Could it be possible that the stage is being set for horrific famines that the Bible has been warning us about for nearly 2,000 years? A few years ago, any talk of “coming famines” would have seemed absolutely ludicrous to most people in the western world, but the events of the last several months have changed everything. Now, the UN is openly warning that famines of “biblical proportions” could be on the way, and the head of the UN World Food Program is telling us that we could soon see 300,000 people literally starve to death every single day. Nightmarish droughts, African Swine Fever, COVID-19 and armies of locusts in Africa the size of major cities have combined to create a “perfect storm”, and global food supplies are becoming tighter with each passing month.
As conditions continue to deteriorate, many are starting to wonder if certain prophetic passages in the Bible are starting to come to fruition. For example, in Matthew 24:7 Jesus specifically warned us that there would be “famines” in the days immediately preceding His return…
For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
We can also find very similar warnings from Jesus in Mark chapter 13 and Luke chapter 21.
So if we actually are living during the time just before the return of Jesus, we should expect to see horrifying global famines start to emerge, and that is precisely what we are witnessing at this moment.
In Revelation 6:8, we are told that “hunger” will eventually be a major factor in the deaths of a large portion of the global population…
And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.
Of course we aren’t at that point yet.
But are we starting to move in that direction?
David Beasley is the executive director of the UN World Food Program, and he recently stated that we are heading directly into “the worst humanitarian crisis since World War Two”. Hunger is rapidly rising all over the globe, and he believes that if dramatic intervention does not happen quickly we could see an astounding death toll.
According to Beasley, we could soon see 300,000 people around the world starve to death every single day, and that figure doesn’t even factor in the effect of this coronavirus pandemic…
“If we can’t reach these people with the life-saving assistance they need, our analysis shows that 300,000 people could starve to death every single day over a three-month period”, he upheld. “This does not include the increase of starvation due to COVID-19”.
As fear of COVID-19 pushes us into an unprecedented global economic downturn, how much worse will that make our rapidly growing global food crisis?
Of course in the western world we are much better off than most of the rest of the planet for now. Famine is definitely not an immediate concern for us, but thanks to COVID-19 we are now wrestling with significant food shortages. Because meat supplies are so tight, approximately one-fifth of all Wendy’s restaurants have taken burgers off their menus. When I first read that, I was absolutely stunned.
Of course Wendy’s is not the only one dealing with strained supply chains. Costco has started limiting the amount of meat that each customer can purchase, and Tyson Foods has announced that their capacity to slaughter hogs has fallen “by about 50 percent”. Time Magazine is warning us that the meat shortages “could last for months”, and they could stretch even longer than that if this coronavirus pandemic doesn’t start to subside.
Meanwhile, farmers all over America are seeing their hard work go to waste because broken supply chains have made it impossible to sell what they have produced. One industry expert is actually claiming that “billions” of dollars worth of crops have gone to waste as a result of this crisis…
Crops planted months before based on pre-pandemic demand spoiled without buyers. Billions of dollars’ worth of produce went to waste, much of it tilled back into the soil, said Cathy Burns, CEO of the Produce Marketing Assn., which represents produce companies.
I have a feeling that eventually we will greatly regret allowing so much good food to go to waste.
Sadly, most of the rest of the world is actually in much worse shape than we are right now.
Long before COVID-19 came along, crazy weather patterns were playing havoc with harvests all over the world. For instance, Australia is traditionally a major exporter of wheat to the rest of the world, but unprecedented droughts have forced Australia to actually start importing wheat…
Australia, which made a rare purchase of Canadian wheat in the current marketing year, is expected to continue buying more wheat in the 2019-20 marketing year (October-September), as weather conditions remain difficult in key states, market analysts say.
Australia’s wheat output dropped 45.6% to 17.3 million mt in the 2018-19 marketing year from a record high of 31.8 million mt in 2016-17, owing to prolonged drought conditions, data from the Australian Bureau of Agricultural and Resource Economics shows. This forced the country to import wheat for the first time in 12 years.
In addition, another plague of “biblical proportions” has been killing off pigs in unprecedented numbers.
When I tell people that African Swine Fever has already killed off half the pigs in China and one-fourth of all the pigs in the entire world, a lot of people don’t believe me.
So let me give you a quote that comes directly from New Scientist…
A quarter of the world’s domestic pigs have died this year as a virus rampages across Eurasia, and that may be just the start. Half the pigs in China – which last year numbered 440 million, some 50 percent of the world’s pigs – have either died of African swine fever (ASF) or been killed to stamp out the virus.
