A former head of the Israeli regime\u2019s internal spy agency Shin Bet has openly called for a \u201cnon-violent revolt\u201d aimed at \u201cstopping\u201d the regime amid its surveillance campaign against dissent.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Addressing anti-regime protesters in Tel Aviv on Saturday, Ami Ayalon urged illegal settlers to \u201ctake to the streets\u201d towards staging the revolt, saying \u201cdisobedience\u201d had become a “duty” in light of the regime’s targeting of protesters.<\/p>\n

He said prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu was\u00a0using\u00a0Shin Bet and other agencies “to surveil those who wish to protest,” adding that, under such circumstances,\u00a0“a black flag flies before our eyes.”<\/p>\n

The remarks invoked\u00a0a legal doctrine in Israeli law, which deems certain immoral orders inherently illegal.<\/p>\n

The comments came after current Shin Bet chief Ronen Bar also denounced Netanyahu for attempting to misuse the spy agency to monitor protesters.<\/p>\n

The regime is facing intensifying protest among the settlers concerning its\u00a0various methods, including its insistence on sustaining its war of genocide against the Gaza Strip instead of reaching a deal that could bring scores of Israeli captives back from the coastal territory.<\/p>\n

Thousands-strong rallies converge weekly on the city\u2019s Begin Road in a show of united dissidence.<\/p>\n

Israeli activist Shikma Bressler also addressed the crowd in Tel Aviv, echoing Ayalon\u2019s warning, and saying, “A black flag flies over all of Netanyahu\u2019s decisions.”<\/p>\n

Former Israeli military chief Dan Halutz told the protesters that\u00a0Netanyahu was perpetuating the Gaza war for political survival.<\/p>\n

He said “this is an unnecessary war, driven by the religious, mystic, messianic delusions of his [Netanyahu’s] coalition partners, not by,” what he called, “security need.”<\/p>\n

Halutz described Netanyahu, who remains on trial for multiple corruption charges, as \u201ca clear, present, and immediate danger\u201d to the regime.<\/p>\n

Israeli war machine continues Gaza onslaught<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Meanwhile, the regime\u2019s genocidal campaign against Gaza continued\u00a0unabated.<\/p>\n

Israeli air and artillery attacks killed at least 40 Palestinians across the territory on Saturday alone, according to Gaza\u2019s government media office.<\/p>\n

The Palestinian ministry of health says at least 51,495 Palestinians, predominantly women and children, have been confirmed killed since the war began in October 2023.<\/p>\n

Thousands more remain trapped under the rubble of bombed-out neighborhoods, suggesting the true death toll could be significantly higher.<\/p>\n

The war has also triggered a catastrophic humanitarian crisis in Gaza. The World Food Program (WFP) recently announced that it had entirely depleted its food stocks inside the enclave due to the Israeli regime\u2019s months-long, total blockade.<\/p>\n

\u201cNo humanitarian or commercial supplies have entered Gaza for more than seven weeks as all main border crossings remain closed,” the body warned.<\/p>\n
