Oregon Public Broadcasting reports Wednesday that black members of Portland’s Black Lives Matter movement are tired of their anti-racism demonstrations being hijacked by the mostly white “Antifa” anarchists and are working to separate the two movements as protests continue.
“Tensions between Black activists fighting for racial justice and anti-establishment protesters have bubbled beneath the surface for months,” the outlet says, noting that many of the anti-racism protests, now in their sixth month, began as peaceful demonstrations but became violent after nightfall, when anarchist groups, who organized on social media, appeared.
The riots, which made national headlines, tainted the Black Lives Matter protests, activists say, and confused commentators who often assumed the violence developed from the demonstrations. Instead, they say, the unrest was wholly separate — and now they want the groups to disentangle.
“This week marks six months since Floyd’s death, and protests continue in Portland,” OPB reports. “But now, activists in the city are divided as to whether they are still fighting in a racial justice movement centered on Black lives, or if an unfocused, anti-establishment fight against capitalism and state power has usurped the initial cause that brought thousands of Portlanders into the streets.”
BLM activists also contend that the largely white “Antifa” group is “privileged,” noting that many of those arrested during the protests are middle- or upper-class, are quickly free on bail, and often escape prosecution — luxuries not often afforded to people of color who tangle with the same justice system.
“Most Black people in our community don’t feel like they have the privilege to go straight to the police and yell in their face,” one activist told OPB. “If you’re privileged, if you’re white, you care less about whether or not a protest is going to result in reforms that might save even just one life. And you have the ability to be a purist in a way that Black and brown communities really do not.”
The privilege gap becomes an even bigger problem, BLM activists say, when the Anarchists push back against peaceful protesters who suggest less violent tactics might be more effective at achieving protest goals. In Portland, especially, the notorious, Antifa-aligned Pacific Northwest Youth Liberation Front excoriated more peaceful groups for “pacifying the nightly justice center action,” calling members of BLM “police collaborators.”
The breakup does go deeper. Antifa-aligned groups tried to “cancel” social justice organizers, dredging up old Tweets, accusing key BLM protest leaders of sexism and “being disrespectful to women.”
Interestingly, the calls for “separation,” though, have surfaced only recently, as protests are dying down. BLM was largely silent over the summer, even as the unrest in Portland threatened lives and security, and the more “peaceful” elements of Portland’s protest community said little when Antifa-aligned groups began marching through Portland’s residential areas, confronting homeowners they deemed insufficiently supportive of their cause.
It could be that the election made a difference. The Los Angeles Times reports that things began to fall apart between the two groups just a month ago — the day after the presidential election — after Antifa-aligned groups tried to “send a message” to leftists about party politics and attacked the city’s Democratic Party headquarters.
“The day after President-elect Joe Biden delivered his victory speech, telling the nation it was time to heal and unite, a clandestine Twitter account — @safePDXprotest — summoned Portland anarchists,” the LA Times reported. “Word spread through the group that the target tonight would be the local headquarters of the Democratic Party. Somebody started beating a drum as a chant broke out: ‘F— Joe Biden!’”
BLM activists, satisfied that President Donald Trump had likely been defeated, pushed back, claiming they’d reached their goal. At that point, BLM began accusing the anarchists of “hijacking the movement and undermining the push for racial justice by continuing to commit violence.”
Protests in Portland have died down considerably. Although unrest over the summer drew crowds of several hundred, a demonstration over the weekend drew just over a dozen individuals.

