That is some disingenuous Lol-bertarian BS. Even in small tribes, there is a third party interlocutor that settles disagreements between two parties. We humans have always selected a King, Sheriff, Wise Man, etc. to step in and solve two way disagreements. The Law is simply this concept codified.
