This letter from a doctor in Florida to the Orlando Medical News is extracted from a much more extensive article posted at Off-Guardian.com. However, the letter stands on its own and it raises many questions about the Covid-19 pandemic.
For example, John Thomas Littell, MD asks why is news media reporting an ever increasing number of Covid-19 cases when he has seen the number of afflicted “dwindle to almost zero” in his community?
Why the discrepancy?
John Thomas Littell, MD a family physician in Florida writes to the editor of the Orlando Medical News:
Several times a day, on every possible news outlet, we are bombarded with updates as to the new number of “cases” of COVID-19 in the U.S. and elsewhere. News analysts then use these numbers to justify criticisms of those who dare to reject the CDC’s recommendations with regards to mask wearing and social distancing.
It is imperative that all Americans – and especially those in the medical profession – understand the actual definition of a “case” of COVID -19 so as to make informed decisions as to how to live our lives.
Older Americans remember all too well the dread they experienced when a family member was diagnosed with a “case” of scarlet fever, diphtheria, whooping cough (pertussis), or polio. During my career in family medicine, including several years as an Army physician, I have cared for patients with chickenpox, shingles, Lyme disease as well as measles, tuberculosis, malaria, and AIDS. The “case definition” established for all of these diseases by the CDC requires the presence of signs and symptoms of that disease.
In other words, each case involved a SICK patient. Laboratory studies may be performed to “confirm” a diagnosis, but are not sufficient in the absence of clinical symptoms.
Having now been privileged to care for sick patients with COVID-19, both in and out of the hospital setting, I am happy to see the number of these sick patients dwindle almost to zero in my community – while the “case numbers” for COVID-19 continue to go up. Why is that?
In marked contrast to measles, shingles, and other infectious disease, “cases” of COVID-19 do NOT require the presence of ANY symptoms whatsoever. Health departments are encouraging everyone and anyone to come in for testing, and each positive test is reported as yet another “new” case of COVID-19!
On April 5, 2020, a small number of state epidemiologists (Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists (CSTE) Technical Supplement: Interim-20-ID-01) came up with a “surveillance” case definition for COVID-19.
At the time, there was uncertainty as to whether or not completely asymptomatic persons could transmit COVID-19 sufficiently enough to infect and cause disease in others. (This notion has never been proven and, in fact, has recently been discounted – cfr “ A Study on the Infectivity of Asymptomatic SARS-CoV-2 Carriers, Ming Fao et al, Respir Med, 2020 Aug – available online through PubMed 2020 May 13, as well as recent reports from the WHO itself).
The CSTF thereby justified the unconventional case definition for COVID-19, adding “CSTE realizes that field investigations will involve evaluations of persons with no symptoms and these individuals will need to be counted as cases.”
Hence, anyone who has a positive PCR test (the nasal swab, PCR test for COVID Antigen or Nucleic Acid) or serological test (blood test for antibodies –IgG and/or IgM) would be classified as a “case” – even in the absence of symptoms.
In our hospitals at this time, there are hundreds of former nursing home residents sitting in “COVID” units who are in their usual state of good health, banned from returning to their former nursing home residences simply because they have TESTED Positive for COVID-19 during mass testing programs in the nursing homes.
The presence of a positive lab test for COVID-19 in a person who has never been sick is actually GOOD news for that person and for the rest of us. The positive test indicates that this person has likely mounted an adequate immune response to a small dose of COVID-19 to whom he or she was exposed – naturally (hence, no need for a vaccine vs. COVID-19).
It is important as well to understand that the presence of lab testing is not the ONLY criterion that the CDC used to established a diagnosis of COVID-19. The presence of only 1 or 2 flu-like symptoms (fever, chills, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath) – in the absence of another proven cause (e.g., influenza, bacterial pneumonia) is SUFFICIENT to give a diagnosis of COVID-19 – as long as the patient also meets certain “epidemiological linkage” criteria as follows:
“In a person with clinically compatible symptoms, [a “case” will be reported if that person had] one or more of the following exposures in the 14 days before onset of symptoms: travel to or residence in an area with sustained, ongoing community transmission of SARS-CoV-2; close contact (10 minutes or longer, within a 6 foot distance) with a person diagnosed with COVID-19; or member of a risk cohort as defined by public health authorities during an outbreak.” Note that the definition of a “risk cohort” includes age > 70 or living in a nursing home or similar facility.
