. The rush to Bitcoin would be Biblical.
All those doing cash out refinancing are the ones taking the real risk. Getting a check is no risk, as you have no debt, but taking the cash out of your home equity then buying a $75000 truck is risky, what happens if interest rates go up? Home prices will go down and all those who did refinancing will be instantly underwater owing dollars on a house that is falling in price.
That is the real gigantic risk that dwarfs Biden bucks.

The problem with the mooted “free money” is that it is linked to the current banking system and projected surveillance grid.
“Social Credit” was once a term untainted by the present Chinese incarnation of it. C H Douglas in the twenties observed how automated production tended to lay people off. Douglas spoke of people’s “cultural inheritance” in terms of how the wealth created overall could be distributed by a non-private banker social dividend. The sad thing is the baby is being thrown out with the bath water as most alternative commentators lack the economic historical knowledge to appreciate Douglas’ wisdom.
If a land value tax was implemented and all other taxes abolished – in line with Henry George’s teaching – then people would be incentivised to work by being able to earn on top of any distributed credit rather than doing the calculation of only earning a pittance above the current benefits system by working zero hour contract work.