ASF comes from East Africa. In 2007, it reached Georgia in the Caucasus in contaminated meat, and in infected wild boar. Now, it is all over Russia and eastern Europe and infected wild boar have turned up as far west as Belgium. It is also spreading in east Asia, killing many pigs in Vietnam and elsewhere.
And if you don’t believe them, just do a Google search and you will find countless mainstream news sources telling you the exact same facts.
This is actually happening, and the death toll is rising with each passing day.
Meanwhile, a new generation of locust armies that is being described as “20 times bigger” than the last generation is destroying countless farms all across Africa, the Middle East and parts of Asia. The following comes from one of my previous articles…
Even before COVID-19 became the biggest public health crisis to hit the globe in decades, enormous swarms of locusts the size of major cities were devouring crops throughout eastern Africa, across the Middle East and even in some parts of Asia. Now a new generation that officials are describing as “20 times bigger” has emerged, and the devastation that this new generation of locusts is causing is extremely alarming. These colossal locust swarms can travel up to 90 miles a day, and as you will see below, when they descend upon a field they can literally eat everything there in as little as 30 seconds. This new generation of locusts has been spotted as far south as Congo, as far north as Iran and as far east as India. In other words, the food supplies of billions of people are at risk.
Never before have we seen so many catastrophic threats to the global food supply emerge at the same time.
It appears that “the perfect storm” is now upon us, and I anticipate that global events will continue to accelerate in the months ahead.
Of course we still have quite a way to go before we get to the type of famines described in the Scriptures, but it certainly looks like the stage is being set for severe hunger on a global scale.
But Jesus didn’t warn us about these things so that we would live in fear. God knew about all of this in advance, He is in control, and He has a plan.
Unfortunately, most of the world doesn’t want anything to do with the God of the Bible or His plan, and so they will be facing what is to come all by themselves.

“God” is in control and he has a plan. Whew! That’s a relief. He had a plan a long time ago and then he flooded his own miscreants. He really appreciated his locusts though, so at least he made sure that Noah had some for his forthcoming “plan”. Somewhere along the way his plan included the slow and torturous death of his only begotten son. Why, you ask? Because he so loved the world! I can’t conceive of a causeless “god”. But silence is causeless and I can deal with that. Silence proceeded the proverbial “big bang” and it is as pristine “now” as it was “then”. The very fact that silence exists at all is a miracle. It’s seemingly eternal, causeless, and has been with you since conception. Think of all the times that silence would have served you much better than the brash comment you made only to regret it later. War is hell, and war is noisy. The entire internet is abuzz with noisy chatter feeding the noisy monkey-mind with more useless chatter, controversy, chit-chat chit-chat, criticism, cliches, and commentary. Every drop into deep sleep envelopes and permeates you with silence. “Everything is vibration”, you say? EVERYTHING?

How totally ignorant. This God crap was instigated to control people. God, if omniscient and omnipotent, could stop this with a thought. If he already knew it was coming, why not eliminate it? Why would he have to have “a plan”?

Why do people have to be so ignorant as to believe that an Omniscient, Omnipresent, OMNIBENEVOLENT, Omnipotent god would fell it necessary to test his creation when he is OMNISCIENT and already knows the outcome?!

A powerful group with resources, long term plans and backbone to work hard can try to shape the future. You can be in the government and know of a plan to make a highway connecting one city to another in 10 years, so you advise your relatives and friends to go and buy cheap lands in those areas because they will be many time more valuable in 10 years!
Now which is inherently better:
1- To be able to shape the future!
2- To be able to inform people of those who are going to the shape the future!
The more powerful a group, the better longer term plans they can have; maybe they can plan for 100 or 200 years ahead! In the end though they can never be as powerful or as knowledgeable as God and there will be unexpected things happening along the way that can hinder or even destroy their plans.
Why don’t we give God enough credit to have plans for the future of humanity?! If one believes in God, what kind of God does he believe in? Now God is known to have sent many Prophets throughout history… why do you think that is?
1- God sent prophets to inform us of his plans!
2- God sent prophets, so we can be part of his plans!
Those who choose 1, believe in a cartoon God that is going to fix everything by lightnings whenever he fancies and people are just pawns. So if God wants us to take part in his plans, it means he expects things to be done by people. Now do you think God is going to make it easy? Obviously not specially if we believe we as Humans are his best creation and he takes a lot of pride in us! In the end he wants to make a big party and reward all those who did best and then those who did good enough. It has to be a hard game. So what will he do? He allows Satan to take charge of the opposing team and gives him some crazy powers too! Then what does he do next? He chose the leader of the opposing team, now you expect him not to choose a leader for his own team!? Come on we need to think!
