In a recent interview on French television Prof. Jean-François Toussaint of the Université Paris-Descartes has said that hysteria over a “second wave” in France is based on the widespread misinterpretation of data. His main points are as follows:
- Deaths in France (and all across Europe) have fallen to almost zero.
- “Second Wave” headlines are counting “new cases”, not deaths
- These cases are almost all young, healthy people exhibiting no symptoms
- Politicians are being irresponsible and scaring people for unnecessarily
- Scientists on the “Science Council” don’t believe in the measures they’re prescribing and happily break their own rules.
Prof. Toussaint caps it all with this quote:
There is not, at this time, any scientific argument that attests to the usefulness of masks”
Before repeating (as we have said ourselves and which Dr Luis de Benito of Madrid stated last week) that we no longer talk about deaths, but instead talk about second waves and new cases, because the death figures have dropped to almost zero.
We no longer talk about deaths, because they’re averaging less than 10 per day – for three weeks less than 10 per day – so now we have passed to some future fear…next week, next month, next spring…
He is right about this, across Europe excess mortality is now either average or below average. The danger, if indeed there ever was much, has apparently passed.

Prof. Jean-François Toussaint of the Université Paris-Descartes is saying the obvious which no one can deny. He, however, is no Wolfgang Wodarg and sounds and looks like another weak, phony, establishment, government hack trying to justify the pandemic.
If one thing should be clear to everyone by now in most Western nations, is that despite all of these well-known facts, our governments are only tightening the screws with even more asinine laws forcing the wearing of masks, social distancing, and with their Gestapo officers harassing small businesses, like in Canada where no one is dying of the virus and the the health officers are relying on fake, false-positive testing to jack the numbers of those they say have the virus. Yet, with HCQ or other meds the virus is not even a threat to the once-endangered over-80 crowd.
This means that when there is no real risk to anyone, and after anyone who is honest and really interested has now clearly knows that all of the authorities in our nations knew full well from the outset back in early March, that none of none of the restrictions on the general public were necessary, prudent, of helpful for our health and safety, people should not be sucked into positions of believing that when the virus peaked any of the restrictive measures were justified. No government, politician, political party, media network or any of their schlep supporters should be let off at this sage, by the honest people burying their heads in the sand that what has been done to us so far is okay.
How can anyone have any faith in mankind when people are so dishonest and stupid? Why should anyone care about a second wave where millions will die, when people think it will be natural and unavoidable if it comes. The thoroughly corrupt cartel/cabal and their ruling class and paid, suck-hole minions all the way down to asses enforcing the wearing of masks, care not a whit for the truth except that which they can either hide, manipulate and control, or that which is in their own interests. They all believe they have an absolute right to deceive us and to herd us around like sheep, even to our own slaughter, because all we do is baa and obey. Why should they in control not continue to lie, cheat, deceive, kill and plunder when they have such willing and weak subjects to be exploited and who would do anything in exchange for official favor?
The first wave was planned and deliberate and that should be absolutely clear to anyone who is honest, who desires the truth for its own sake, and who really cares about what is happening. The plandemic is planned as a pretext not only for the UN Agendas and global Resets (AS PLANNED) but with any fair analysis the very Agendas and Resets are pretexts for the concentration, consolidation, and control of all our affairs and dealings with one another (AND OF OUR FINANCES) into the very maniacal, grasping and monopolistic hands which gave us all the major wars and upheavals of the 20th century, and ever since taking over our national currencies and finances at the beginning of the last century has given us nothing but wild roller-coaster rides where they have transferred at every dip huge swaths of personally-held equities into their filthy hands. They just did it again the biggest pump and dumb in history starting last September and then with the further creation of trillions out of nothing the buying up of major equities at rock bottom prices, with their Fed dollars made out of nothing, giving all of our governments a piece of the action for their complicity. Huge insider trading crimes and major fraud, fraud, fraud if we had an laws left to apply and all without a peep from the media our our “elected” representatives, all of which are most likely on the take just like our governments so keen to concentrate more power away from us into their hands.
It is the very cartel/cabal which hatched Agendas 21 and 2030 and which controls our governments, our leading politicians, the media and now our major church hierarchies. They have spent hundreds of billions in their planning to make the world and our lives over according to their corrupt visions, and the Covid plandemic has been and remains central to their plans to impose draconian controls over us.
