In addition, prosecutors dismissed the sexual assault allegations involving two other disabled female victims at the same facility.<\/p>\n<p>The mother, Nathalie Muet, is openly publicizing a case in where she says her 23-year-old quadriplegic daughter, Mayline, was raped at an Association for the Protection of Disabled Children (ASEI) center in Ramonville-Saint-Agne.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to French newspaper <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ladepeche.fr\/2026\/09\/05\/temoignage-un-aide-soignant-est-soupconne-de-viols-sur-une-jeune-quadriplegique-pres-de-toulouse-la-plainte-est-classee-sans-suite-je-me-battrai-13535596.php\">La D\u00e9p\u00eache<\/a>, she called the decision \u201cincomprehensible.\u201d<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"GZzzBpFRAi\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/rmx.news\/article\/prosecutors-seek-nine-year-prison-sentence-for-senegalese-migrant-accused-of-raping-disabled-minor-in-spanish-garage\/\">Prosecutors seek nine-year prison sentence for Senegalese migrant accused of raping disabled minor in Spanish garage<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The rape complaint was first filed on Mayline\u2019s behalf in July 2025 and was dismissed on Aug. 1. In fact, Mayline is not the only woman who has filed a criminal complaint. The Moroccan was indicted in a total of three cases involving the sexual assault of young women, including Mayline.<\/p>\n<p>One of the key pieces of evidence the mother cites is the medical report. He was released at the end of 2025 and denies any accusation of rape.