So as you see, something seriously important has been missing from our understanding of religion and to clarify it we start with the definition of the word Prophet.
The word “prophet” and “prophecy” that are associated with “divine representative” are mainly shifted towards predicting future even though the root of the word ends up in Latin to mean Speaker. The question is why function of the divine representative is reduced to just predicting future? Let us compare Arabic and Hebrew equivalent words:
The word رسول “rasool” in Arabic and پیامبر “piambar” in Farsi mean messenger. However the most specific word for a divine representative is (nabi/navi or نبی or נביא) which in both Arabic and Hebrew has three related root meanings:
1- True message.
2- A high place, like peak of a mountain.
3- Clear path
There is nothing about prediction of future in its meaning. Now it becomes more interesting when you see another important keyword and concept that we don’t see among Christians today and that is امام “Imam” in Arabic and נָשִׂיא “Nashi” in Hebrew. Nashi is translated as prince, however in modern Hebrew that was put back together not long ago, it means President! However Rabis know better that Nashi actually mean something like Imam. The question now is why in both Islam and Judaism there are two key important words associated with a divine representative and why we don’t see that in Christianity?
Navi/Nabi is a messenger that brings the message and the “design” and some predictions too, there are different Nabis, some are sent only for their own tribe, some have books, some sent to update or purify the previous message… regardless there is another key type of Divine Representative called Nashi or Imam who is the architect and one who builds the design by leading and with the help of believing people. In Quran Imam is a title that is given to some Nabis. In other words a Nabi can become a Nashi/Imam too. However Sunni Muslims think of Imam only as a lead in the prayer and historically they chose the council and democratic path to choose leaders. This is while Shiite Muslim consider Imam as a leader to lead mankind in the path of God’s plans and is chosen by God himself!
Ultimately future is clear it does not need as much predicting! There have been delays in God’s plans, big delays like a thousand years, but God is patient and is in no rush. He has promised to bring other people instead of those who are currently in covenant should they fail! God has sent designs through Nabi/Navi and Nashi/Imam will implement it by the help of people. Sure some predictions and prophecies are also there, HOWEVER Imams/Nashis are future makers and not just prophets. This is the essence of divine leadership.
Throughout history many of those who predicted things to happen were actually behind it too, this would psychologically prepare the minds for its coming. For instance 9/11 or Corona pandemic or Armageddon! The line between future-making and future-prediction becomes thinner!
The sad part is even Nostradamus is considered to be a prophet. This is really an injustice to Jesus(ع), to reduce his level… and I say this as a Shiite Muslim. Therefore the word Prophet has lost its weight and is synonymous with other cheap words like soothsayer!
Now some predictions are based on realities, for example, when oppression and injustice become rampant”, or “When natural disasters will be many” , or “When women act lime men and men act like women”, or “when no one else has anything new to say to save the world”… Some other predictions are very specific, like “In the land of Hijaz (Saudi Arabia) A king named Abdullah will die and after him there will be many kings each ruling for a few days or less…”
It is clear that a Nabi/Nashi/Imam is aware of the Satan’s plans; so, much of his predictions are his own logical understanding of the future outcomes while other more specific ones are revealed to him by God or Angel Gabriel. >>> The idea that God’s representative is unable to to do anything by himself and God has to hold his hand all the time is again a cartoon understanding. <<< Nope he must be a perfect human worthy to lead.

However Moses (ع) asked them to help him build the future but they broke covenant again and again and so even though God actually chose them, they became Satan's chosen people in the end.
Their history with Djinns is also undeniable, and they got many prophecies from them! It takes many pages to completely explain the subject of God's Covenants and it is beyond the scope and time that we have. Suffice to say, Jewish scholars/Rabis encouraged their people to cry and pray to God to hasten the arrival of their promised savior when they were being oppressed under Pharaoh in Egypt. It is said God accepted and their savior Moses (ع) came 100 years sooner!
As you know Djinns are represented in Hollywood movies as "blue" aliens or creatures, in Aladdin movie, Will Smith is a blue Djinn. In the movie he claims that: "he is not all Knowing but he is all powerful." … throughout history Djinns were mainly known for their ability to predict the future. This confirms that today those who worship Djinn are impressed only by their powers and not prophecies, because Djinns have consistently failed to predict the future specially when dealing with true believers.
