Academics like EMJ don’t get it. They think that Aquinas and their intellectual understanding comes first and that faith is some kind of biproduct. It ain’t. A number of high-ranking bishops and cardinals since the 1960’s have been members of the Masons, despite the Church’s “teachings”. This week Australian bishops announced it is okay for Catholics now to join the Masons, despite the “teachings”. Throughout the West many bishops are now allowing the LGBT agenda into Catholic schools and institutions, despite the moral “teachings” of the Church.
