Taken together, they paint a picture of a crisis that extends well beyond a single carrier. All sources below are being kept anonymous to protect them and their loved ones from retaliation.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u201cThey are not making anything up\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>One active-duty service member currently deployed alongside the Lincoln reached out to MeidasTouch to confirm that what\u2019s being reported is real, and that it isn\u2019t isolated to the Lincoln alone.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u201cThey are not making anything up on the Lincoln,\u201d the service member wrote. \u201cWe have it bad as well, but not quite as bad as them yet. It\u2019s only month 5 going on 6 for us, but eventually it will be bad. We have not seen land since being out here due to the Iran conflict.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Human waste, no showers, no supplies<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>One parent whose son recently returned from eleven months aboard the Lincoln, after finishing five years with an F\/A-18 fire squadron known as the \u201cTop Hatters,\u201d described conditions that had deteriorated badly by the time he got off the ship.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/screenshot-SS-Lincoln-Testimony.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wpa-warning wpa-image-missing-alt aligncenter size-full wp-image-330010\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/screenshot-SS-Lincoln-Testimony.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"923\" data-warning=\"Missing alt text\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/screenshot-SS-Lincoln-Testimony.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/screenshot-SS-Lincoln-Testimony-480x554.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 800px, 100vw\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Early in the deployment, the ship\u2019s water system went down entirely, leaving sailors unable to shower or wash their clothes. When the system was eventually restored, showers had to be tightly rationed. Supplies ran low repeatedly, made worse when resupply ships were unable to bring materials back to the carrier. By the time this sailor left the ship, the parent said, toilets had backed up and overflowed, leaving roughly half a foot of human waste across restroom floors used by around 200 sailors at any given time.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>No food, water, or soap for 136 days<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A separate message came from someone whose brother\u2019s fianc\u00e9e serves aboard the USS George H.W. Bush, a different carrier than the Lincoln. She was recently back in the U.S. for a family emergency and was able to describe conditions directly.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/screenshot-testimony-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wpa-warning wpa-image-missing-alt aligncenter size-full wp-image-330011\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/screenshot-testimony-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"399\" data-warning=\"Missing alt text\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/screenshot-testimony-2.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/screenshot-testimony-2-480x239.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 800px, 100vw\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>\u201cThey have virtually no food, water, or soap,\u201d the message relayed. \u201cThey\u2019ve been out at sea for 136 days with no end in sight. Morale is low and everyone is miserable. It\u2019s heartbreaking.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u201cPlease help him, he says he\u2019s tired, hungry, and scared\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Not every account involves a ship. One message described a son currently deployed to Kuwait, on land, whose mental health has deteriorated severely.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u201cI know you\u2019re being bombarded, and I hope my message and audio reach your eyes and ears, but what is being said is true, however not only on the sea but land,\u201d the message read. \u201cMy son is in Kuwait, and he is in extreme poor health. His entire mental has been destroyed, and all he wants to do is come home to his room and his dogs. Please help him. He says he\u2019s tired, hungry, and scared.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u201cHe doesn\u2019t care about his people\u201d<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Finally, a wife of a service member currently aboard the Lincoln wrote to MeidasTouch to say her husband, who has been following the coverage of conditions on the ship, told her they \u201cdesperately need more people to speak up about what is happening.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Screenshot-testimony-4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wpa-warning wpa-image-missing-alt aligncenter size-full wp-image-330014\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Screenshot-testimony-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"518\" data-warning=\"Missing alt text\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Screenshot-testimony-4.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Screenshot-testimony-4-480x311.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 800px, 100vw\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>She said that when sailors ask their commanding officer for updates, they\u2019ve been told not to worry about updates and to \u201cjust worry about today,\u201d and that the crew is exhausted, getting no days off, and running on only a few hours of sleep. Her husband also raised serious concerns about leadership aboard the ship, telling her bluntly that \u201che doesn\u2019t care about his people.\u201d She said sailors with more than 20 years of service are calling this the worst deployment they\u2019ve ever experienced.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am sharing this because these sailors need someone to speak for them,\u201d she wrote. \u201cThey are exhausted and feel like they are not being heard, and they desperately need help.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>The pattern is clear<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Taken together, alongside the reporting already out from Military Times, Stars and Stripes, and MS NOW, a consistent pattern emerges across multiple ships, multiple branches, and even service members on land: exhausted troops, failing infrastructure, dwindling supplies, no end date, and leadership that families say is not listening.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/meidasnews.com\/news\/not-just-the-lincoln-families-describe-human-waste-no-food-no-end-in-sight-across-multiple-ships\">Source<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Food shortages, lack of soap, clean water and other basic necessities are not just confined to the USS Abraham Lincoln.