Another misunderstanding is related to "materialism", some quote bible essentially saying that we should be detached from the material world and not seek power, the world is controlled by Satan and instead we should care only for the hereafter. They see a fundamental paradox with seeking organized power on earth. There is absolutely no way to fight Evil without power of state, individual wise man can run to caves in the mountains or in the jungle and worship God alone and away from society… however in the type of spirituality that we believe in there is no contradiction in seeking power on earth and in fact helping the Imam of time is the key to salvation not only on earth but hereafter as well. In short we can have both beneficial detachment from the world and attachment to it just as we can we have damaging and negative attachment to the world or detachment from it.

Hey Christians, I’m just wondering what happens, when you eventually wake up, 95% of the world’s population gone, you’re the only remaining few and the Jews have complete control of the world and you actually start to question whether everything you believed to be true was, in fact, 100% bonafide BS? I wish I could be there to see the look on your faces when you’re told by the Jews that they made the whole Jesus narrative up, in order to control the world’s population. That they created Islam to war against the Christians and reduce their numbers, constantly creating conflict and profiting from it through the centuries. To people who say “there is no God”, i say of course there is a God, ask those of us He has spoken to, like myself. Yes, He has spoken to me and even given me a miracle so i can believe it was Him and not my imagination. So i can only smile at people who say “there is no God”. To those jew-hating idiots, nothing will convince them to stop hating the jews. As for Jesus being a hoax, no, He is not. He is very real and He is coming back soon to grab His people from the world and rain fire upon the rest. This world is going to be destroyed completely by fire. He has shown me this in a vision. Everything, literally everything, will burn. There is nothing you can do to stop it, it is not about punishment, it is about time to end this world and start life on a new Earth. I don’t know the time of this event, God did not show me, but He did show me the world burning like i was in a VR headset, literally. Believe me you don’t want to be alive here on Earth when this happens. People are going to be shitting themselves.
You can’t save yourselves and God does not expect us to save ourselves or save the world. We can’t, and that is the point. That has always been the point, for people to finally understand that they can’t run the world without God. all these Luciferians think they can be like Gods, and run the place themselves, without help from God. They think they can be leaders, saviors, priests, scientists, teachers, etc. They think that humanity needs no God and they can fend for themselves. Well, God will let you find out the hard way that humanity is no god and humanity can’t stand without God. Every single time you tried you failed. And you will fail again. Time is up.
There is only one way to save yourselves and your family. Pray to Jesus Christ. He is the only way to salvation, both in this life, and the next. Study the Gospel and believe in Jesus and live your life as it fits a Christian. Soon everything will be over and we are going to be living in a better place for all eternity. Amen.
If you believe the Bible, it must be all of it, even Genesis where Adam and Eve willfully disobeyed God and refused to apologize when confronted and blamed others for their actions. The Serpent merely lied, but the humans chose the lie instead of believing their Creator. Thus God has allowed mankind to suffer the consequences of the rejection of God’s sovereignty. He could have simply killed them and started again, but the issue would still not have been proved, that of his right to rule creation. So we can look back at history and see Man’s inhumanity to his fellow Man. Now we can see the end game, Satan, the original Serpent is creating a counterfeit of God’s Kingdom called the NWO, many will put faith in it, by having the Mark. Or do we accept God’s sovereignty and behave as Jesus did, refusing to call down 12 legions of angels? Remember the outcome will be the defeat of Satan and those who put faith, knowingly or not, in him. I point you to a scripture in Jeremiah chapter 25 verse 33 which explains what it will look like “And those slain by Jehovah in that day will be from one end of the earth clear to the other end of the earth. They will not be mourned, nor will they be gathered up or buried. They will become like manure on the surface of the ground” When the Israelites had their backs to the Red Sea, Pharaoh seized his chance to strike and kill them, which strategically made sense, but to God was simply the means to obliterate his enemy. It only appeared that the Israelites were defenceless. The pattern is repeated today, it only appears that Satan will vanquish us, in reality it is he and his minions that will be defeated. As Jesus said ” I have conquered the world”, indeed he has, because his death paid the price that Adam incurred, meaning us sinners can have a relationship with the Creator and be saved to live lives in true health and peace forever on this Earth.
You’re right Harbinger; most people are stuck with their childhood programming and keep repeating the same prayers and errors of perception over and over.
“It’s easier to fool someone than have someone admit they were fooled.” I don’t remember who said that, but since it wasn’t Jesus, I guess it doesn’t count as something important. People had to wait hundreds of thousands of years for Jesus to show up and tell them to “do onto others what you would like others to do onto you”. Nobody else could have figured that out. Nope. No can do.
Personally, I’d rather say something once or twice and really mean it, than repeat some nonsense over and over and over as if that could make it objectively real.
