The Israeli minister of military affairs\u00a0says the occupying regime will forcibly expel Palestinians from the Gaza Strip by every way possible as soon as US President Donald Trump gives the green light to the scheme.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Speaking at a conference hosted by Israeli news site Ynet and newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth on Wednesday, Israel Katz claimed that the mass expulsion of Palestinians from Gaza remains the \u201conly solution\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn the end, there is no real solution for Gaza without this migration,\u201d Katz said, noting that the Tel Aviv regime \u201cis organized and prepared to get them (Palestinians) out \u2013 by sea, by air, by any means.\u201d<\/p>\n

Citing unspecified \u201csurveys,\u201d he also alleged that 80 percent of Palestinians living in Gaza want to leave the besieged Palestinian territory.<\/p>\n

He further said that Trump\u2019s approval was crucial to convince other countries to accept Palestinian refugees.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat\u2019s delaying it (the plan) is that the accepting countries want US support,\u201d he added. \u201cEvery country that is willing wants American backing.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Katz said that the plot to force Palestinians off their land\u00a0still remains under discussion and was merely \u201cfrozen\u201d by Trump due to pressure from Arab states.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe plan hasn\u2019t been canceled; it is being discussed all the time, even now, and I think there is no other solution for everyone\u2019s good,\u201d he pointed out.<\/p>\n

Asked when he thinks the plan could be enacted, the Israeli minister said it would be \u201cwhen it becomes clear that [the Palestinian resistance group] Hamas is not fulfilling its commitment[s]\u201d under the US plan for Gaza.<\/p>\n

\u201cThen we will get a green light to advance militarily, territorially, and in other areas as well,\u201d he went on to say.<\/p>\n

At the start of his second presidential term, Trump called for forcibly removing all two million Palestinians from the Gaza Strip and placing the territory under US control, in what legal scholars denounced as a war crime under the Geneva Conventions.<\/p>\n

Trump walked back the idea following strong pushback, including from Palestine and Egypt.<\/p>\n

US Senator Chris Van Hollen said he had earlier warned that Israel is planning to ethnically cleanse Gaza after visiting the blockaded territory\u2019s border with Egypt.<\/p>\n

Now, Katz \u201cconfirmed that\u2019s the goal,\u201d he wrote in an X post. \u201cWe must end our complicity.\u201d<\/p>\n
