One huge problem with civil disobedience is that laws against are only enforced against the right, but not against the left.

Regarding the news article: Jefferson, Franklin, Adams, Sherman & Livingston wrote in the Declaration of Independence (DOI) that: ‘Whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends [life, liberty, pursuit of happiness], it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, & to institute a new Government…”
This DOI appeal to civil disobedience or rebellion is nothing new. Americans have known about it & ignored it for over 100 years. They did nothing when the Jewish Overlords instituted their private Federal Reserve Bank & Income Tax in 1913 & replaced a democracy with a Jewocracy. Despite what is commonly supposed, there is no sanction in British law, allowing for “lawful rebellion.” The Charter of Liberties of 1215, sealed at Runnymede, was English law for the sum total of only three months before it was annulled by edict of Pope Clement V of Rome (I think.) Forget Article 61 of Magna Carta. It has no standing.
What we do have, is the right, by common law precedent, to apply the principle of “lawful excuse” – which is analogous to “conscientious objection” – and “allows” for principled disobedience of law. In addition, the ancient and lawful right to defend yourself and your family and your home against all of those who would seek to bring you harm, still stands within juridical authority.
If, however, you bring vexations or violences (which can be construed as belligerent language or attitude) in any dispute with health care professionals or N.H.S apparatchiks, 77th cybermen or similar, you’ll likely forfeit your “lawful excuse.”
As it stands, we do not yet have to avail ourselves of these legal contingencies because under Section 45E of the Public Health (Control of Diseases) Act of 1984, it states that even during a “public health emergency,” no one can be required to undergo medical treatment where [45E(2)] ” ‘Medical Treatment’ includes vaccinations and other prophylactic treatment.”
