How about next time you’re targeted w/ a name calling antisemite smear, you turn and say “Who gives a shit?” and then REPEAT YOUR STATEMENT. Again, and again and as many times as needed till they get the message that they’re not gonna shut you up w/ a smear.
Its it funny that that these “laws” are not LAWS, but mere private corporate policy that only PERSONS need to follow, NOT men and women.

Re the first comment from “Don’t Back Down”, I’ve always been baffled by the way Americans are so affected by accusations like ‘anti-semite’ or ‘conspiracy theory’ – they are just trigger words that mean nothing.
The best response is to just say “Yes, what of it?” or “Yes, do you think bad people never conspire together?”

You are right, but where can we go to learn how to apply this common law? If the police come for you, how do you stop them arresting you, for example?
