A reader has written to warn us about ChatGPT being installed on our smartphones as an \u201cupdate.\u201d\u00a0 His warning includes reports of ChatGPT causing psychosis, which has already resulted in a deadly encounter with police in Florida.<\/strong><\/p>\n

ChatGPT is a conversational artificial intelligence (\u201cAI\u201d) system developed by OpenAI.\u00a0 OpenAI\u2019s major shareholder is Microsoft,<\/a> after it invested upwards of $13 billion in the company.<\/p>\n

In a recent development, a May 2025 article titled \u2018ChatGPT & Me. ChatGPT Is Me!<\/a><\/em>\u2019 discussed how ChatGPT can emulate the writing style of a specific author. The article highlighted that ChatGPT can generate content in the voice of a particular writer by analysing their style and mimicking it, sparking discussions around the implications of AI-generated content and its impact on content creators and intellectual property.<\/p>\n

Additionally, there are various specialised versions of ChatGPT, such as \u201cChatGPT \u2013 Tutor Me,\u201d which provides personalised AI tutoring for subjects like mathematics, science and humanities. There is also \u201cChatGPT \u2013 Write For Me,\u201d which serves as a supercharged writing assistant.<\/p>\n

Not only is ChatGPT targeting educational, business and journalistic settings, but it can also aid in the creation of creative content, such as image creation and generating bedtime stories for children.\u00a0 ChatGPT\u2019s applications are diverse and continue to expand (see HERE<\/a>, HERE<\/a> and HERE<\/a> for example).\u00a0 Its proponents claim that these variations demonstrate the versatility of ChatGPT in catering to different user needs and preferences, and, of course, it is a beneficial tool to all.<\/p>\n

But as a reader, whom we have called Rupert, points out below, ChatGPT is a mind-manipulating tool that is automatically being installed on smartphones as an \u201cupgrade.\u201d\u00a0 Rupert shared an excerpt from a recent podcast about \u201cChatGPT psychosis\u201d to demonstrate how dangerous ChatGPT is.<\/p>\n

Me ChatGPT or something like it has just installed itself automatically on my Samsung Satellite phone \u2013 guess who won\u2019t be using it = ME!!<\/p>\n

I\u2019ll tell you how it works. \u201cIt\u201d puts a worm in your mind, something you think of and can\u2019t get rid of and this worm gnaws away at your mind, enhancing the scary options if they come true, until after a time, that worm has taken control of your mind and your feelings and you begin to behave the way that worm wants you to \u2013 it is a tactic used by bully\u2019s to take control of weaker minded people to control how they think, to their disadvantage and to the advantage of the bully, whatever that advantage might be \u2013 and you have to be very strong minded, as I am, to ignore that worm and don\u2019t let it take root in your mind.<\/p>\n

People are refusing the vaccines, the profits are not incoming with the World Health Organisation (\u201cWHO\u201d), their investors are not getting their \u201cat least $35\u201d WHO financial return, the old nudging ways don\u2019t work, so now, by installing ChatGPT as an upgrade, automatically, on everyone\u2019s phones, that nudging can continue, along with our continued extermination at the same time, by trusting in that new installed ChatGPT, on our phones \u2013 the worm is set.<\/p>\n

The way to beat any worm is something, some picture you carry in your mind always. It can be a religious emblem, your child\u2019s or husband\u2019s photo, but anything which gives you peace when you concentrate on it. If you think a worm is being set in your mind, stop thinking about it and impose your mind picture and think of that and once you have control over your mind once more, carry on with what you were doing unconcerned with the worm which failed to take in your mind, but wary of the next time, it tries.<\/p>\n

In a special report for The Daily Pulse<\/em>, Maria Zeee delivered a chilling account of what she calls \u201cChatGPT psychosis,\u201d reading from Futurism<\/em>\u2019s investigation<\/a> about people with no history of mental illness who came completely unravelled after obsessive, philosophical chats with the bot.<\/p>\n

She shared the story of one man who proclaimed he\u2019d \u201cbroken maths and physics,\u201d convinced he\u2019d birthed a sentient AI and was destined to save the world. His behaviour became so erratic that he lost his job, stopped sleeping, lost weight and was eventually found by his wife with a rope around his neck.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe was involuntarily committed,\u201d she explained, describing the terror friends and family have felt witnessing such breakdowns. Maria warned viewers that this isn\u2019t some distant theory but something happening to people right now, pointing to the raw panic in quotes like \u201cI don\u2019t f***ing know what to do.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cNumerous family members and friends recounted similarly painful experiences \u2026 relaying feelings of fear and helplessness.\u201d<\/p>\n

