In 2016 the New York Times confidently predicted that Hillary Clinton had an 85% chance of winning the U.S. presidential election, over Trump’s 15%. In fact a few weeks earlier the Times predicted that Hillary Clinton had even more favourable odds with “a 91% chance to win”.
The New York Times wasn’t alone in stating that a win for Hillary Clinton was a near certainty. The Guardian also foresaw “a comfortable victory” for her, as did numerous other corporate media outlets:
This sort of coverage wasn’t confined to a few media outlets. There was near unanimity among talking heads and journalists that Clinton would win. But as we now know those forecasts were all wrong and by a wide margin.
So you might think then that the mainstream media would be a little more cautious in forecasting the 2020 presidential election. But that’s not the case and if anything it appears to be repeating the same pattern; confidently predicting a victory for President Trump’s 2020 opponent, Joe Biden.
Are we about to see history repeat itself? Is the corporate media covering the U.S. presidential race from an entirely neutral standpoint? I ask, not as a Trump supporter (I’m not) but as someone who is dismayed by the way the media appears to be trying to manipulate public perception, rather than accurately and objectively report events.
Either way, we will know in little more than a week. However, as a genuinely neutral observer watching from the other side of the Atlantic, I must say that I sense that Trump will win. I don’t particularly like the guy or even trust him but looking at the size and the enthusiasm of his rallies and how this contrasts with Biden’s poorly attended events it seems obvious.
The differences between these events has been well-documented, although you would not know that from the corporate media’s coverage.
Indeed, to the casual observer it almost seems as if the corporate media was trying to create the illusion of support for Joe Biden, as they once did with Hillary Clinton. The question is why?
Will the election be rigged in Biden’s favour? Or will Trump’s claim of victory be marred by allegations of “vote-rigging”? Will the ignorant and uninformed, duped by the media and under the misapprehension that Trump has somehow stolen the election, then take to the streets? Causing mayhem on a scale we have yet to see.
I would suggest that large segments of the U.S. are being primed for just such an outcome. Widening the divisions in an already fractured society, and spearheaded by the likes of antifa and BLM, they appear to have been psyched up to strive for the end for America, as we know it.
Or so it might seem, for America has yet to fulfil its true destiny.
According to Christian mystic and visionary Rudolf Steiner, we are witnessing the emergence of a third great global empire. The first was centred in Rome and under its auspices humanity saw the emergence of the rule of law and logic. The second empire had London at its hub and under the mantle of the British Empire it delivered the beginnings of the physical sciences worldwide, together with the industrial revolution and man’s technical dominance of the physical realm.
The third great global empire, according to Steiner, will have Moscow and the Slavic people at its heart. This era will see a great spiritual renaissance but first humanity will have to overcome a looming confrontation with the forces of darkness.
Assuming humanity overcomes this encounter and Russia has its time as a great empire, then and only then, America will finally come into its own.
According to Steiner this era of American cultural hegemony will last longer than any of the previous “empires”. I won’t even speculate about what it will be like, other than to say that it will be more a way of life than a military-political construct and that the “Americans” of this future global epoch maybe very different to the stereotypical Americans of today.
Sorry, I don’t support the last paragrapgh one bit. Amerika was built on British wealth, global extortion, mass immigration, vast resources, German brains and the brain of one Serbian called Nikola Tesla. Apart from these factors, the US has reaped hell on Earth since WW2.
This article also ignors the continuing global role the UK deep state and MI6s staggering budget at well over £3,000,000,000 . This is just the official spend. They have their play things like GCHQ, another staggering budget, the SAS/SBS, AND a HUGE network of private companies reaching out all over the world. This would go some way to explaining why MI6 would deploy the Covid bioweapon.
No matter who wins on Novermber 4th or some distant date in 2021, the US will start a full blown trade war with the EU. Apparently, Amerikan Boris Johnson has said he actually wants to hold off the EU trade deal… assuming he and his coup mates wants one, until the US election looks decided. The UK is the 51st State.
There are lies, damned lies, then there’s statistics. Then there’s polls.
I never believe polls because their questions can be loaded to get the answers desired by those who commission them. And if opinion is too strong the other way they can always be left unpublished. Polls might once have reflected opinions when they were first conceived but soon after that they became tools to influence opinions, especially by professional pollsters, and especially in elections. They’re like a new branch of mathematics where you first decide the number you want, then you jig around the sums and equations until you find the ones that best fit that number.
Yes they’re going for the double whammy…
The result will leave the media in the USA to be held in even more contempt….

