Teachers in San Diego are reportedly being required to attend a ‘white privilege’ training in which they are asked to commit to becoming ‘anti racist’ and acknowledge that they meet on stolen land taken from Indigenous peoples.
According to documents shared by journalist Christopher F. Rufo, the training is mandatory for all teachers within the San Diego Unified School District.
As part of the training, the teachers are told to discuss how they would feel if they were told: ‘You are racist.’
Teachers were also asked to discuss how they’d feel if they were told: ‘You are upholding racist ideas, structures, and policies.’
The documents, which were leaked by Rufo, show the outline of the discussion and the talking points, including how teachers must become ‘anti racist’ activists’.

In order to do this, teachers have to ‘confront and examine [their] white privilege,’ acknowledge ‘white fragility’ and ‘teach others to see their privilege’.
During the session, instructors inform teachers that they will experience ‘guilt, anger, apathy [and] closed-mindedness’ due to their ‘white fragility’.
In addition to the aforementioned, the seminar also included a section on ‘land acknowledgement’.
‘We acknowledge that we meet on stolen land, taken from Indigenous peoples. I am speaking to you from Kumeyaay land. We must acknowledge the hidden history of violence against Indigenous peoples in an effort to move towards justice,’ one slide reads.
The acknowledgement was referring to the Kumeyaay tribe of Indigenous peoples who were forced off their ancestral lands. They lived at the northern border of Baja California in Mexico and the southern border of California in the US.
According to Rufo’s article, he believes that teaching ‘white fragility’ will do nothing to help students improve their academic abilities.
He says ‘it will only serve activist teachers who want to shift the blame to “systemic racism”.’
A DailyMail.com request for comment to the San Diego Unified School District was not immediately returned Sunday afternoon.
Such trainings stem from the reckoning that the nation faced this summer over racial injustice in policing and other spheres of American life following the Memorial Day death of George Floyd, who died under the knee of a white police officer.
President Donald Trump condemned such trainings in September and moved to end racial sensitivity training for federal government employees, claiming it is ‘divisive, anti-American propaganda’.
The Commander-in-chief said at the time that he wanted to cancel taxpayer funded seminars on ‘critical race theory’, describing them as ‘a sickness that cannot be allowed to continue’.
Systemic racism in America took center stage for discussions held on the local and national levels of government, including at the presidential and vice presidential debates.
At the first presidential debate, Trump said such training is ‘teaching people to hate our country’.
Ultimately, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris won the election, partly because they had 90 per cent of the black vote.
Last month, three civil rights groups filed a lawsuit, challenging Trump’s executive order that prohibits federal agencies, contractors and grant recipients from offering certain diversity training.
The NAACP Legal Defense Fund filed the complaint in federal court in Washington, DC, along with the National Urban League and the National Fair Housing Alliance.
The lawsuit argued that Trump’s order violates free speech rights and strangles workplace attempts to address systemic race and sex discrimination.
The executive order ‘unconstitutionally forces Plaintiffs to choose between censoring speech on these important issues or forfeiting any opportunity to enter into a federal contract,’ the groups argued in the complaint.
Trump’s executive order, signed in October, called out workplace trainings that explore deep-seated racism and privilege that the administration says could make white workers feel ‘discomfort’ or guilt.
The president then ordered the Labor Department to set up a hotline to investigate complaints about training sessions.
The directive uses a 55-year-old presidential order spurred by the Civil Rights Movement that sought to ban discriminatory practices at companies that contract with the federal government.
Critics say Trump’s order twists President Lyndon B. Johnson’s 1965 initiative into a vehicle for white grievances.
The Labor Department is also using the 1965 presidential order to target companies, including Microsoft and Wells Fargo, over public commitments to expand or bolster black and Hispanic representation in leadership roles.
The government opened inquiries into both companies, warning them against using ‘discriminatory practices’ to meet their goals.
It’s all a bit rich this anti-racism drive coming from the nation which tried to wipe out the redskin, then enslaved those with black skin, then carpet-bombed those with yellow skin, and now bombs back to the stone age those with brown skin. Next it’s those with white skin, the Slavs, but the racist murderous entity that is the US considers them lesser white men. So far they haven’t gone after the Eskimo, but if oil is discovered beneath the Arctic Circle the US will invent Innuit fundamentalism to go and steal it.
The US has seen the chance to rewrite its brutal history. If it gets what it wants then in a hundred years nobody will learn about what American power has done to all the different races across the world.

I can’t speak for American teachers but as an ex-teacher in English schools, I have to say that former colleagues are among the most spineless demographic in society. Many of them know little of work outside of government employment. And as government employees they are like 1984’s “inner party”. I make the observation like Orwell that the young women are often the worst.
I choose Racism because the other Races are spoon-fed it and therefore we cannot be bereft of it ourselves.

They have nothing. They will, of course lie that the ‘whites’ destroyed their civilization, even stupidly going so far as to say they’re the Israelites, the Hebrews were black and they were chased out of Europe, that the original Celts, Germanics, Vikings etc were negroes. So, sorry for digressing, but my point about blacks (whom I bear no ill will for, just simply tell the truth about them) is that they are taking what the Jews are giving them – our culture and civilization. The Jews are destroying white culture, by not allowing whites, to be white, or Europeans, European. They are highlighting every negative of our history, while ignoring every positive, while promoting every positive from blacks and hiding every negative. So effectively whites grow up with – ‘white bad, black good’.
All of this is the work of the Jew and their shabbos goy, whom I hate to say are prdominantly filled with stupid, white women, many LGBTQ+, doing their best to climb the social ladder, attain a higher income and compete with men, courtesy of being brought up under misandry (feminism).
The very reason why they employ so many homosexuals and women, in all establishments, is because they’re easily manipulable. The homosexual men are effeminate. The lesbians hate heterosexual men (and many actually homosexual men as well, although they don’t see them as a threat as they don’t compete for their women) and the women, indoctrinated with feminism, are there to push men out, the creators and protectors of their civilization, while being ogled by the lesbians as future partners.
It’s all truly FUBAR and the Jew, sits at the top, pressing all the buttons, pulling all the levers, while the western civilization goes into meltdown.

And even better, remove the Jewish men and put them on an island with the homosexual men and vice versa with the lesbians and the feminists. They won’t procreate and they’ll all eventually die off, just as what they want for us.
No woman, period, should EVER be in charge of any nation. And this is precisely WHY they have the likes of Jacinda Ardern in New Zealand, Angela Merkel in Germany, Nicola Sturgeon in Scotland and soon to be Harris in the US, because they’ve all sworn fealty to the Jew and will do his bidding for their own power grabs. No woman, can ever take power in any meritocracy. They’re not strong enough or capable enough either. Feminism, the work of the Jew is the curse of western civilization and these four women are testament to it.

“White fragility” deserves analysis, which I might give it, but ,first, this. The institutions which teach the White inmates that they are bad are also teaching it to the foreigners present, so the latter are gaining self-respect in a ratio with the Whites losing it, and so there will be something needed to balance this up, and that something will be Racism. Any quick mind has already offered this. Now for “White fragility”. It is only two words but also a world of assumption. It means “you cannot handle foreigners because you are weak, so you have to exclude them” when the weakness is of course in letting them invade and take over.” Let ’em take over, you coward!” It used to be “repel the invader, you coward!” until it was inverted, in tune with the anti-heterosexual call to attribute fear and homosexuality to any gay-basher. (In my other comment I did not put the exes but I do not mind)
