Moscow has revealed a draft agreement with Khartoum on Wednesday that allows for establishing a naval logistics base on the Sudanese coast in the Red Sea.
The proposed naval base will be able to accommodate up to 300 soldiers and employees as stipulated in the agreement, in addition to ships equipped with nuclear gear “taking into account nuclear and environmental safety requirements”, provided that no more than four ships would anchor simultaneously.
Bilateral agreement
Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin announced in an official statement last Friday that the draft agreement that was initially discussed with Sudan will be submitted to the Russian president.
The statement indicated that Sudan had approved the establishment of a naval logistics base on its territory, while pledging to develop and modernise the country’s infrastructure in order to maintain and supply Russian warships and provide hospitality services for crew members.
Russia expressed willingness to deliver weapons and military equipment to Sudan for free with the purpose of maintaining air defence systems to the proposed facility.
The statement added: “The project stems from a mutual desire of Moscow and Khartoum to strengthen and develop military cooperation to increase the defence capacity of both states.”
The statement continued: “The presence of the Russian naval logistics base in Sudan, which is set for defence purposes, meets with goals of maintaining peace and stability in the region, and not to pose any threat to other countries.”
The term of the agreement will extend for 25 years, and will be automatically renewed for periods of ten consecutive years if neither party has notified in writing of its intention to end the accord.
In 2017, ousted President Al-Bashir visited Moscow and signed agreements to modernise the Sudanese Armed Forces with Russian assistance.
Following the deposition of Al-Bashir, last year the new Sudanese authorities confirmed Khartoum’s commitment to the political, economic and military agreements signed with Russia.
Russia also sends military advisors from time to time to African countries, as part of its endeavour to restore the influence it once held in the region, before the collapse of the former Soviet Union more than 30 years ago.

All the arse wipe states surrounding Sudan, including those across Red Sea will be gutted, because they will all have to lift their games and reduce pilfering state funds & consider their relationships with Western three letter agencies.
President Al-Bashir clearly wants stabilty and has sought the protection offered by a ‘real’ Christian state that offers legal status to other large religions. Sudan will not be blighted by Agenda30. lol
I wonder if Russia is doing this to ensure the Suez Canal remains open, and safe passage through it isn’t used to hold countries or their oil as economic hostage of the USA as it sinks into terminal decline? A protection racket, basically.
This is being done so Russia can begin loading/transporting cargoes of African bipedal apes on their naval vessels into Russia..
This is being done so Russia can begin loading/transporting cargoes of white South African bipedal apes on their naval vessels into Russia..
Interesting move by Russia. Having a naval base on the Red Sea would be the start to building a counterweight to the Zio-Anglo empire/cancer in the region. But trusting Russia offers real resistance to the Jew World Order is dubious at best, as Russia seems to be as firmly in the clutches of the demonic machinations of organized Jewry as any Western nation. I’ll never understand how Russians haven’t slaughtered every Jew in sight over the past several decades, seeing all the death, misery, ruin, and destruction Jews have done to Russia and her people since the psychopathic Jew Bolsheviks went ape-shit all over Russia, slaughtered TENS OF MILLIONS of Russian Christians. Yet, Russia continues to have a bizarre relationship with Israel and a unhealthy tolerance for the Jew devils.
I’d be interested in seeing what The Saker has to say about this development.
No it wont!! When Trump is re-elected NESARA will be fully initiated and as a result this will be outlawed.
Umbra Bellator: very well put!
The problem with problem eradication is that it leads to big wars. Putin has left the Russian Central Bank untouched & he has left its pro City crime caretels and Wall Street mob supporters again, unharmed. The Central Bank of Russia is so say ‘state owned’. I can’t believe this, no more than the Bank of England was so say nationalised in 1946 when the UK was bust. You can detest the beast all you like, but if killing ir leaves you mortally wounded, what is the point. Is this Putin’s thinking, or is he really a Rothschild puppet?
I am inclined to think he was onboard when he took over. They then lost control. There was a very telling photo of Putin standing next to Lord Jacob Rosthchild when the Rosneft float took place on the LSE. This was supposed to be Putin’s pension fund.lol Then we have the G20 meeting held in Moscow. It was prior event announced that Russia would join the WTO, then Russia backed out. I’ve not investigated why Russia pulled out after public disclosure.
Putin has been subjected to at least two MI6 assassination attempts. When the the G20 was held in Canberra, Putin was last to arrive and first to leave. Sitting off the Australian cost was a Russian battle group. The Western fake news mocked Putin muscleman for needing his navy. The reason for the Russian naval flotilla was that Putin knew his life was in danger, so had his plane been taken down going or leaving Canberra, all the G20 leaders would have been fried.
So I am still out on where Putin sits on the fence… which side his feet dangle. There is plenty of evidence to suggest they don’t control him even 40%.
