Trey Trainor, the Chairman of the Federal Election, stated during an appearance on Newsmax this Thursday that he “does believe there’s voter fraud taking place,” and confirmed that the refusal to allow poll watchers to observe the ballot counting process – among numerous other irregularities – does indeed constitute an “illegitimate election.”
“I do believe that there is voter fraud taking place in these places,” Trainor said. “Otherwise they would allow the observers to go in.”
“When you have claims of 10,000 people who don’t live in the state of Nevada having voted in Nevada, when you have the video showing where people are either duplicating a spoiled ballot right there, or they’re in the process of just marking a ballot that came in blank for a voter, that’s a process that needs to be observed by election observers,” Trainor said.
The FEC Chairman added that poll observers are legally allowed to be present during the counting of ballots, and if they are refused entry to a place where the vote is being tabulated then “the law is not being followed, making this an illegitimate election.”

Trainor went on to forecast that some of the Trump campaign’s legal challenges to the legitimacy of the 2020 presidential election will likely end up in the Supreme Court.
National File reported this week that U.S. House Rep. Lance Gooden has filed a lawsuit related to refusals to allow GOP poll watchers to observe ballot counting in Texas:
On Monday, U.S. Rep. Lance Gooden announced a lawsuit filed against the Dallas County Elections Office, alleging that the office refused to comply with local law and allow Republican Party poll watchers to observe the vote counting process.
“Repeat violations of ballot counting procedures,” which include preventing Republicans from being present during the mail-in ballot tallying process, led to a lawsuit against the Dallas County Elections Office.
“Voters deserve to see how their ballots are counted,” Gooden said in a statement provided to the press. “Democrat-run governments on every level will do anything to tip the scales in their favor. We’re not going to let them get away with it.”
In Detroit, poll observers boarded up windows and screamed at poll observers to leave while the latter chanted “Let us in” while locked outside of the vote counting area.

These elections have been rigged since at least 1913, when a clique of Jewish bankers via the Federal Reserve Act, clandestinely conquered America & co-opted its politico-economic system for their own profit & sociopolitical objectives.
Rigging the election so blatantly was deliberate when they knew they could not win and when they even predicted they would tie things up in the courts to neutralize Trump for the rest of his term before any final court solution, likely sometime later next year, and as planned, the Union being run by some other corrupt government body. Like with the Plandemic, the ring wraiths of the cabal announced what they were going to do before they did it as a signal to all of their orkish followers on how to play along.
With a neutralized dumb-ass Executive listening to its lawyers and following due process on the election rigging issue, the globalists steal many marches, and the vote rigging is a win, win, win all of the way. Trump playing the game is neutralized from doing anything significant with the issue of who won the election completely in the hands, not of voters, but in the hands of politically appointed judges in a nation with an extremely over politicized court, and he is also neutralized from intervening in the globalist UN Great Reset plans being ushered in. If Trump were to intrude with globalist plans during the next few months with the election before the courts, the rigged Congress and Senate would intervene and the media would go berserk.
The globalist are on a timetable to digitize the US dollar in January which is their prelude to the global digital currency in 2022. In 2021 they have to coordinate everything with their 5G AI grids. They can only keep the Covid controls in place so long without a more virulent form of the virus just happening to come along. They do not want any Trump waffling or back peddling on the vaccination program based on the fake Covid threat, and they also have to sell their microchip tracking biotherm inserts with the vaccinations. They cannot have a maverick President in any position to interfere, in the very center of the Empire which is not only responsible to the entire Covid scam wracking the world, but also central to the planned ushering in of the first stage of the 1992 UN Agenda 21, now dubbed the “Great Reset”. Covid, as we on this site well know, is the pretext or cover for the economic and social controls, necessary both to restrain us and to make the Resets seem necessary.
What, therefore. can Trump do? What he can do is to exercise immediately and suddenly all of his emergency powers, because that is what his actual duty is and what he ought to do, regardless of the naysayers. However, he is most likely part of the problem and as much of a puppet as former US Presidents. If he was really for the sovereignty and integrity of his nation he would call on the people and the army to intervene. He would expose the massive Covid fraud and planning to the people, intervening in the media, to show exactly just how the nation has been under attack. Not only has the entire health system been sabotaged with hundreds of thousands of people having been denied proper medical care, and many dying as a result, but millions of people have lost their jobs and millions of business have been deliberately destroyed. This sabotage constitutes a national emergency and requires immediate intervention with sweeping arrests and detentions. Secondly, the very basis of the democracy and the Constitution has been deliberately and openly sabotaged to destroy the confidence of all decent citizens in the process, democracy, the Constitution and their nation, by the exact same people. This man has a duty to ACT NOW, to DO WHAT IS NECESSARY, to save his nation from those who are systematically destroying it, and waiting for the courts to act, is an abandonment of his most basic responsibility to his people, and to the rest of the world.
Never has this global-elite power structure deconstructing the US nation been so vulnerable, and never will there be another opportunity to turn everything around. Simply by doing what Trump promised to do in the beginning, which was to end the corruption of his nation by the deep state, which is behind both the Covid scam and the massive vote rigging fraud, not just he but his nation will come out on top in the eyes of every decent person in the world. The exposure from on high of both scams will be the death knell to the globalist fraudsters and fear mongers and the US deep state carrying out their plans. It would stall all of the globalist plans subjecting them to proper investigation and public scrutiny regrading a planned future being imposed, not only on the people of the US, but on the people of the entire world, which is a future which is clearly being built on fakery, gross exaggerations, mass deceptions and on constant fear mongering. and not on the truth, reality, trust, and good will.
However, Trump will not do this, because clearly he is not his own man. He is a puppet of crooks and likely of the banking cartel also bankrolling him and which is also bankrolling the entire Covid/Debt-Bubble/Great-Reset/UN operation. Instead, of acting as is his duty to act, and not “play acting” like a puppet would, but to “act” by actually “doing” something, we find he would rather duck out of the picture and play golf, letting the courts decide, perhaps coming back sometime in 2021 if he is given another chance, after the major Resets are done and the smoke and smell of the massive deceptions have cleared up a little, with everyone tagged and everything neatly installed in all of the planned control grids.
If he decides otherwise and acts, then will he likely again first consult with the wrong people who will betray him, or will he spill the beans telling his opposition what he is going to do “unless” …., meaning that in his foolishness he will try to “negotiate” a deal? Will he throw away the last vestige of his authority for some concessions, which means in the final analysis he will have again failed his nation and the rest of the world?
Never have the facts and reasons been so clear and damning for the just exercise of raw Executive power to intervene on behalf of the people enslaved by deception, fear mongering, and injustice by a hidden ruling elite which has abused their wealth and all of their powers. If Trump is from God then he will act. If does not, then he is simply a facilitator of more evil. There is no longer any in between.
Trump won in a lanslide. When the Democrats could see in real time that Trump was well on his way to a 2nd term they pulled a swifty with Voter fraud through Dominion Hammer and scorecard and flipped Trump votes to Biden.