The first-wave virus came from a lab and clearly did not work as effectively as they expected when released into the general public. If it had, then all of the measures would not have received the derision from the 15% of the public who dimply refuse to submit to
absolute BS, and the pandemic would not be so clear to so many that it is a pretext. Anyone who thinks that the decision makers of the ruling elites are reasonable and decent people is totally naive. They are addicted to their power and it is by the means they use to accumulate that power and control that more people ought to know they are instruments of pure evil and that they are not of God or of the good. Their goals are global hegemony over finances, resources, industries, and us, and they will eliminate and destroy anything in their way. That is the history of the cartel/cabal all throughout the 20th century. They are the progenitors and the real heads of the New World Order and they will not change.
If you believe from all of the facts so far revealed that the entire plandemic was most likely based on a lab-nurtured CV virus, and the authorities have demonstrated an overweening interest in continuing with the draconian restrictions with absolutely no basis for them, then you can be assured that the sociopath decision makers, will most likely try a more virulent rendition of the virus, for the sake of shutting down the economy even more, in order to make us more dependent on government handouts, and to consolidate more compliance and their complete control over us. The media, our governments, and political and church leaders know what is going on, with none of them representing us, but rather they have become crude instruments in the top-down rule of the cartel/cabal, which continues to make trillions out of nothing to buy up, take over, and control everything, and particularly the people whose wealth and independent livelihoods are being systematically destroyed.
The second wave will start with full global activation of the 5g space network. Satillites beeming down 5 to 6g on us all millions will die and vaccinations will be mandatory.This was only a practice run to get us ready for the real pandemic.There was no pandemic nor virus other than annual flu season.People keeled over while walking around in Wuhan.Thats what 5g did.Imagine this globally. It’s coming.
I agree with Fred B it’s a powergrab smokescreen but there is something big coming there have been too many preparations made already and we haven’t seen any pandemic yet only fake statistics.Billions spent on bodybags,quarantine camps and hospitals all still empty.Something big is on its way they wouldn’t have done all this for nothing.
How many cases you get, depends on what type of test you use
They have been using a test with high sensitivyty and low specificity — lot of cases, lot of false postive tests
I agree Jerry…Although I think the damage will be done by the Earth transmitters that relay the 5G rather than directly from the satellites themselves.
The extent to which 5G is being rolled out in schools needs to be ascertained too.While I’m sorry that kids will be subject to this, the gutless school teachers who put careers before truth might deserve a little of the old EMF radiation…
Yes the ultimate way 5g will be implemented is not known both sky and land radiation will be implemented simultaneously no doubt the cumulative effect of both will be devastating to all life on earth in a very short time.5g is no longer the issue 6g is already in the pipeline and it’s much more penetrating and deadly.
It would seem a simple experiment to run — perhaps THEY already ran and replicated it to THEIR satisfaction (Wuhan, Milan, New York, cruise ships outfitted with 5G). Why hasn’t someone with the know-how rigged up a 5G unit (or three) and irradiated appropriate living biological systems. Either 5G has dire cellular effects people attribute to it or it doesn’t.
The notion that 5G has to work as one of two components — a “binary weapon”, if you will, the other component a bioweapon that can mutate “in the wild” — seems far fetched, though perhaps the last remaining corner for S-F writers at Langly, everything else written coming true to life already.
Uncertainty multiplies possibilities. Stated more formally and precisely, Possibility is an exponential function of Uncertainty. It would appear most if not all competent scientists are on THEIR side; that media, including scientific journals, wouldn’t publish such research anyway. And who’s going to give someone a grant to do it??

Suitably analyzed, reliable (!) observational data with adequate detail can yield valid evidence of cause-and-effect relationships (e.g., Rosenbaum, P. and Rubin, D. [1983] The Central Role of Propensity Score Matching in Observational Studies for Causal Effects. Biometrika, 70, 41-55.) I had an opportunity or two to apply PSA in the field of highway safety — remarkably straightforward and effective. Obtaining reliable, detailed data becomes the main hurdle, perhaps insurmountable in COVID times.
