A British doctor has warned that a dangerous precedent has been set after a tribunal ruled that he was rightfully terminated for refusing to use transgender pronouns, and that his Christian values clash with those of UK society.
Dr. David Mackereth was fired from his job at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) after telling his manager that in a hypothetical scenario, he would never “call any 6-foot tall bearded man madam.”
The case was brought before a Birmingham employment tribunal, which said in its ruling that the government department had every right to sack Mackereth, and that the doctor’s biblical beliefs have no place in British society.
Belief in Genesis 1:27, lack of belief in transgenderism and conscientious objection to transgenderism in our judgment are incompatible with human dignity and conflict with the fundamental rights of others.
Speaking to RT, Mackereth said that the ruling has profound and troubling implications for freedom of speech and conscience in the UK.
The question here is whether I can be forced to do something and to say something that goes deeply against my conscience.
He said that the judgment means that “you’re not allowed not to believe the transgender movement’s maxims,” while “core” Christian beliefs have been labeled as unfit for modern life.
Mackereth plans to appeal the ruling.
The Doctor is 100% correct. The lefty conspiracy to confuse the public to such an extent that they will accept all types of perversity as “normal” behaviour will never work. The public persona has an inbuilt sensor which switches on when faced with constant bullshit. In other words we all have an instinctive bullshit meter. I would do the same as Dr Mackereth. thee are only TWO genders in nature – male, female; positive, negative; ying,yang call it what you like. you are born either with a xx dna or yx (these are similar to a hard disk drive which cannot be changed) EVRYTHING else a POLITICAL nonsense. the tribunal should be sacked and asked to attend nature classes to understand the difference in regard to this important fact.

The gender-choice movement is based totally on groundless beliefs divorced from not just the supernatural order but more essentially from the natural. For decades they have screamed for acceptance as being totally accepted on the basis that they “feel trapped in the body of the opposite sex”. When the psychological observations and therapies were offered on the basis that it was their minds which were out of sync with their bodies, that became an affront to them, such that not only did they have a right to try to make their bodies conform to their beliefs and their fantasies, but with the added push of the anti-family establishment and Big Brother, everyone else now has a religious and legal duty to believe in and propagate their fantasies to obliterate any conception of man & womankind based on their real natures. This is worse than the imposition of even Shariah law. As a civilization we are truly lost, unless we form the resolve for a total revolution to reassert what is right.

If people don’t unite similar to what they did in Cheran, Mexico, about 8 years ago then we are all doomed to a life of true slavery, even more than now. In that region of Mexico the people expelled police, mayor, politicians, civil servants and all those leeching off the taxpayer and now run their own region crime free and content. Legal point (Which the UK courts seem to be ignoring) – there has to be a case at issue;; a mere ‘hypothetical statement’ on what a course of action might be is a waste of the court’s time.
Courts are supposed to keep their rulings strictly to the issues at hand.
Here, there was no issue – ONLY a hypothetical discussion. For all we know (because people change their minds) let’s say a 6′ bearded guy claiming ‘F.’ status shows up;; THEN it MIGHT BECOME A LEGAL ISSUE; but perhaps iit won’t. Courts are NOT supposed to waste time on cases that aren’t ‘at issue.’
For all we know, if the 6′ bearded guy comes to work there, the good doctor might fall in love with the guy/beard/whatever.
This is an overreaching court!
