Brussels has the highest population of non-White immigrants in Belgium, and it ‘coincidentally’ has the highest failure rate on its standard driver’s competency tests:
In the Brussels region, 60% of candidates failed their driving tests and 63.3% of candidates failed their driving theory tests in 2018.
In 2017, the figure was lower still, with only 35% of Brussels candidates passing the test.
These statistics suggest that there is a problem with the driving test system, said Brussels Mobility Minister, Elke Van den Brandt, in response to a question by Anne-Charlotte d’Ursel, a member of the Brussels-Capital Region parliament.
Increasing the duration of the driving test from 45 minutes to one hour, which would allow more time for the examiner to prepare the candidate for the test and for evaluation afterwards, was proposed as a solution to the problem.
However, this measure would increase the cost of the already expensive test, reports New Mobility.
“For the lessons with the driving school, one has to pay some €1,200 euros for roughly 20 hours… in the case of repeated failures, the cost could be thousands of euros,” said d’Ursel.
Since the reform of the driving test which took place in 2018 and made the tests a regional concern, the Brussels region has recorded a rise in failure rates, reports La Capitale.
However, according to Van den Brandt’s cabinet, the majority of the reforms went into effect in November of 2018, meaning that the high failure rates in 2018 cannot solely be explained by the reform.
And you can bet that the 40% that pass the test are largely the few White people left in ‘vibrant’ crime-ridden Brussels.
It’s comical to watch these politically-correct bureaucracies address problems clearly caused by racial differences which they are strictly forbidden to even acknowledge as existing. As we’ve previously reported, neighboring Netherlands has seen a 200% increase in traffic accidents since the country was inundated with Third World migrants.
First they blame the test, of course, even though prior to the migrant invasion, they test was perfectly fine and most people passed. Next, give candidates more time to take the test, which is a tacit admission that migrants are mentally slower than Whites. When that inevitably doesn’t work, conduct a new expensive study of the problem.
Giving migrants driver’s licenses is tantamount to giving them loaded guns, and the victims will largely be law-abiding native Belgians who will die on their own highways at the hands of incompetent aliens who can never be lifted up to their level of civilization. But take comfort, Belgians, at least you are dying for a good cause.
It is all a part of the plan, lower the standards of 1st world countries to 3rd world status one step at a time. It is going to get a lot worse, never better ! NWO here we come …

I studied in nineteen seventies Belgium (Université Catholique de Louvain for 4 years and I have not seen since a more stupid band of 10 millions -save in Greece- then the “belge”! They are small minded, un-cultured “petit bourgeois” peasants trying to be “des parisiens” and completely miss the point: “l’élégance”. If they are failing now and they didn’t before, because unbeknown to the brain dead racist who wrote this piece of c-r-a-p, they didn’t have a driving licence test before the standardisation imposed by the EU law! I took my first driving licence in that country in 1974: it was just a multiple choice sitting test in a room; no cars around. I passed it and walked out 10 minutes later having passed… I had never hold a car key before! And I was told that a few years earlier, they didn’t even need a driving licence to drive: they bought a car and drove away! Before disgorging his Trappiche filled sick on the sidewalk, this genius should also give the racial breakdown of the failed tests for it to mean anything! The reason why we are seen all these racist drivel more and more in the West is because the West is loosing it’s pillaging and stealing power and the centre of gravity of civilisation is shifting to the East.

Exactly what makes this author think the Belgians had smarts before the immos came.
I once tried to teach an ignorant immigrant Belgian girlfriend to drive back in the late 80s. The God damn car was smarter than she was and it started life on leaded petrol before chipped cars.
Her father was no better and it didn’t last long she wasn’t even a good root.
It is starting to look like they are gearing up euranglolanders on both sides of the field to become assets for future conflict and yet all this supposed awareness is around. Euranglolanders are now running around in circles like chooks with their heads cut off and when I was a kid that was never a good look.
Isn’t it about allegedly high Western (Belgian) IQ? Assuming that immigrants reduce the test score, they should translate the test into Arabic or any other cultural language.
