Another ‘racism’ scandal in football erupted after a match official referred to a black guy as a “black guy,” and was punished with a 10 match ban.
Yes, really.
The incident happened during a Champions League game between Paris Saint-Germain and Istanbul Basaksehir on Tuesday night.
Romanian official Sebastian Coltescu was accused of racially abusing Basaksehir coach Pierre Webo by referring to him as the “black guy” or “ala negru” in Romanian.
Coltescu used the term “black guy” to single out Webo because all the other coaches were white.

Ex-footballer John Barnes, who is black, underscored the ludicrous nature of the incident in a series of tweets.
“If they are the ONLY white person in a room or group… THEY ARE… how else would YOU describe the ONLY white person or BLACK person in a group?” he asked.
Barnes added: “[Demba] Ba said if he was white u wouldnt say white guy… but if there were 5 black coaches and 1 white coach .. he would have said “the white one”… what else could or should he say?”
The players walked off the pitch in response to the incident and the match was suspended.
An immediate media uproar followed, with outlets like the BBC praising the players for their vehement stand against racism, without actually explaining what ‘racism’ had occurred (none whatsoever).
Coltescu has been handed a ten match ban, despite him protesting, “Anyone who knows me knows that I’m not racist!”
The next night before the game was replayed, players wore “no to racism” t-shirts and took a knee before kick-off.

Apparently, it’s now racist to refer to black people as “black”.
The scandal followed another contrived “outrage” over Millwall fans booing in response to players taking a knee before their game last Saturday.
The club’s supporters were widely condemned as racists, with the media asserting that booing Black Lives Matter was the same as hating black people.
Presumably, BLM desecrating war memorials, setting fire to the Union Jack flag, vandalizing the Winston Churchill monument and attacking police had nothing to do with it.

People do not analyse language properly; any name for Blacks will soon sound like an insult because Blacks are horrible in looks and behaviour, and then the PC idiots need a new euphemism for them, which will again soon sound like an insult. The people complaining about racial designations are just showing that they know they are inferior. Names for White male heterosexuals never sound bad. We should relax and use casually race-conscious terms for Blacks. The feigned colour-blindness is annoying and surreal.
I think they’re trying to control insults to black people because it is the route to rewriting history about the slavery of blacks by white plantation owners. The n-word is offensive but if it is scrubbed from history then in a hundred years our descendants won’t know the word, and they’ll have no idea about slavery. They will be taught that black families were given work on white-owned farms in return for food, even though the bible-thumping plantation owners couldn’t really afford it, but “that’s what Jesus would have done”.
Southern plantation owners said slavery was justified because it was in the bible. Exodus 1:11. ‘And the Egyptians did make the children of Israel to work with rigour.’
It was also Southern plantation owners who coined the term ‘white trash’, to describe poor whites who had no work or money. Not surprising, really, since the plantation owners had slaves.
They’re not ‘blacks’, but bipedal apes. Maybe if he called it what it really is, they wouldn’t have penalized him.
How is McNulty accessing a vastly different information stream while spending a lot of time at Truthseeker, where education is on offer? His will to sabotage must be strong.
And calling him a “Black guy” was very generous when the thing looks nowhere near human.
