Brexit leader Nigel Farage warned that lockdowns in the United Kingdom are pushing the country into a full-on police state, predicting that the battle to regain individual liberty will be a tougher struggle than leaving the European Union.
Mr Farage said that is unlikely that the British government will relinquish the emergency powers it has accumulated during the coronavirus crisis.
“Once the state takes power how on earth do we get those powers back? Do we have enough independently-minded MPs in Westminster to challenge the executive once we’re through this crisis to say those powers need to be returned, those liberties and freedoms need to go back to the people?”
“I’m beginning to think that the battle for our individual liberty could be an even bigger battle than the battle to get us out of the European Union,” Farage said.
“It is turning neighbour against neighbour, it is turning people against the police force, and it is not going to stop the spread of this virus,” he suggested.
Mr Farage pointed to a “very disturbing video from Scotland,” in which police burst into a family’s home and threatened them with arrest for allegedly breaching the coronavirus restrictions, when in fact the family’s “guest” was their sick daughter who was recently discharged from hospital.
“Behavior like this does not get citizens on the side supporting the police,” Farage said, adding: “it is going way, way too far.”
Mr Farage said that in the name of fighting the coronavirus, Britain is sacrificing its liberties and freedoms and that there “is a danger we could become something akin to a police state”.

On Wednesday, London’s Metropolitan Police Service announced that officers have been told to “issue fines more quickly” to those without “reasonable excuses” for being outside or for not wearing a mask.
Home Secretary Priti Patel said that she “completely back[s] the police” demanding to know why people are outside and asking people for proof for why they are out during the latest lockdown, which forbids leaving home except for essential purposes.
The elected police and crime commissioner for the West Midlands Police has also called upon the government to grant police the power to enter the homes of citizens who they believe are violating the lockdown without a warrant.
“For the small minority of people who refuse entry to police officers and obstruct their work, the power of entry would seem to be a useful tool,” said PCC David Jamieson.

As the moment of truth approaches and the new Nigel party gains support, one of the big two parties will throw the people a bone such as easing mask restrictions, and Farage will withdraw his candidates; job done for the establishment.

Hence, those with some financial assets see the direction to deliberately scuttle the economy, and they react by pulling their assets out of banks and stocks for fear of inflation, bonds tanking, markets crashing, and bank bail-ins.
Meanwhile the few in their inbred idiocy see assets escaping their clutches in crypto and bullion life boats. In their deliberate crashing into the Covid iceberg with the intent of bringing us to our economic doom while they escape in their own independent financial launches, clutching the most “essential” assets to their breasts, they become absolutely pissed when they see those from the steerage section escaping from their economic drownings in their own lifeboats. After the screws churn the old economic hulk of the US dollar into the depths of the icy black sea of contrived economic peril, the few no doubt plan on transferring their own holdings into the workings of the much bigger globalist currency ship, taking on board the vast gold reserves of China, India and Russia, while they parade up to the bridge to take over, likely to control the West and the rest of the world with their UN sustainability protocols. Had they a brain they would want as much Western capital to survive in as many little life boats at this time as possible, block chain and otherwise, in the entire reset process. Why? Any such assets will eventually have no place to go but into investments directed not from some inept government or banking hierarchy but from the common people down here in steerage with incentive and ingenuity. Secondly, in negotiating any new global currency, no private assets can be discounted for any exchanges. It will be what is in the life boats which eventually will find its way back into commerce, and any new currency giving it more stability through economic activity. However, when the people at the top live entirely according their visions and fantasies detached from reality and suppress and distort the truth, then eventually those things react in the dog-eat-dog, body politic and turn around and bite them in the ass bringing them all down.
The proof that they are nuts is their pulling off such an insane scam as the Covid one, together with all of the lockdowns to ensure they have totalitarian controls over us, none of which are really necessary in any transferring of reserve currencies, or for any common-sense Reset.
