\nRutherford-Armstrong:\u00a0<\/strong> “Mr. Makow, at 10.25 a.m. on July 20, 2021 at the corner of Main and Higgins, you were overheard to utter the words, “bad dog” to your pet.\u00a0 How do you plead?”<\/p>\n

Makow:<\/strong> “Guilty with an explanation, Madame. ”<\/p>\n
