Mitt Romney would probably\u00a0win the caucus if\u00a0the Republican Party of Iowa\u00a0were to tally the caucus results using the dodgy\u00a0Voxeo telephonic tally system\u00a0used by the Iowa\u00a0Democrats\u00a0in 2004 and 2008.\u00a0 But\u00a0after having intensively queried the\u00a0Republican Party of\u00a0Iowa about how the\u00a0results will be tallied it seems to me\u00a0that they will be\u00a0tallying the results themselves in Des Moines.\u00a0<\/h5>\n
Nicole\u00a0Sizemore, assistant communications director for the GOP of\u00a0Iowa, told Bollyn.com\u00a0that there is no outside contractor involved in the tally and that\u00a0it will be a “very transparent” poll with multiple observers.\u00a0 Although\u00a0Sizemore could not reveal the specifics about how the results would\u00a0be communicated to headquarters, she confirmed that a complete breakdown of the 1,774 precinct results would be published within 14 days.\u00a0<\/h5>\n
This\u00a0is good news because it suggests that the results of the January 3 Republican caucus are\u00a0likely to be more representative,\u00a0honest, and accurate than the Democratic caucus in\u00a02008 that helped bring the dark horse candidate Barack Obama to power.\u00a0\u00a0In 2004 another dark horse candidate,\u00a0John Kerry, came from behind to run against George W. Bush.\u00a0 In both cases, pro-war candidates from the back of the pack\u00a0won the rigged caucus effectively\u00a0removing the question of the illegal war policy from the debate.\u00a0 Let’s\u00a0hope Ron Paul wins Iowa\u00a0in a truly\u00a0honest and transparent caucus on January 3.\u00a0 We certainly don’t need anymore illegal\u00a0Zionist wars for profit.<\/h5>\n
