The UK’s military will be involved in the distribution of a coronavirus vaccine, Matt Hancock has told the virtual Conservative party conference.
The health secretary also said the government was preparing a campaign to challenge the anti-vaccination movement for when a vaccine is rolled out.
Asked about his hopes for a vaccine during an “interactive interview” with the anti-FGM campaigner Nimco Ali, he said it was “the great hope”, agreeing with Boris Johnson, who on Sunday morning told BBC One’s The Andrew Marr Show that the public could expect some “bumpy months” ahead.
“The plans are in train, a combination of the NHS and the armed forces are involved in the logistics of making the [vaccine] rollout happen, because it’s not just about developing and testing the vaccine,” he said.
He also revealed the Covid-19 app that launched on 24 September, more than four months later than initially promised, had been downloaded 15m times
The app for England and Wales, which uses the bluetooth signal in mobile phones to track close and sustained contact between users and warns those who may have been exposed to an infectious person that they should self-isolate, had “gone off the shelf like digital hotcakes”, Hancock said.
In a separate interview later, he revealed the government’s plans to tackle the anti-vaccination movement and persuade people to take the vaccine.
“Sadly there are a small number of people who make an active case against vaccines based on misinformation,” he said, adding that the government would introduce a “counter narrative … to explain the importance and safety of vaccines” based on previous experience of “tackling misinformation in other fields”.
“There’s a huge amount of work going on … to tackle misinformation about the vaccine because after all, if a vaccine is successfully brought, to be able to be used, it will have such a positive impact on everybody’s life,” he said.
He said the priority recipients of a vaccine would be decided by the independent joint committee on vaccination and immunisation, which last week published draft advice prioritising older adults in care homes and care home staff, people aged over 80 and health and social care workers.
In his interview with Ali, Hancock said he wanted to see a greater sense of shared responsibility between individuals and the NHS for preventing people falling ill.
“I think for too long the NHS has [been] picking up the pieces when things go wrong and instead we need more of a sense of shared responsibility – individual people, everybody, responsible for their own health as well as the NHS taking responsibility to keep people healthy in the first place,” he said.
As well as presenting unprecedented challenges, the pandemic had also proved that positive change could happen very quickly, said Hancock. He added that, while people should be able to get a face-to-face appointment with a doctor if they wanted to, video consultations were “more convenient and easier” for many people. About 50% of visits to the GP and 50% of outpatient visits were done by telemedicine, up from less than 10% before the crisis, he said. “It’s good for patients, it’s good for doctors.”
People who don’t want the vaccine and are determined about that can only be forced not persuaded. Hancock says he’s got a plan to challenge anti-vaxers but he’s going to have to get totalitarian about it and be seen to get totalitarian about it.
As is often said the best way to expose a dictatorship is to make it show it’s a dictatorship, and I think the Tories misjudge their own menace. This is a bunch of a***holes not Hitlers, and in Britain I’m not so sure the leadership has a real fight in it. Now this doesn’t prove anything, but it does suggest Covid (bioweapon) is activated by electrical signals. In this case, it is suggested the Sun does this. It is fairly well understood that solar activity can trigger heart attacks and strokes… so if this is well known, then it is fairly (for them) easy to develop something that looks like a coronavirus (using their language) and infect the global population, and then target cities, towns, individual homes, individuals regions and countries with the precise frequency (be that 5G or another) to trigger the bioweapon. Who knows, maybe they do this through your bog standard smartphone. This might explain why some towns and regions experience sudden large increases in positive tests. I am explaining this on their terms. Its just an idea.
Most of today’s military won’t have been borne when the first Gulf War happened. They told us Saddam had weapons of mass destruction, they lied. They knew he had chemical weapons as our allies sold them to Iraq. They vaccinated all of our troops against chemical weapons but Saddam’s Generals refused to use the chemical weapons as their own troops were so ill equipt. Our Generals however thought it a good idea to get our lads to blow the chemical weapons facilities up. That’s how they got further exposed and poisoned. Our government waited as long as they could and for as many of them as possible to die off before they would recognise Gulf War Syndrome was real. I think we killed more of our own men in that war than the alleged enemy did. Many of those that survived were left disabled and children were borne with defects. It would be great if someone could kindly ask our lads to do a bit of homework ie watch Plandemic and Shadow Gate and check the facts. They want to use our lads to force vaccines that have been untested on their own families? It sickens me when I see our military so blatantly lied too and used.

I keep saying they have had the Covid 19 vaccination and ID chipping devices for years. It is the only way to make sense of the madness. Can’t people see that the the leading independent scientific evidence is that the virus is from a lab, and in all probability it is the same virus they had at Fort Detrick in the US at least as early as 2015. The evidence now is inescapable that it has all be PLANNED. They would not release a virus without a vaccination, their MAJOR PURPOSE being to ID chip people for all of the new AI, 5G grids set up and waiting for what they call the GREAT RESET. The military would not be adding any credence to the psyop unless they were fully a part of it, and they would not be gearing up to administer a vaccination (which in any case they ought to know is completely unnecessary) unless they already actually had hundreds of millions of the vaccines warehoused at various strategic locations. As we now know the psyop is pretext or a cover for the Great Reset, which is mainly technological, we ought also to see that the entire panic for the magic bullet vaccination is a scam and a cover to ID tag us with the vaccinations.
It was clear as a bell to anyone paying attention since last December what has been going on, and these CONTROL freaks running our world actually spilled the beans at the World Economic Forum on June 6 about the GREAT TECHNOCRATIC, ENVIRONMENRAL, & FINANCIAL RESET now being launched everywhere for our governments to CONTROL US COMPLETELY with human tracking devices in order to monitor and control our travel, consumption, access to information, investments, interaction with none another, gatherings, education, taxation, reproduction, etc., etc., Look! It is now a completely exposed conspiracy by all of our governments on behalf of the unelected ruling elites to exercise domination and control over us and to completely neutralize any opposition to their NEW ORDER.

So Tavistock created Hitler but allowed him to participate in WW1 where he was nearly killed a couple of times and blinded by gas?
Herr Hitler was a hero in WW1 , asking to go back to the front after recovering from serious injury in order to defend Germany. Yet, you expect us to believe he tried to break the back of German spirit during WW2???
