Now that Great Britain is in lockdown for the foreseeable future and people are forced to stay at home more than ever before, it is incumbent upon the government to ensure that homes in Scotland are free from “hate.” It could soon be illegal for a Scot to try to speak to his family at the dinner table about how jews run the media, children should not be pushed into transgenderism, and importing boatloads of blacks does not actually enrich a country.
The Times reports:
Conversations over the dinner table that incite hatred must be prosecuted under Scotland’s hate crime law.”
The bill adds a crime of “stirring up hate,” which only applies to protected groups, meaning that stirring up hate against the indigenous Scots would still be completely “kosher.” This new crime involves “behaving in a threatening or abusive manner, or communicating threatening or abusive material to another person,” and even just possessing “inflammatory material.”
Who defines what “stirring up hate” actually is? Would possessing certain books in one’s home be considered “inflammatory material”? Will enslaved Scots really walk on eggshells in their own homes to avoid the scrutiny of the thought police?
I assume that this new bill would rely on citizens turning each other over to the neo-Stasi police for criminal speech, but with the new spying technology available, including Amazon Echo and all the smart phones, people may soon be monitored by an AI that is scanning every conversation for hate speech.
Justice Secretary Humza Yousaf stated:
Remember also that people have the right, and I speak as somebody who has been often the target and the victim of hatred, be it racial or religious, that people have the right to live their life without having that prejudice, that hatred, directed towards them. Criminal law must protect people from that hatred.”
Yousaf made it clear that this bill would extend to journalists, writers and theater directors, who could be dragged to court if their professional work is determined to have stirred up any “prejudice.”
Yousaf himself is prejudiced against the indigenous Scots, having previously complained that the vast majority of senior positions in Scotland authorities were filled with White people (in a country that is 96% White).

The police state does not have the resources to investigate, arrest people or spend time getting members of their families or friends to cooporate with said prosecution.
They don’t have court or prison space, they can’t afford it & even if they bypass the legal system and just put sheeple in REX-84, FEMA style concentration camps, they still can’t afford it. However, I do expect the UK to start death squads. Accepted that the UK regime does murder selected individuals here in the UK and abroad, but I am talking about relatively low level individuals who have infulence in their circle. Bundled into a van and never seen again, I think this is a new normal, especially as systems fall apart. Man has home raided because someone ‘allegedly’ snitched on him for Covid violations… later dies in prison cell… because he had Covid. I am reminded about a chap who was stopped by police on the M5. A so say member of the public reported they had witnessed a chap in a red car waving a gun from the window of his car. Was the snitch real? Anyway, the man was murdered in cold blood on the M5, case closed. So yeah, death squads will return. The fake news will report such events in colourful ways, so read between the lines.
Inflammatory rhetoric such as this has absolutely nothing to do with equal rights but everything to do with racial superiority and reflects only BLM hate propaganda, proving that racism is rampant among non-whites, which this hate speech clearly demonstrates!

