The government has granted Covid-19 manufacturer Pfizer a legal indemnity protecting it from being sued, enabling its coronavirus vaccine to be rolled out across the country as early as next week.
The Department of Health and Social Care has confirmed the company has been given an indemnity protecting it from legal action as a result of any problems with the vaccine, the Independent reported.
The Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine was approved for use in the UK, with roll out planned for early next week, becoming the first Western country to approve a vaccine.
NHS staff providing the vaccine, as well as manufacturers of the drug, are also protected.
In a press conference with journalists on Wednesday, Ben Osborn, Pfizer’s UK managing director, refused to explain why the company needed an indemnity.
He said: “We’re not actually disclosing any of the details around any of the aspects of that agreement and specifically around the liability clauses.”
Around 50 hospital hubs around England will start offering the Pfizer vaccine to patients and staff in care homes from next week.
The NHS will also start sending letters out next week inviting vulnerable members of the population to go and get a vaccine from a designated hospital.
The Pfizer/Biontech vaccine, which comes in packs of 975 doses, will first be given to the most vulnerable Brits, going down the generational chart.

This indemnity alone should cause people to question its safety. In Britain the government has decided frontline NHS staff won’t be amongst the first to receive vaccines as was previously suggested. I think this is likely because any damage they may cause will soon become apparent if there are few NHS staff left to give the vaccine if so many are harmed by them. That would also leave fewer staff to vaccinate those who still can’t see what’s going on.
This is for (their) your own good. It is easier than having a little box to check that says, “I have read and understand the fine print, and that everyone is unaccountable even if it costs me my life.”
Good for those who can’t read, which nowadays is half of Britain.
People walk around with masks on that specifically state, on the box, it won’t protect them from ‘infection’.
They do this because the government tells them so.
Now there’s going to be a vaccine, rushed out in a matter of months (compared to vaccines that take 20 years to develop) whose manufacturer has been given complete immunity from prosecution should any ‘complications’ develop, in those, who take it.
And the government is telling them to take it.
This doesn’t sum up evil from the government. It sums up the gross stupidity of the public, their overwhelming ignorance and complete gullibility should any of them even be contemplating taking it.
Bottom line – if people are that stupid to take it, then really, they’re better off dead. I actually think this vaccination is a blessing. It’s going to separate the wheat from the chaff, the men from the boys and clearly show those, whom nature has decided should lead man into our future.

Legal indemnity for manufacturers of poisons and toxic death sludge is an absolute outrage… If the chemical companies can’t be held accountable, then the corrupt political hacks protecting the chemical companies must shoulder it, how about that?

what needs to done is that a petition is signed by many of the public that they want to witness Matt Hancock and Boris Johnson , Van Tam and Whitty be given the vaccine and have a toxicologist or whoever to make sure that the Pfizer vaccine is in the injection after all they should grant the request as they love and care for us all so much and want to keep us so healthy why wouldn’t they want to take the vaccine.
