A California man had his registered firearm seized by local police after “antifa” members on social media accused him of being racist on the internet — the first case of its kind.
On July 7th/8th, left-wing extremist twitter user @anonymouscommie doxed a Sacramento resident named Andrew Casarez. The anonymous account accused him of being a “neo-Nazi troll.”
On the very same day, the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office opened up an investigation into him. During a background check, they found that Casarez was a registered gun owner. On July 13th, 2020, Sergeant Nate Grgich executed a search warrant for his home and car.
Nothing illegal or of a criminal nature was found during the search, but Sgt. Grgich was able to get a judge’s permission to seize Casarez’s handgun, a pair of pants and a “racist” t-shirt using a new law enforcement tool called a “gun restraining order,” which was signed by Judge Jaime R. Roman.
The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office is bragging about being the first in the country to seize a firearm using primarily the owner’s political ideology as the excuse.
On the case, spokesperson Lacey Nelson was quoted as saying “This search warrant it’s the first of its kind at least in the country. As far as how we obtained it and were able to serve it […] He was posting enough racist rhetoric and propaganda on Facebook that it was concerning that his behaviors could become violent in retaliation.”
Nelson also said “Instead of waiting for him to go out and commit acts of violence, per se, they were able to ideally stop it before it started. But he did have a firearm in his possession.”
National Justice has obtained public record copies of the Gun Violence Emergency Restraining Order and the search warrant filed against Casarez, but will not be posting them in their entirety to protect his privacy.
Sgt. Grgich’s sworn affidavit explains that the mere act of having your personal information posted by “antifa,” COVID-19, and Casarez’s alleged views on race during an imaginary rash of ongoing “hate crimes” are all reasons for why his Constitutional rights must be preemptively suspended.
While red flag laws have been utilized sporadically across the country, Sgt. Grgich’s use of it here is unique in that it relies primarily on the word of unknown “antifa” members on twitter for a substantial part of its rationalization.
Casarez’s political views should not be taken into account when it comes to lawful gun ownership.
That anarchists can now have your property taken from you by the police just by accusing you of being racist on the internet is not a habit that will end with Casarez if groups like the National Rifle Association don’t nip this in the bud.

Police became so stigmatised that many joined the equaliry for everyone policies of the National Front, who did not like racism toward British people and as Enoch Powell said second class citizens in their own country.
There wqasa black police assoc an asain police assoc but not a n english poilce assoc because that was racist.
Many white folk were murdered and it hardly made the news but when small time drug dealer was killed the police were told at any cost we must find some white bodies to prosecute for this.
The situation now in london is whats called “White Flight” English people are desperate to get away and more to the country, in many places houses are being sold in an hour
to londoders.
The political parties we have dont work for us, we need something like the old National Front to come back, it wa started by servicemen but soon folk from all walks of life joined, but government gencies trawled through voting papers and if you voted for them, you were sacked
The Royal Marines need to move quickly, topple the govt., enact martial law & begin MaSS DEPORTaTIONS for at least several mos. Then Nigel Farage should be made PM for life…the same process MUST be duplicated in France & Italy to put LePen & Salvini in power..
Note that this happened in Commiefornia. CA stopped being a real state in America back in the days of the Zebra killer. I keep hoping “the big one” will allow most of CA to slide into the Pacific. There, problem solved.
What do you expect? Millions of white Christian-Communist morons waged a war upon & eradicated pro-white Fascism in WWII. So now the white goyim are wondering why all this is happening to them. Well, its quite simple, this is what you fought for. Hitler offered an alliance with all the white goyim of the world, but they rejected his offer, & chose to fight for anti-white Jews instead. Tough choice.
Just imagine if groups of ‘white nationalists’ were rioting in the streets every night..the police & military would immediately arrest or shoot them all; but when these communist/anarchist scum do this nothing happens to them because the State (CIA/FBI/FED) is managing, funding & protecting them.

Hitler did good things for Germany yes, but he also threw the war – he let the British escape at Dunkirk, he was obsessed with Stalingrad ( a city of no strategic value) to the point of losing an army and demoralizing the entire army, he went ahead with the Kursk offensive when he saw the Soviets had prepared defence in depth and were able to bleed the Germans mobility advantage dry. never again could the Germans mount a large offensive after that. And finally when Speer said to him to use mobile launchers for the V2, he refused preferring fixed locations which were of course vulnerable to RAF attack. I read that Hitler was the most successful German politician ever until he entered WW2, I think that is true. He too must have been a shill, sent to destroy Germany and he succeeded all too well. The moral here is, we cannot trust any human to lead us, only the Creator can govern us. We need to pray for the establishment of God’s Kingdom on Earth as per the model prayer.