This is not law and people need to realise this.
Unless you have stolen from, assaulted or murdered another – YOU HAVE NOT COMMITTED A CRIME!
That’s really how simple it is.
However…..
If you give your name to the police you are contracting with them to be under this jurisdiction. When arrested and taken to the police station, the minute you sign your name you are sealing the contract and you WILL be taken to court and prosecuted.
Don’t get me wrong, if you don’t sign your name, they’ll hold you in a cell for 24 hours until you do, or until the longest time they can hold you without charge (I think it’s 48 hours). But after that they have to release you. Yes, they’ll probably try and get an extension to hold you under the terrorism act (lol) but that’ll fall through.
And here’s what you do when that happens. You tell the police officers that they are breaking their oath to uphold the common law of the land. Let them know that they have just assaulted you under common law, kidnapped you under common law and imprisoned you falsely, also under common law. Take their names and badge numbers, including the desk sergeant and all police involved and tell them that you will be bringing a private prosecution against them for said crimes.
This will scare the shite out of them because they know, damn well, that they have broken the common law in doing what they have to you.
They expect the public to be ignorant of their rights. They don’t expect people to understand the common law (and the majority are completely ignorant to it, hence why they STUPIDLY employ a solicitor who works for the system and is your enemy). The people fail to see that you cannot just keep creating laws under common law. All so called laws that you see popping up, such as the thousands that were created when the UK joined the EU, are not laws BUT statutes, acts and bills (legislation) of the law of the sea/admiralty. You live on the land, not the sea, therefore you cannot be tried under the law of the sea, but instead the law of the land – common law.
Now, this is important. Why do you think that so many people are punished under law of admiralty? You all need to understand words and their meanings. Why do you think courts are designed the way they are? When you are called, in court, for example, you move from your seat, open a gate and sit in the dock. Is the dock on land or in the sea? Precisely, by going through the gate, firstly you have obeyed the order of the court, meaning you have consented to being under their jurisdiction. And when you sit in the dock, you have moved from the LAND to the SEA. Therefore you are now being tried under the law of the sea, because you are IN THE SEA!
All of you really need to understand the massive differences between the common law and the law of the sea. They are vastly different to one another. And what people do not know is that the corrupt judiciary are unlawfully charging people under law of admiralty and duping them into being charged under it through the confusing language of legalese.
Read up on common law. Understand common law and know that the minute you agree to being under the law of admiralty, you are walking into a kangaroo court, where you will be penalised, either by being fined, given community service or jailed. Either way, it’s all about STEALING your money for the state. It’s 100% corruption.
You CANNOT arrest or imprison any man/woman for speech. There is no law AGAINST this. Sure, there’s a Public Order ACT, but it’s an ACT, not a LAW.
It’s also the same with drugs. What? I hear you say. Yes, there is no law against the taking of drugs. If there were a law against drugs, then EVERYONE who dealt with the making and distribution of drugs would be arrested and imprisoned. Staff who worked in bars, nightclubs, mini markets, super markets, chemists etc, along with the owners of said businesses, including the breweries, cigarette corporations, pharmaceutical giants WOULD ALL BE ARRESTED! You cannot differentiate between a class A, B or C type of drug. THEY’RE ALL DRUGS! Look at the reality, for example with Bill Gates? His drugs are sterilizing, maiming and killing hundreds of thousands of people around this world and he’s exempt from prosecution and yet, some Joe on the street, smoking a cannabis joint, is arrested and imprisoned? Again, as stated above – they cannot prosecute you, UNLESS you consent to being under their jurisdiction. Once you do, they’ve “got you by the balls” and they will punish you severely.
Again, to finally state to – under common law there are essentially three crimes – theft, assault (rape would obviously fall under assault) and murder. That’s it. The common law is God’s law. It’s what it’s based on. Law of the sea, law of admiralty deals with cargo manifest, on ships. And it’s your name, as written in capital letters, on your birth certificate, your LEGAL FICTION/SCARECROW that they use to prosecute you with, should you give this name to the authorities.
Learn common law and understand law of admiralty. Educate yourselves. Do NOT employ a solicitor but defend yourself AS YOU ALWAYS SHOULD. Solicitors work for the crown. And yes, if you talk to a solicitor about this, he/she will instantly deny it, telling you it’s all a load of shit. And why? They do so because they know that if people wake up to this SCAM, they’re out of a job. Yes, solicitors are scamming the public and are all essentially guilty of treason against the people as well.
Understand one thing finally. You are a sovereign individual. You are not a slave. You are not owned by anyone. No one has the right to impose any authority over you unless you consent. No group has any right to impose authority over you unless you consent. No one/group has any right to give authority to another/a group over you unless you consent. And ironically, this too would also mean that common law is also exempt over you, unless you consent to it. Those who impose authority over you, without your consent are tyrants. They are committing tyranny. That means, in this current situation, the government and their thugs – the police and soon to be armed forces. Any problem you have with another is between YOU and THEM, not any third party (government/police). Understand that people. Take back your freedom. Take back your rights. You have no obligation to follow or adhere to what another/s wish you to do, without your permission. And they know this.
Just imagine how wonderful Europe would be if the Nazis won the war. You would now be living in a civilized Aryan eugenic utopia free of non-whites & the three perverted plagues of Judaism-Christianity-Islam; as the SS evolves the race towards a new higher cosmic destiny. Instead of that though, we’re inescapably stuck on the Planet of the Apes, as we watch Europe & the western world unremittingly crumble into bipedal ape anarchy & mongrel supremacy.

“People are forced to stay at home” is a phrase found early in the article but it is not true. If you go out as normal, nothing happens. If a wooden-top interferes with your mobility or your breathing you deal with the insult and make him see what kind of a bag of sh** he is and it will only get more difficult for them thereafter. At least test the wankers before you say anything was “forced” on you out of a politician’s filthy mouth