For those who find it curious — as I do — that Rudolf Steiner might be described as a “Christian mystic and visionary”, Miles Mathis has the scoop. According to Mathis, Steiner was likely both Jewish and privileged and, as those who brushed against “Waldorf schools and schooling”, Steiner certainly had a “thing” about gnomes.

In the vein of history repeating — nobody learns, so, why not?! — it seems worth mentioning that Hillary made extensive use of “body doubles”, especially toward the end of her run for (s)election of POTUS 2016. According to observant observers, so has Joe Biden! Besides your lying eyes and reasoning minds, what lends the story about Biden’s double credence are frantic efforts to “fact check”, “debunk”, and censor such observations and photographic comparisons (the ear lobes, folks! the color of eyes).
The Jewish Overlords have already chosen Trump or Biden to be the next puppet Prez. The ‘vote’ of the cattle isn’t even counted. You’re living in Orwell ‘democracies’.
The CIAntifa has some Jew called ‘Allan Lichtman’ who they hype in their Marxist mass media networks. According to their story he has successfully ‘predicted’ the winner of every Prez election since 1984. Of course, he doesn’t predict anything, since the Jewish Overlords simply tell him who is going to ‘win’. This election this Jew has supposedly selected Biden to be the winner. I don’t know if that will happen, but it might be a clue to who they will pick.

You obviously haven’t studied Steiner. Instead you rely on the second hand opinions of Miles Mathis. If you had studied his lectures you would know that Steiner wrote extensively about faeries, nature spirits, elemental beings and gnomes too.
He also wrote extensively about Christ’s teachings. If you had read any of Steiner’s writings, particularly about Christ, you would that Steiner was not some Zionist disinformation agent masquerading as a Christian.
I know from personnel experience that many of the people who carried on his esoteric teachings were of the highest calibre. This includes the head of the Rudolf Steiner group in London who died nearly twenty years ago.
She confirmed much of what had passed between us when she visited me AFTER she had passed on some year later.
So many of people linked with Steiner’s teaching were indeed the REAL DEAL.

I did rely on the research, findings, and opinions of Miles Mathis as regards Rudolf Steiner — and, I readily admit, I also rely on his work concerning many other topics and subjects and people. As a scientist and researcher, I know my limitations as to scope and expertise! Miles Mathis does research, publishes findings, and invites criticism and debate. We can ponder why so few take him up on such generous offers! As you will discover, should you yourself investigate, others have reviewed his work and build upon it, though often without attribution — for obvious reasons, as you yourself example!
As background and expertise of a very limited sort, I also claim (1) being raised in the Roman Catholic Church (I suppose from Baptism until Fall of 1965); (2) having a son who attended a Waldorf School after his extrication from “public schooling” at a relatively young age; and (3) completing an eclectic series of studies in matters both Christian and spiritual (details upon request).
Your own reliance on “rationalwiki.org” as a source of information about Miles Mathis seems a bit ironic. Talk about secondhand, unconfirmed, and without personal investigation!

Dozens of visionaries like Steiner have many followers and they never agree much. In my Taoist scheme the cult-leader is the fourteenth level of yang while the cult-member is the corresponding yin. The biggest cult is called Jews and its medium is money whilst its hybrid(of yin and yang) is government. The cult-leader is male in spirit and usually biology, and often a Jew, as he is globally, and as Steiner was. He was in a personal spiritual fight with Hitler. Guidance by elementals notoriously goes wrong. Cult-leaders want to monopolise sex and money or control it. Books and technocracy are at 15 and16 respectively. Money hardly means anything. All the best work in art and science was done by volunteers driven by some fundamental imperatives, not by somebody’s attempt to convert all things into numbers. The artist is well aware of the impossibility of reduction except as temporary representation. Steps forward always make money less busy.

What Americans, and citizens of most countries, desperately need to realize is the corporate media is legally allowed to skew, distort, fabricate, and outright lie. Courts have declared “news” to be classified as entertainment, no different than a sitcom, soap opera, or cartoon, and, as such are under no obligation to actually tell the truth. News networks and affiliates can be held accountable for liable or slander, but can otherwise lie through their teeth and completely fabricate events. That has been declared in courts. Crazy but true.
