California lawmakers passed a bill Monday that would reduce penalties for adults who have oral or anal sex with a willing minor child if the sex offender is within ten years of the age of the victim.

According to SB 145, the legislation “would exempt from mandatory registration” as a sex offender “a person convicted of certain offenses involving minors if the person is not more than 10 years older than the minor and if that offense is the only one requiring the person to register.”
The measure would allow a judge to decide if an adult who engages in oral or anal sex with a child must register as a sex offender if that person is within ten years of the age of the victim.

In January 2019, the San Francisco Examiner reported on the introduction of the bill by State Sen. Scott Wiener (D), who claimed the current law, which states oral and anal sex between an adult within ten years of the age of a willing minor requires the adult to be registered as a sex offender, discriminates against LGBT individuals.
The bill would put an end to “blatant discrimination against young LGBT people engaged in consensual activity,” Wiener said:
This bill is about treating everyone equally under the law. Discrimination against LGBT people is simply not the California way. These laws were put in place during a more conservative and anti-LGBT time in California’s history. They have ruined people’s lives and made it harder for them to get jobs, secure housing, and live productive lives. It is time we update these laws and treat everyone equally.
Currently in California, judges may decide whether adults who have “penile-vaginal intercourse” with minors close to their age must register as a sex offender.
Wiener said the current law targets LGBT individuals because they do not engage in penile-vaginal intercourse.
“This is such horrific homophobia,” Wiener said, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. “It’s irrational, and it ruins people’s lives.”
The Chronicle‘s report stated that, in 1975, California decriminalized oral and anal sex between consenting adults, but adults who engaged in these practices with minors were treated as sex offenders.
In a tweet, Wiener urged his followers to read an Associated Press “fact check” story about the controversial bill that minimizes its impact with the headline, “Bill Would Not Legalize Pedophilia in California.”
“The bill is the subject of a massive misinformation campaign by MAGA/QAnon,” Wiener posted.

In the super-rich world the sex is dominance, their world being irrationally imbalanced towards self.
The other two errors are present in homosexuality too. The three are rarely separate. We see blame in the “bitchiness” culture and we see whinginess in the attack on all reproductive sexuality, as in feminism where women are given an unending festival of whinge-blame-swagger. In feminism the self-adulation goes “women are great and women is me”

They know what they do is wrong and they know that people are disgusted by their lifestyle choices (and it is) and they realised that if they became famous and promoted the cult of celebrity they’d be worshiped.
And like women, homosexuals HATE being ignored. They simply cannot accept that people disagree with their choices and therefore seek avenues with which to punish those who want nothing to do with them.
When you give women and homosexuals power, they persecute and bring about the police state. They are weak and the weak can only control through force. The strong, on the other hand don’t need force to control because the weak do not attack those whom they would inevitabley lose against.
They implement laws to criminalise any means for the strong to defend themselves. They implement laws to stop people from speaking freely and having disagreeing opinions to feminism and homosexuality.
And even better, you PUT those feminists and homosexuals INTO the very security services, with which to oppress and persecute those who disagree with you.
However they fail to see that they are weak and the power they have is only because they’ve taken away the means ‘lawfully’ for those whom they persecute and oppress to defend themselves. The day will come and they know very well it will, when the people will arm themselves. They know the day will come when they are hunted down hanged (if they’re lucky) for their attempts at bringing about an open prison.
I would finish simply by stating that in a freedom loving society, anyone could speak to, about whatever subject they wanted without any fear of being oppressed. In a freedom loving society, anyone could employ whomever they wanted (and fire) without any fear of being oppressed.
Notice how governments not only made it law about whom people could employ, but brought in punishments if they didn’t comply to quotas on having certain numbers of immigrants and of course homosexuals in their employ?
How on earth could society have been so stupid to have ever given their government so much power, with which to control their daily lives? Whom a man/woman chooses to converse with, ignore, like, dislike, love, hate, associate with, avoid, employ and dismiss is entirely their choice to do so and NO ONE elses to state otherwise.
What’s really bad about this is that I had NO problem with homosexuals when I was younger, because we never had the militant, oppressive, bullying LGBTQ organizations that we have today, who are doing their best to force people who disagree with homosexuality to agree with it. When they started the nonsense of marriage and adoption between homosexuals, followed by the transgender insanity, 60+ genders and gender pronouns, I switched off.
When the strong lose control, the weak take power and the only way they can maintain that is through force. Communist Russia, Stazi Germany and now the west are under the control of the weak. And this is why life is getting unbearable for so many.

I saw some report years ago stating that 20-40% of all pedophile acts in USA are done by homosexuals who make only small fraction of % of total population. I checked for my country in Europe and figure was 33% which means range 20-40% is valid globaly. One depravity leads to another.
