Effective this week, diners in Michigan are now going to be required to produce their full name and contact information simply for wanting to eat out at a restaurant or bar.
Ironically, it’s likely more information than citizens are required to produce in order to vote.
Democratic Governor Gretchen Whitmer has moved her state one step closer to a true Orwellian paradise, asking her citizens to surrender their privacy every time they want a cheeseburger and a coke at their local diner. Whitmer has already been struck down once by the Supreme Court over trying to unilaterally extend the state’s emergency declarations, The Western Journal noted.
A new release from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services said:
Like many other businesses in Michigan, bars and restaurants will also be required to take names and contact information to support effective contact tracing if necessary.
But who can be worried about such mundane things as rights in the midst of an unstoppable pandemic that is slightly more deadly than the flu, right?
That was the Michigan DHS’s take. They said:
Michigan presently has 172 cases per million people and positivity of tests has increased from about 2% to 5.5% and both indicators have been increasing for over four weeks. Hospitalizations for COVID-19 have doubled over the last three weeks while the state death rate has increased for five consecutive weeks.
As part of the newly extended orders, MDHHS today reduces from 500 persons to 50 persons the maximum gathering size for indoor gatherings such as weddings, parties, and banquets which occur in nonresidential settings without fixed seating.
It added:
For bars, restaurants, and social events outside private homes, indoor party sizes at a single table are now restricted to six people.
Violating the order could result in a $1,000 fine, a misdemeanor, and potentially imprisonment, the DHS said:
Violations are punishable by a civil fine up to $1,000 and may also be treated as a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than six months or a fine of not more than $200, or both. In addition, failure to comply with orders may violate a business or professional’s licensure requirements or present a workplace safety violation.
Unsurprisingly, Michigan businesses are not happy about the new order.
Michigan Licensed Beverage Association Executive Director Scott Ellis concluded:
Again, what’s this data gathering if the data is not truthful, how do we know how good it is? Our front-line servers have already had trouble dealing with masks and mandates and mandating masks. We did de-escalation training and all kinds of other things to help with that and now we’re taking to the next level. We have to gather someone’s personal information?

The balance of Title 42, section 1981 of the Civil Rights Code states ” citizens shall be subject to like punishment, pains, penalties, taxes, licenses(the Bar’s in article) and extractions of every kind”.
Noahide or communitarian law as they call it now is obviously nothing new to us.

In Australia, in the state of Victoria, coffee shops etc. want names addresses and ID. It is forced onto them by the government, obviously to put together contact tracing for their FAKE pandemic.

However…..
What I do gain, is the knowledge that some people have decided to free themselves from the shackles of the state.
I will explain.
When you are born your parents sign a birth certificate. That birth certificate is a contract between your parents and the government. The minute it’s created so too is the legal fiction. Your legal fiction is a corporate sole. It is nothing more than a piece of cargo, which the government owns. It attaches itself to you and you will know it by it’s name – your name, all in CAPITALS and with MR/MRS/MISS in front of it. With this legal fiction you are able to use it as identification, to obtain a passport, to use a bank card, apply for a driver’s license.
However….
What it also is, is the very thing that gets you arrested and into a court room to be tried under whatever, NONSENSE piece of legislation, created by the government.
By obtaining a common law birth certificate, this then replaces the legal fiction birth certificate. And instantly, by obtaining this, you then can also obtain control over your legal fiction from the state. And you can do this simply because, in order that a contract be created you need two parties and four elements – agreement, capacity, consideration, and intention. Within the capacity element, in order for it to be valid, FULL DISCLOSURE must be given to the parents of just what the contract entails. It isn’t. Your parents have not only any idea that a contract is being created, but more so, that a legal fiction is too. This therefore makes your birth certificate contract invalid.
When you are arrested for, say, hate speech, under the new draconian laws, you will be taken to court. In fact it’s not a court, it’s a place of business. That ‘court’ is a registered corporation, as is the legal fiction (you) and everyone else in that court room. When the judge calls you, you sit in the ‘dock’. Why? Because they want you OFF the land and into the sea in order to be able to try you under Law of Admiralty/Law of the Sea and NOT the law of the land (Common/God’s/Universal Law). You will not receive justice within, as you are playing by their rules. You’re going to a gun fight, with no bullets in your gun. You are completely under the mercy of the judge (who isn’t actually a judge, more like an administrator).
However…
If you present the judge with your birth certificate of common law, he will immediately notice that the certificate is NOT a legal fiction certificate and will state that he has no authority over the living man. If he proceeds to try you, he is breaking common law.
You see people, EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF BS LEGISLATION (Acts, Bills & Statutes) have NOTHING to do with common law. As long as you have not harmed another, whether through theft, assault or murder, you are not guilty under common law. Of course there are other laws in common law which need to be adhered to, such as trespass and breach of the peace, etc, but in general a crime is only a crime when there’s another injured party.
So what I’m stating is, by taking control over your legal fiction, no policeman can impose their authority over you unless you’re breaking common law. Should they DECIDE to arrest you, for a piece of BS legislation, then you will ask them if they ‘under their oath of office’ (and they will say yes) and you will tell them that they have no authority over you, as you are a living man/women and that if they continue, you will take them to common law court on charges of common law assault, common law kidnap and common law false imprisonment. You will tell them they have NO leg to stand on and they will lose. Most likely receiving a custodial sentence and removal from their job.
This is their Achilles heel. The very world of those in charge was to continue slavery, through the legal fiction birth certificate, turn us into registered company and float us on the stock exchange. They OWN the legal fiction and the legal fiction, as stated, is a dead, piece of cargo.
Once people have done this, the next step is to take these people to a common law court and try them for treason, followed by removal of all moneys and assets, subsequent life imprisonment (meaning life) OR execution.
The common law court is growing. It’s growing because the people ARE the court and the people CONTROL the government, not the other way around. You’ve all been fooled into believing that the government are in charge. All this covid nonsense is just that. With a common law birth certificate and ID card, you can open your businesses, if you have a pub you can have smoking inside if you want, again all of that crap was legislation that you have no authority over. And more so, when the police come to your bar, you show them your ID and you tell the, there and then that unless they leave the premises, right away, you will arrest them for common law trespass and breach of the peace. And again, they won’t have a leg to stand on, because there is no common law that says a man can’t smoke inside a building.
It’s about educating yourself people.