You see WE, the white peoples of this earth, the descendants of Israel, the deadly enemy of the Jew, will be the first to go (so they think although they’re going to lose and lose badly as we’re simply following God’s agenda as laid out in the bible). You blacks completely fail to understand that the only peoples on this earth that give a sh*t about you, who have sent aid to Africa when there was famine, disease and natural disasters, are the very people that you rob from, assault, rape and murder – white people. The peoples of the Indian sub continent want nothing to do with you. So to don’t the middle eastern and Arabian peoples. You can add to that the Asian peoples and the Polynesians too.
You live in OUR civilization and you contribute nothing, well, not unless you count robbery, rape, assault and murder into that. I never had a problem with black people before all this BLM/Antifa crap. But when I saw how easily they all succumbed to the BS, my whole perception of them changed. Blacks are that stupid to see that BLM means NO OTHER lives matter except those of black people and they promote this stupidity, without understanding their blatant racism towards non blacks in doing so. Antifa, BLM….both different sides of the same coin, in the pocket of the Jews (Soros/Rothschild) being used to bring chaos.
Maybe one day, you blacks will see the serious damage that BLM & Antifa have brought to relations between blacks and whites, but in the mean time, things will continue getting progressively worse, as the brain dead, utterly indoctrinated, incapable of critical thinking, trapped in arrested development, younger generations continue being the hammer, the Jews are using to smash western civilization with.

And even after all their insurrectionary violence, the Trump Admin never added either group to the government domestic ‘terrorist’ list; even though smaller obscure ‘white fascist’ groups who have done nothing are on it. In fact, the Trump govt. (FBI/Homoland Security) considers ‘white supremacists’ as the main ‘terror threat’. This is because Trump, BLM, CIAntifa are directed by the same Jewish Overlords.

I’m currently in a university class with several African blacks – and I can attest to the fact that they are not less intelligent than the whites in the class. It is a strange misunderstanding to think so.
American blacks have been traumatized and decieved – and they have not generally had access to an even somewhat decent education – and it is not strange that this has had an influence. There are however, signs of self-study here and there.

I happened, upon an occasion, to find myself in the company of a very prejudicial individual indeed.
For a reason that was beyond my discernment, he really hated Scottish people and made as much known, loudly and repetitively, to those of us who were present there.
Being half-Scots myself, I didn’t care too much for his mockery of the motherland – “Fucking Jock this…Fucking Jock that…” – and so I got up to clout him one, before realizing that he was, in fact, referencing college football.
That was when I was on holiday in America.
The big divide is between those with common sense and the idiots. We are the idiots who are constantly divided fighting against everyone but our true enemies. The US global elites who alone in 2012 had an estimated $32 trillion stashed offshore from the huge profits made from outsourced investments, are together with their globalist elite counterparts in Europe, know exactly just how stupid we are. There is no push back against them because they control the press, they control BLM and the control Antifa, and all of our governments which they have debt racked and have taken over with their puppets. Their game has always been “divide and conquer”, and Agenda 21(the Great Reset) – sustainable development – is their biggest scam to completely subjugate everyone of us into their New Feudal World Order, where they are to be our Feudal lords and the rest of us they let survive are to be their serfs.
Designating what businesses and activities are “non-essential” is only the first overture to this New World Order. They have already decided which of their multinationals and our activities are to remain “essential” and to come under the wings of their financial cartel and oppressive governments. The Agenda 21 “Great Reset” for sustainable development is a pretext for global control over all finances, resources, consumption, and over every aspect of our lives and even the right to reproduce. To get to its present launching, it required the engineering of multiple scams including: the fake CO2 global warming crisis for the green leg to the Reset stool; the fake 9/11 terrorist crisis for the imposition of the surveillance state; the engineered migration crisis to herd millions they displaced into our nations to break down our nation states; the engineered Western debt-bubble crisis most essential to the make us financially break our governments to enable the long-planned financial and economic Resets; and, now the Covid plandemic to make us helpless and receptive to all of their Agenda 21 solutions.
They use their vast wealth to buy off anything in their way and completely control our governments. If we are sucked into fighting against each other based on the old divisions they have fueled to divide us, such as: left vrs. right; black vrs. white; Christian vrs. Mulim; middle class vrs. poor class; male vrs. female, the issue is not that the elites just gain a little more power over us. Rather, the issue facing us now is the complete control they will have over every aspect of our lives.
