Four minutes later, he stabbed her to death.<\/p>\n<p>The other blacks in the car didn\u2019t lift a finger to help. The tram wasn\u2019t about to stop, but they just quietly decided they\u2019d rather be somewhere else, thank you very much.<\/p>\n<p>The killer is Decarlos Brown, a 34-year-old vagrant with a criminal record that goes back to 2011, when he was a juvenile.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_315102\" style=\"width: 610px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-315102\" class=\"wpa-warning wpa-image-missing-alt size-full wp-image-315102\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Decarlos-Brown.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"543\" data-warning=\"Missing alt text\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Decarlos-Brown.png 600w, https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Decarlos-Brown-480x434.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 600px, 100vw\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-315102\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Decartlos Brown<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Among his 14 court cases in Charlotte are assault, larceny, trespassing, destruction of property, and armed robbery, for which he did five years. He also has a diagnosis of schizophrenia.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wpa-warning wpa-image-missing-alt alignleft size-full wp-image-315103\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Magistrate-Teresa-Stokes.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" data-warning=\"Missing alt text\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Magistrate-Teresa-Stokes.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Magistrate-Teresa-Stokes-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/div>\n<p>On January 19, seven months before he murdered Iryna Zarutska, he was hauled before Magistrate Teresa Stokes for frivolous police calls, or \u201cmisusing 911.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><\/div>\n<p>She <a href=\"https:\/\/kiosk-nc.tylertech.cloud\/Kiosk\/DocumentViewer\/Embedded\/585D7BDC6D0F3702DBD65EC9E4BB2D7A2D020839CEE3105C2D40F9BB85598C1699085F74FE68D4D41C96956BE24F505C6A70A792D569B9032B2FFC52E1E87911?caseNum=25CR214223-590\">turned him loose without bail<\/a>, and the conditions of release were that \u201cyou are ORDERED to appear before the Court\u201d on January 21<sup>st <\/sup>\u2014 that was two days later \u2014 at 1:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re not supposed to turn loose criminals who are a danger to the community or a flight risk. I think a violent schizophrenic with no address or phone number is both a danger and a flight risk. Did she care? Who is this woman? She has been on the bench only since April 2023, and though she doesn\u2019t look much like a judge, she\u2019s an accomplished woman.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/theorg.com\/org\/community-mental-health-authority-of-clinton-eaton-ingham-counties\/org-chart\/teresa-stokes-jd-ma\">She works<\/a> at the Community Mental Health Services Authority of Clinton, Eato, and Ingrahm Counties in \u2013 believe it or not \u2013 Michigan. She is co-owner and director of a drying-out clinic called Pinnacle Recovery Services in Lansing, Michigan. She is co-owner of a sports bar, also in Lansing. She has a law degree from Cooley Law School and a Masters of Science in Criminal Justice. The cleaning lady would have made a better decision.<\/p>\n<p>How did this woman end up on the bench? Just let the brutha enjoy his freedom.<\/p>\n<p>There is a lot to say about this case but big media were mum about it for days. I\u2019ve been banging on about the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amren.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/1999-Color-of-Crime-Report.pdf\">color of crime<\/a> for 26 years, and it\u2019s great to see other people bringing it up.<\/p>\n<p>What else might they bring up? No, they are just as horrible.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday, Donald Trump talked about Iryna on a video from the Oval Office.<\/p>\n<p>He roared about the \u201cdepraved criminal element\u201d roaming our streets, and said \u201cwe have to be vicious with them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Yes, Donald, <em>and<\/em> we have to be vicious with the judges who turn depraved criminals loose, vicious with the depraved media who couldn\u2019t care less about Iryna Zarutska or any other white people snuffed out by their precious blacks with a capital B. We can\u2019t live with these people\u2014not with the blacks who just walked by while Iryna bled to death, not with the black power structure that turned her killer loose, and not with the countless violent degenerates that turn up in every major city.<\/p>\n<p>The multi-culti experiment\u2019s over. It failed.
