Protests delay the inevitable by extending the end of the plank we are forced to walk.
I remember my delusion as a teenager when we thought our antiwar protests forced an end to the Vietnam War.
Until clueless hypochondriacs lose their faith in miracle vaccines, there shall always be the need for Snake Oil salesmen.

It was a good day! Lots of noise. The scenes are from outside of the main government building in Copenhagen – on the day when the law was entering its first hearing in the parliament. The law had been proposed by the sitting government – but there has been quite some dissatisfaction among the opposition parties because the current government has been very autocratic since March (and has been able to, because of a political alliance that secured a majority). So the opposition parties also went against the law. It was binned, completely, and afterwards it was said that they would have to “start all over” drafting a new law. We’ll see what happens.

As a Dane this article just reminded me why I have kept returning to this site for the past 15 years, and probably won’t stop doing so anytime soon.
This is literally the first place I have seen any mention of these protests, because there has been a complete media blackout on this in Denmark.
The Danish MSM is making it sound like this law was only dropped because of the mainstream political opposition parties, while they keep pushing for the vaccine, even though the national COVID deathrate just dropped to 1% yesterday, and keeps dropping.
Why do we need to get vaccinated against a virus that is less than 1% lethal?
Oh, and the Danish media also spins the face mask research paper that was just released, showing that face masks do nothing against the virus, the Danish mainstream media tells people that it shows they “may be” up to 20% effective.
The worst offender is unsurprisingly the Danish state-run media outlet DR, commonly called DDR among Danish dissenters, as a homage to the German Democratic Republic (Deutsche Demokratische Republik), which was the official name of Communist East Germany.

This is why so many Europeans are so trusting of their regimes and those in the US and UK. Trusting in what you are told in Europe is much more common than in the UK & US. You can see that this protest movement is moral and freedom based. I would say that not many know about the wider context. The presenter in the video has a good lean towards this just being a mistake.
Of course, I could be wrong. Despite the internet age, most countries are closed to outside input or research. Is is easier between the US and UK, but even then, much more censorship, blocked youtube comments and emails that never arrive.