So, in essence, any person with an influenza- like illness (ILI) could be considered a “case” of COVID-19, even WITHOUT confirmatory lab testing. The CDC has even advised to consider any deaths from pneumonia or ILI as “Covid-related” deaths – unless the physician or medical examiner establishes another infectious agent as the cause of illness.
Now perhaps you see why the increasing number of cases, and even deaths, due to COVID-19 is fraught with misinterpretation and is NOT in any way a measure of the ACTUAL morbidity and mortality FROM COVID-19. My patients who insist upon wearing masks, gloves and social distancing are citing these misleading statistics as justification for their decisions (and, of course, that they are following the “CDC guidelines”). I simply advise them, “COVID-19 is NOT in the atmosphere around us; it resides in the respiratory tracts of infected individuals and can only be transmitted to others by sick, infected persons after prolonged contact with others”.
So you may ask – why are we continuing to report increasing numbers of cases of COVID as though it were BAD news for America? Rather than as GOOD news, i.e, that the thousands of healthy Americans testing positive (also known as “asymptomatic”) are indicative of the presence of herd immunity – protecting themselves and many of us from potential future assaults by variants of COVID?
Why did we as a society stop sending our children to schools and camps and sports activities? Why did we stop going to work and church and public parks and beaches?
Why did we insist that healthy persons “stay at home” – rather than observing the evidence-based, medically prudent method of identifying those who were sick and isolating them from the rest of the population – advising the sick to “stay at home” and allowing the rest of society to function normally? And, while we witnessed the gatherings of protestors in recent days with little concerns for COVID-19 spread among these asymptomatic persons, most certainly many are hoping that the increasing “case” numbers for COVID-19 will discourage folks from coming to any more rallies for certain candidates for political office.
Fear is a powerful weapon. FDR famously broadcast to Americans in 1933 that “We have nothing to fear, but fear itself”. I would argue that we have to fear those who would have us remain fearful and servile and willing to surrender basic freedoms without justification.

Why did politicians ever lockdown society in the first place? Can we all agree that the stated purpose was to “flatten the curve” so our hospital system could handle the inevitable COVID-19 patients who needed care? At that point, at least, back in early March, people were behaving rationally. They accepted that you can’t eradicate a virus, so let’s postpone things enough to handle it.
The fact is, we have done that, and so much more.
The headlines are filled with dire warnings of a “second wave” and trigger-happy Governors are rolling back regulations to try to stem the tide of new cases. But, is any of it actually true and should we all be worried? No, it’s not a second wave.
The COVID-19 virus is on its final legs, and while I have filled this post with graphs to prove everything I just said, this is really the only graph you need to see, it’s the CDC’s data, over time, of deaths from COVID-19 here in the U.S., and the trend line is unmistakable:

It seems that people are going to believe whatever sounds convincing and requires little independent thought. It starts when we are children and progresses from there. It is easier to embrace a comfortable Lie than to confront and unpleasant Truth.

Trauma based mind control has gotten to the public in a big way and with unfettered propaganda it appears to be very successful, thus far. Most people are defenseless against these unknown and unimaginable, for them, tactics used by the deceivers.
The good doctor, like many others, has probably known what is going on for months now, but he has very diplomatically to ask the question about the obvious discrepancy, trying to alert people to the actual intentions of the “authorities” to whom we all bow and scrape. Notice how even people like me fear coming out in the open using our own names and jeopardizing our professions and those we represent in the work-a-day world. But the time is coming when we are going to have to make a choice and lay down everything we value on the line.
It is as if even cities have been declared inefficient and obsolete in this NWO roll out. People are being deliberately divided by the ruling elites using their power and money to exaggerate any difference in class or race to spark hatred and unjustly focus blame on this group or faction. Every time the sheeple are misled by the lures of the mainstream, mockingbird media and they always take the bate. Like with the Covid pandemic the purpose is always to divert attention from what is really going on and from the unseen hand of ruling elite who control the major money supplies around the world.
I am totally amazed that financial experts on Youtube, all of whom agree that we are in the mother of all debt bubbles which is about to burst, or already has, and that we are heading for the mother of all depressions, that they cannot even tell us for certain whether or not we are heading for deflation or inflation. They also cannot tell us why they do not know, nor do they even dare or care to get into the real history of our present day debt problems. Granted, the real reasons besides the unnecessary shutdowns from the psyop does not matter that much, when what matters is really trying to predict where we are most likely going. However, they all end up prognosticating what will happen like they are TV weathermen and that they really do not have a clue what will happen past the next few weeks.
