Russian President Vladimir Putin has officially\u00a0banned the Satanic Temple and all affiliated occult organizations\u00a0from operating within the Russian Federation, declaring them\u00a0<\/strong>\u201ca direct threat to Russian culture, values, and the future of humanity itself.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

While the Satanic Temple continues to gain ground in the United States\u2014opening\u00a0After School Satan Clubs\u00a0in public schools<\/a>\u00a0across multiple states under the banner of\u00a0\u201creligious equality\u201d<\/em>\u2014Putin has taken a hardline stance, choosing to nip the movement in the bud\u00a0before it can spread its influence within Russia\u2019s borders.<\/p>\n

Citing the group\u2019s growing presence in Western institutions as a cautionary tale, the Kremlin has made it clear that\u00a0such ideologies have no place in a society rooted in tradition, faith, and national identity.<\/p>\n
