In the end the only way to defeat their totalitarian prison grid will be to cause continuous rolling blackouts. Many communications systems whether fibre-optic or copper cable run just a few feet below most streets and that’s where they’re vulnerable. So much today is controlled by the microchip–CCTV, data collection, keypad security etc–and it all needs electricity 24/7/365 or it fails. To save money they made too many redundant and no longer have the skilled manpower to take over in a grid-down situation, and they can’t run a prison grid very long on batteries and generators. WE need to cause grid-down situations.
A disruption of electricity supply becomes dangerous for them, and while it will be inconvenient for us to go without power humanity managed it for most of its existence. Without electricity and the security it gives the elite they’re as vulnerable as the French aristocracy in 1789. Just one to two years of regular blackouts might defeat them.

About the suggestion of rolling blackouts — by the “resistance” presumably — loss of power for any goodly length of time will not prove easy for most people to withstand, especially in urban areas. P G & E did that in Kalifornication last year, perhaps (a) to test capabilities for “selective service denials” and (b) to measure both “consumer” responses and effects. Thanks to that “live exercise”, we gained much appreciation for our level of preparedness and an awareness of deficiencies. We also had neighbors who lost all their frozen goods.
