Norwegian police are investigating the possibility there might have been a second gunman involved in Friday’s killing spree.<\/span><\/p>\n Police are currently holding 32-year-old Anders Behring Breivik in connection with the shooting rampage that left at least 84 dead at a summer youth camp on Utoeya island, near Oslo.<\/span><\/p>\n But police say some survivors have told them a second gunman was involved. \u201cWe have heard the same accounts of a second gunman, and are working hard to establish if that was the case,\u201d Einar Aas of the Oslo police told the online edition of newspaper VG.<\/span><\/p>\n Unlike Behring Breivik, who was disguised as policeman, witnesses say the second man was not.<\/span><\/p>\n Friday\u2019s shooting rampage followed a massive blast in central Oslo that left an additional seven dead and many more injured.<\/span><\/p>\n Meanwhile, the corporate media is busy casting Anders Behring Breivik as an <\/span>architypal \u201cracist\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/a> and \u201cwhite supremacist<\/span><\/a><\/strong>\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n Beyond portraying Behring Breivik in much the same light as it once did Timothy McVeigh, the corporate media is also repeating the line about how \u201c<\/span>lax gun la<\/span>ws<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/a>\u201d helped contribute to the outrage.<\/span><\/p>\n So in all likelyhood Norway may soon see the passage of much stricter firearms legislation.<\/span><\/p>\n However, its also been reported that the <\/span>Facebook page<\/span><\/strong><\/a> <\/span>upon which most of the media is basing its profile of Anders Behring Breivik was only created AFTER his shooting rampage.<\/span><\/p>\n Meaning that even if they didn\u2019t orchestrate the killings, certain elements are seeking to turn Friday\u2019s tragedy to their own advantage.<\/span><\/p>\n Are we witnessing a psyops unfold guided by these same covert elements?<\/span><\/p>\n Initial reports were very quick to suggest the possible involvement of \u201cMuslim radicals\u201d in Friday\u2019s killing. Before anyone had even claimed responsibility, speculation was rife about how \u201c<\/span>suspicions will inevitably fall on Islamist militants<\/span><\/strong><\/a>.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n As it turned out, Muslim extremists were not involved. So now the corporate media is coming out with an entirely different line but one that is all too familiar.<\/span><\/p>\n Instead of \u201cMuslim extremists\u201d we are now being told about the involvement of \u201cwhite racists\u201d. So rather than sound off about the dangers posed by \u201cradical Islam\u201d, the media is now rattling-on incessantly about the threat from \u201cfar-right extremists\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n In fact some of the very same commentators who on Friday were warning about the potential involvement of \u201c<\/span>Islamist radicals<\/span><\/strong><\/a>\u201d and all that implies are now warning of the \u201c<\/span><\/span>enemy within \u2026 the far right loner<\/span><\/strong><\/a>\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n In a matter of days the blame has switched from \u201cIslamist militants\u201d to the\u00a0opposite extreme.<\/span><\/p>\n Seriously, you have to wonder if someone isn\u2019t trying to stir things up here. For even if they didn\u2019t have a hand in orchestrating Friday\u2019s shootings, it seems certain elements are intent on trying to pit ordinary Norwegians against the country\u2019s Muslim community.<\/span><\/p>\n It\u2019s an old routine otherwise known as \u201cdivide and rule\u201d and it has been happening across the world. First, and this cannot be a coincidence, countries from the U.S. to Europe and Australasia have seen a massive influx of immigrants.<\/span><\/p>\n Next, and with the assistance of the corporate media, tension is stoked between the host community and the newly arrived immigrants.<\/span><\/p>\n It has been decades in the making but this \u201cdivide and rule\u201d routine may soon reach its climax. And whether that culminates in bloody confrontation depends on the extent to which people are aware of this process of manipulation.<\/span><\/p>\n But don\u2019t expect to hear about that from the corporate media.