Truthfully, if that which these experts are allowed to know, is also the limit of knowledge and foresight of our governments and those who control the financial purse strings of the world, it is time we really had a new-world order ruled by ourselves. However, the fact is that those in control do know exactly what they are doing and exactly where they are taking the entire world. Like they divide us in the streets of our cities paying Soros-like rent-a-mobs to stir up insane division among us, they also deliberately divide us with economic confusion and contrived uncertainties, hiding their true machinations and plans from us lest “everyone” be able to protect their crops and holdings from the economic storms they are beginning to rain upon us.
Through their privately-owned central banks now creating unlimited zeros to our money supplies, on one hand signaling inflation & even hyperinflation, but strangely only a trickle being used as helicopter money, we find the rest is being held in reserve or being used by the owners of the central banks to buy up more and more “essential” corporate equities and junk bonds. They have been doing this with all the trillions they have created out of nothing for themselves and their designates, while refusing to disclose exactly which major “essential” corporations they are redeeming in their own interests. As for the trillions they are holding in reserve (privately controlled) and the trillion or so being held by the US Treasury and in other nations, only they (the money lords) know if they are going to flood local economies with cash to cause inflation or hyperinflation, or simply to cancel the zeros and let the depression they have manufactured take its course with a privation of money and deflation with everything being too expensive, driving prices or values down, and even gold, silver and crypto. So you have the George Gammon’s saying one thing and those like Harry Dent saying virtually the opposite. Then of course some are worrying about bank bail-ins like what the banking cartel ordered a few years back in Greece.
The conclusion is that listening to the best out there who are in fact doing their very best to predict, that the only people who really know what is going to happen are those who are playing God with world finances, controlling the money supply and all of our governments, and they will not tell us what their overall plans are, at all, with respect to the economy. We ought to be connecting the dots not only with respect to seeing clearly their environmental, technocratic, and socialist Agendas being rolled out under the pretext of the Covid scamdemic, but also with respect to their financial intentions and machinations, in their efforts to concentrate and centralize into their hands more and more control over us. The same people, families, despots, and dynasties, have exploited virtually every nation and thing on the planet to concentrate and consolidate more and more wealth and control into their grasping hands.
They have concocted the entire Covid psyop and have all of our “authorities” in lock step carrying out their plans. Can we honestly think that with their ruthless, plundering, deceptive, fake crisis, fake-science, fake-news, fear-mongering and war-mongering record for the past 120 years they are going to become more altruistic or “fairer”? They have to deceive us with a psyop because they know that without such diversion and cover we would challenge and even defeat their aims. We know this. Yet we comply with their absolute rule, with no clue as to their ultimate plans except that we are here to serve them, that we are dispensable, and that to them there are far too many of us.
In 1913 they set up the Federal Reserve in the US and similar central banks in other nations in order to control the money supply and credit, giving assurances of a more stabilized economic system (which they with their international finances had deliberately destabilized in the 20 years before). The world has been on a boom and bust roller-coaster ride ever since, with major wars, recessions and depressions all of which ills have directly served their interests by transferring vast sums of money and wealth into their hands with every catastrophe.
Even to this day our economic experts feign intellectual befuddlement as to the actual cause of the 1929 stock-market crash. It is not etiquette or good taste to simply follow the money and point the finger of those who are rolling in their spoils of wars, deceptions, depressions, and those who for their own interests control every major aspect of our economic lives. The real laugh is that such etiquette and deference to these lords of the money supply, is that with the present crash they have again transferred unprecedented amounts of wealth and power into their grasping hands to our further impoverishment.
No you say, such things cannot be planned or predicted. They just happen like evolution and are just too multi-factorial really to predict or control. Okay then, who is behind the present psyop threatening your job and everything you own and have worked for? No one? God? Is it a psyop or are all of our government just mistaken like the hyperventilating media which is controlled by the same powers as they are?
If you want proof of the pump-and-dump, boom-and-bust, and debt-rigging tactics where they constantly lend money they create out of nothing (at interests) to us and our governments, so that we become “over extended” for them to seize everything we own, then read “Confessions of an Economic Hit Man”, by John Perkins. Those methods utilized by our central banks and the major corporations in their control, to plunder the wealth of lesser nations, they used on us and our nations as well, consistently, ever since they usurped control of our money supplies.
In order to ensure that we comply in lock step to all of their NWO Agenda schemes, they will now regulate the money supply through the banks and our governments to those ends. That is all we can predict. In the process and because of their excessive controls, and all of their economic pollutants they are imposing, my prediction is great privation will ensue out of which come an awakening and their ultimate demise, whomever they are.
