Nightingale hospitals are still lying empty despite the rising coronavirus cases and fears over a new highly-infectious mutant strain.
East London’s ExCeL centre – the first site opened by NHS England amid the crisis, is seen practically deserted in pictures taken today. The site would be the largest intensive care unit in Europe if fully operational, capable of providing up to 500 intensive care beds, reports have claimed.
The venue is just one of England’s nightingale hospitals lying in wait to be fully utilised, along with a site in Manchester, open for ‘non-Covid’ care, and sites in Exeter and Harrogate open for ‘specialist diagnostics’.
It has been suggested the hospitals are largely deserted, despite Boris Johnson‘s dramatic decision to plunge a third of those in England under tough Tier 4 measures from Sunday.
In the first wave of the pandemic, seven Nightingale hospitals were built at a cost of £220million, but the NHS was largely able to cope so only two were used, with around 200 people treated. There has been speculation that the Nightingales could be used as centres to provide vaccinations.
Britain today reported a further 35,928 coronavirus cases as the mutant Covid strain causes a 94.8 per cent rise in infections. The spike in positive tests puts today’s figure at nearly double the 18,447 recorded last Sunday.
Official figures also revealed 326 more people have died after testing positive for the virus – more than double the 144 deaths reported this time last week. The 126 per cent rise in daily deaths comes after London and vast swathes of the home counties were thrust into a brutal Tier 4 lockdown due to a Covid variant running rampant in the south.
The strain – called ‘VUI – 202012/01’ – is 70 per cent more infectious and makes up 60 per cent of London’s new cases, Boris Johnson revealed yesterday. But while NHS bosses say problems posed by coronavirus – segregating wards, constantly using PPE and staff having to self-isolate – is adding new levels of pressure to how hospitals work, numbers show they are treating fewer patients than usual.

Figures revealed there were 15,465 people in hospital with Covid in England on December 16, compared to 18,974 on the worst day in the spring. The supposed benefits of November’s lockdown appear to have worn off, with admissions rising again, and another wave of deaths likely to follow in the New Year.
But statistics suggest the health service is, overall, coping better with its workload than it did last winter. A greater proportion of ward beds are free, intensive care units have more room and A&E departments aren’t yet turning ambulances away more often than usual – with the exception of a bad day at one NHS trust in the Midlands.
And the occupancy figure does not take into account bolstered capacity at the mothballed Nightingale hospitals, which went unused after being built during the first wave in case wards were overrun with Covid, or the thousands of additional beds commandeered from the private sector for the same purpose.
The NHS is also benefitting from ‘record levels of staff’, according to the Department of Health, which is headed by Matt Hancock, boasted in August. The number of nurses in England has increased by 13,840 compared with last year, and the number of doctors has risen by 9,306, it said.
This morning on BBC R4 Today they had some regime muppet who was trying to make his point that ICU beds were at 20% and are now at 50%. So let’s be clear. Covid beds are separate from regular ICU beds. So if there are 10 beds in each unit, and the covid unit has two beds occupied, that is 20% of Covid unit or 10% of all ICU beds. If the regular unit has 2 patients (many are not going to the hospital out of fear), this unit also has 20% occupancy or 10% of all ICU beds. If they have 5 patients in the Covid unit and two in the regular ICU unit, that is 7 patients or 35% occupancy of all beds that are ICU beds. Of course, he was playing with his words so he could tell lies on fake news & the presstitute was never going to nail this muppet on specifics.
This Daily Fail online article is full of lies. Before covid, the NHS had record vacancies. What I will say is that the NHS is advertising for medical staff and they are taking on a lot of support staff, carers, porters, etc. I am reminded about what my doctor told me before Covid, but during Brexit negs that he knew of many doctors who had not only quit the NHS, but they had left the UK & since we discussed this, I am sure that many more doctors have left. As stated in information published on here, many doctors and nurses are taking legal advice against the NHS, but no follow up on this. Im sure many doctors don’t see the NHS every opening up services that were on offer in 2019, so why stay?
220 million, not a bad contract, wonder were that money went. As everyone knows these Nightingale hospitals were and are part of the psychological warfare they are waging on us.
They would have a hard time finding any flu-related deaths if they allowed the wide-spread use of the anti-parasitic drug Ivermectin. People should check out in their area and see what treatment protocols are being used in hospitals and care homes to treat Covid-19 victims. If people are still dying from this flu then with the success of HCQ and Ivermectin protocols being used there should now be a case for gross negligence or even something more deliberate.
What we do know is that all of the governments now are addicted to IMF bailouts and are uniformly calling any hospital and care-home death a “Covid death” if they can get away with it. Obviously, they are trying to keep the numbers as high as possible in order to maintain the lockdowns and controls for reasons other than health reasons. When the stealth of jacking the death numbers was revealed in many Western nations, they moved on to jacking the case numbers, all to maintain the scare, which is the only explanation. They are now back to jacking the death numbers calling anything they can a Covid one.
They are so imperious and corrupt that they care not even if the majority of the public were to know that they are most likely in many areas deliberately even killing people in order to maintain the Covid threat for their totalitarian controls. Likely they also have no fears they will meet any real opposition to their means in any major forum such as their highly-controlled legislatures, the mainstream media, and even in our courts where you would think there would be some real pushback.

That’s NOT a good reply, even if that’s true for most symptomatic “covid positive” cases.

– upscale global genocide of elderly and disabled in nursery homes: sending home ALL employees after they have tested positive although almost always NONE has symptoms.
How care home residents are killed
Pre-condition: TOTALLY isolate residents of care homes (not only no visits allowed but also going as far as forbidding even basic care, such as from physiotherapists).
Carried out in two steps:
1. Declare all care home employees positive.
Note: to divert from this the trick is as simple as to never use the word “ALL”, just a number.
2. Replace the quarantained employees with one of the death squads that have been moving from care home to care home since the coronavirus hoax was launched.