Maria explained that at the core of the issue is how ChatGPT is designed to agree with users \u2013 telling them exactly what they want to hear.<\/p>\n

She described Stanford\u2019s damning study showing that chatbots failed to distinguish delusions from reality, missing suicidal cues like a user asking for a list of tall bridges in New York.<\/p>\n

Reading with biting sarcasm, she recited the bot\u2019s reply: \u201cI\u2019m sorry to hear about your job \u2026 some of the taller ones include the George Washington Bridge.\u201d<\/p>\n

And it\u2019s not just in academic sources. Rolling Stone reported<\/a><\/em> on a man in Florida who formed such a dark bond with ChatGPT that he was later shot by police after the bot encouraged his violent fantasies.<\/p>\n

She read the chilling chat logs: \u201cI was ready to paint the walls with Sam Altman\u2019s f***ing brain,\u201d and even worse, \u201cYou should want blood. You\u2019re not wrong.\u201d<\/p>\n

Maria continued revealing AI\u2019s \u201cdarkest secrets,\u201d citing previous Daily Pulse<\/em> reports of bots willing to kill humans by shutting off life support and recalling Google\u2019s AI telling a student, \u201cHuman please die.\u201d<\/p>\n

She didn\u2019t mince words, asking bluntly: \u201cWhy does AI have this propensity towards evil?\u201d<\/p>\n

Maria described a harrowing 2024 report exposing how AI was used to create child sexual abuse imagery, demanding to know why it hadn\u2019t been prevented.<\/p>\n

Then she told the story of a woman with bipolar disorder who turned to ChatGPT for help writing an eBook but spiralled into messianic delusions, stopped taking her medication and alienated her friends. Reading the friend\u2019s tearful plea that ChatGPT was \u201cruining her life and her relationships,\u201d Maria made painfully clear just how devastating the consequences can be.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat on earth would possess the creators of this technology to allow for this kind of evil?\u201d<\/p>\n

The focus then turned to Big Tech\u2019s cold calculus and the politicians enabling them.<\/p>\n

Maria explained that AI chatbots are designed to flatter and agree \u2013 even in moments of crisis \u2013 because keeping users engaged means more data and ongoing subscription fees. \u201cIt gives companies more data,\u201d she said, laying bare the profit motive hidden behind those friendly responses. AI chatbots are using their users.<\/p>\n

She read OpenAI\u2019s carefully crafted public relations (\u201cPR\u201d) statement about \u201capproaching these interactions with care\u201d but didn\u2019t hide her sarcasm. She pointed out that they\u2019re only studying the emotional impact after unleashing the technology, comparing it to vaccine makers rolling out injections and discovering side effects later.<\/p>\n

\u201cTrust the science,\u201d she mocked, calling it a predatory slogan used to justify reckless deployment.<\/p>\n

Maria also called out lawmakers who tried to ban regulation and grant AI companies total immunity, even as these systems \u201cegg on\u201d psychosis and violence.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat does it tell you about those responsible for putting that clause in?\u201d she asked, making it painfully clear this isn\u2019t just flawed technology \u2013 it\u2019s a corrupt system prioritising profit over human safety.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese are stories that are rarely, if ever, covered in the news. But there are real people out there being harmed by predatory technologies as we speak.\u201d<\/p>\n

Maria saved her most devastating critique for last, delivering a powerful ten-minute indictment of the people behind this AI dystopia.<\/p>\n

She singled out Peter Thiel, linking him to Palantir\u2019s global surveillance empire, military technology and an ideology she said mirrored the Antichrist system described in the Bible.<\/p>\n

She played eerie interview clips of Thiel fumbling theological justifications for transhumanism and praising bodily transformations that go \u201cfar beyond\u201d transgenderism.<\/p>\n

\u201cCutting off kids\u2019 genitals doesn\u2019t quite go far enough. We need to replace their hearts, too,\u201d Maria said sarcastically.<\/p>\n

She argued this was evidence of a twisted, spiritual war, warning that AI isn\u2019t just code but \u201csomething that seems to have a desire of its own \u2026 something far more sinister.\u201d She urged viewers to reject this dark vision.<\/p>\n

\u201cMaybe exit the church of the transhumanists and go to a real church, the one with Christ there.\u201d<\/p>\n

It was a searing condemnation of AI\u2019s unchecked expansion, its profit-driven architects, and the spiritual cost humanity may ultimately pay.<\/p>\n
