A team of leading German researchers has confirmed that Covid mRNA \u201cvaccines\u201d are laced with cancer-causing DNA contaminants.<\/p>\n

The findings emerged during a major investigation into reports of dangerous levels of DNA contaminants in Pfizer\u2019s Covid mRNA injections.<\/p>\n

Experts have been sounding the alarm about the presence of DNA contamination in Covid shots for some time.<\/p>\n

However, this latest study uses advanced techniques for more reliable quantification, making it the most significant investigation to date.<\/p>\n

As Slay News has previously reported<\/a>, leading scientists have been warning for some time that surges in deadly cancers among the Covid-vaccinated were\u00a0caused<\/a>\u00a0by\u00a0DNA fragments<\/a>\u00a0in the mRNA injections.<\/p>\n

The study was led by J\u00fcrgen O. Kirchner, an Independent Researcher in Hamburg, and Professor Brigitte K\u00f6nig of the University of Leipzig.<\/p>\n

The results<\/a> of the study were published<\/a> in the Preprints journal.<\/p>\n

The researchers hypothesized that residual DNA contaminants in multiple batches of Pfizer\u2019s Covid mRNA \u201cvaccine\u201d significantly exceed regulatory safety thresholds.<\/p>\n

They used advanced Qubit fluorescence spectroscopy to analyze vials for the \u201cvaccines.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kirchner and K\u00f6nig conducted an extensive critique and defense of their May 2024 study<\/a>, which quantified residual DNA in Pfizer injections using Qubit fluorometry.<\/p>\n

The authors challenge competing claims, most notably from Kaiser et al. (2024\u20132025).<\/p>\n

Kaiser et al. argue that DNA measurements were inflated due to high mRNA concentrations interfering with Qubit readings.<\/p>\n

To verify accuracy, the authors followed the Qubit DNA High Sensitivity Assay Kit protocol.<\/p>\n

They tested multiple Pfizer mRNA shot batches, using standard additions and dilution controls.<\/p>\n

They also examined fragment length distributions via the Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer and analyzed the impact of RNA interference based on data from Qubit\u2019s manufacturer, Thermo Fisher.<\/p>\n

Independent laboratory testing of multiple Pfizer \u201cvaccine\u201d batches revealed residual plasmid DNA concentrations.<\/p>\n

The contaminations range from 12 to 17.8 ng\/\u00b5L, far exceeding the European Union\u2019s legal threshold of 0.033 ng\/\u00b5L per dose.<\/p>\n

The researchers confirm that their findings reveal that DNA contamination exceeded safe levels by approximately 300 to 500 times.<\/p>\n

The Qubit fluorometric quantification method used in the analysis was confirmed to have minimal interference from residual RNA.<\/p>\n

It was well below 1 ng\/\u00b5L, falling within the instrument\u2019s \u00b115% accuracy range.<\/p>\n

These findings challenge prior claims by Kaiser et al. that \u201cvaccine\u201d batches complied with DNA safety limits.<\/p>\n

The researchers behind the latest study argue that those earlier estimates relied on non-validated extraction techniques such as phenol-chloroform and ethanol precipitation, which are known to underrepresent true DNA content.<\/p>\n

The specificity of the Qubit system was supported by both manufacturer documentation and internal validation using standard addition experiments.<\/p>\n

Further reinforcing the findings, a December 2024 study by a U.S. FDA laboratory independently confirmed the presence of residual DNA in Pfizer\u2019s Covid mRNA \u201cvaccine\u201d batches at concentrations ranging from 6 to 470 times above the FDA\u2019s 10 ng\/dose threshold, as Slay News reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Together, these results raise significant regulatory concerns about the accuracy of DNA quantification methods used during vaccine quality assessments.<\/p>\n

They also suggest that DNA contamination in mRNA \u201cvaccine\u201d products has been massively underestimated.<\/p>\n

This latest study reignites debate over residual DNA impurities in gene-based products such as Covid \u201cvaccines.\u201d<\/p>\n

It raises urgent questions for regulators and public health agencies.<\/p>\n

If the Kirchner-K\u00f6nig findings are accurate and reproducible, Pfizer\u2019s mRNA \u201cvaccine\u201d\u00a0could contain DNA contaminants at levels that breach regulatory safety thresholds by orders of magnitude.<\/p>\n

The authors argue that alternative measurement techniques underestimate contamination due to flawed extractions and methodologically unsound assumptions.<\/p>\n

These underscore a critical gap in regulatory oversight and methodological standardization for nucleic acid-based vaccines.<\/p>\n

Weighing in on the previous FDA study, Kevin McKernan, a former director of the Human Genome Project, described the findings as a \u201cbombshell.\u201d<\/p>\n

McKernan has been sounding the alarm about the cancer-causing mechanism of DNA contamination in the vaccines.<\/p>\n

He explained that plasmid DNA fragments entering the cell\u2019s cytoplasm with the help of lipid nanoparticles could\u00a0overstimulate<\/a>\u00a0the\u00a0cGAS-STING pathway.<\/p>\n

The cGAS-STING pathway is a crucial component of the innate immune response.<\/p>\n

\u201cChronic activation of the cGAS-STING pathway could paradoxically fuel cancer growth,\u201d McKernan warned.<\/p>\n

\u201cRepeated exposure to foreign DNA through COVID-19 boosters may amplify this risk over time, creating conditions conducive to cancer development.\u201d<\/p>\n

During the FDA study<\/a>, traces of the SV40 promoter were detected among the DNA fragments.<\/p>\n

While the authors concluded that these fragments were \u201cnon-replication-competent,\u201d meaning they cannot replicate in humans, McKernan disagreed.<\/p>\n

\u201cTo assert that the DNA fragments are non-functional, they would need to transfect mammalian cells and perform sequencing, which wasn\u2019t done here,\u201d\u00a0McKernan stated.<\/p>\n

\u201cMoreover, the methods used in this study don\u2019t effectively capture the full length of DNA fragments,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

As Slay News previously\u00a0reported<\/a>, McKernan issued a warning to the public last month after discovering traces of Covid mRNA \u201cvaccines\u201d in the rapidly developing cancerous tumors of turbo cancer patients.<\/p>\n

Dr. McKernan, a genomics scientist with 25 years of experience in his field, made the discovery during experiments in his Boston lab.<\/p>\n

McKernan gene-sequenced a cancerous tumor, matching the genetic sequence to Pfizer\u2019s Covid mRNA injection.<\/p>\n

The discovery is being hailed as definitive proof that Covid mRNA \u201cvaccines\u201d cause cancer.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re in the stage where we\u2019re scanning through tumors to look for integration events and looking for evidence of this in cancer biopsies,\u201d McKernan said.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd we can find them now.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey found one that had really high spike [protein] sent to us for sequencing.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd we can find components of Pfizer\u2019s vaccines inside this thing a year after vaccination.\u201d<\/p>\n
