People assume it comes from this 2010 Rockefeller Foundation Report innocuously entitled “Scenario for the Future of Technology and International Development.” Although this report does outline a frightening scamdemic scenario starting on page 18, (20% of world pop infected; 8 million dead) it does not include the much more detailed and accurate information broadcast by Ghanian President Nana Akufo-Addo on June 21. They hypothesize a simulated global outbreak required steps, various phases, overall timelines, and expected outcomes:

Create a very contagious but super low mortality rate virus to fit the needed plan. Using SARS, HIV, Hybrid Research Strain created at Fort Dietrich Class 4 lab from 2008 to 2013 as part of a research project to find out why coronaviruses spread like wildfire in bats but have an extremely hard time infecting humans. To counteract that, they added 4 HIV inserts into the virus. The missing key to infect the human is the Ace-2-Receptor.

Create a weaponized version of the virus with a much higher mortality rate as a backup plan. Ready to be released in Phase 3, but only if needed. SARS, HIV, MERS, Weaponized Tribit Strain created at Fort Dietrich Class 4 lab in 2015.

Transport the Research Strain to different Class 4 lab, the National Microbiology Lab in Winnipeg Canada, and have it “stolen and smuggled out by China”, Xi Jang Lee, on purpose and taken to China’s only Class 4 lab which is Wuhan Institute of Virology in Wuhan China. For added plausible deniability and to help cement the wanted backup public script as something to fall back on if needed. The primary script being its natural. Backup script being that China created it and released it by accident.

Fund all the talking heads: Fauci, Birx, Tedros and agencies, World Health Organization, NIAID, the CDC and also the UN, that would be involved with pandemic response prior to the planned release of the Research Strain to control the wanted script throughout the operation.

Propaganda. Some truth, mostly bullpoo. The timing of Covid does not compute with US election year. It does compute with Brexit. Trump might be using the Covid ruse, but he didn’t order it & I find it hard to believe the US would inflict such carnage on its sheeple with the prospect of civil unrest or even civil war.
I am reminded that fake news and the so say alternative truth media are very happy to mention the CIA, NSA, FBI, MI5, & various police forces, but almost no one mentions MI6. The Queen recently made her first Covid period visit, she went to Porton Down… AND SHE DIDN’T WEAR A MASK. Now, I don’t see how ‘they’ gain from these staged events, but they clearly do. I am not writing off Fort Detrick, but I still believe that Porton Down developed the Covid bioweapon and that given the UKs economic demise, Brexit disaster and the fact that good trade deals are very thin on the ground. Even with reasonable trade deals, the UK is still finished & this is why the UK deep state rolled out Covid. There are two objectives: degrade UK living standards so sheeple accept tiger economic model. Degrade the global economy by weakening global trade, including the Trump led USA.

The fake news ran a story the other day that China’s economy was “booming” with 4.5% growth. The article made a big point of blaming China for Covid. 4.5% growth is probably a much inflated growth number. Many, including those in the financial fake news have questioned China’s growth numbers as being far too high. But lets assume that 4.5% is correct. The truth is that 4.5% is a disaster for China which has around 8.26 million births per year & that is above the death rate. China needs around 7% growth.
Trade wars by the US at the behest of Wall St. & the City of London have done their bit to damange China’s rise, but Covid has done more damage. the Chinese brand has taken a beating, so much so that Xi Jinping has ordered the Chinese military to prepare for war. He might be playing to his home audience, but it sends a clear message.
The UK regime recently announced that a UKCSG comprising of a leaking aircraft carrier (lol) and some foreign naval ships will embark on its first operational mission to the South China Sea. In early 2019 the Defence Secretary Gavin Williamson casually threatened to: “Send our carriers tio the South China Sea & show China who is boss.”
Williamson said this less than a year before the Covid bioweapn release. Williamson has a very big mouth and too much testosterone, but his sentiments reveals the real thought culture running though the deep state, the UK military and leading regime figures.

During The Spanish Flu (1918/19) four separate investigations were carried out in the USA on healthy young men, released from naval imprisonment in exchange for volunteering to be guinea-pigs. They were placed in close contact with the very sick SF victims in hospitals. They drank their sputum, were injected with their blood and inhaled deeply while SF victims coughed in their faces.
