For years now Jewish supremacists and hard-line Zionists have routinely labeled anyone who dared criticize them, their views and behavior as \u201canti-Semites\u201d.<\/p>\n

Even Jews who spoke out against them weren\u2019t immune, although they were given a special designation as \u201cself-hating Jews\u201d<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Until fairly recently the term \u201canti-Semite\u201d still carried some opprobrium. Not only inviting social disapproval but criminal prosecution too. So you could lose your job, your friends, publishing contracts and even end up in prison for alleged \u201canti-Semitism\u201d.<\/p>\n

However, things are changing and ardent Zionists have only themselves to blame.<\/p>\n

Largely through overuse, the term anti-Semite is losing its sting. So that in some quarters it is even seen as a badge of honour.<\/p>\n

Naming Candace Owens as the \u201cAntisemite of the Year 2024\u201d is only going to accentuate this trend.<\/p>\n

She is highly regarded for her outspokenness and that\u2019s why attempts to smear and silence Owens may backfire badly.<\/p>\n

By condemning her as an \u201canti-Semite\u201d because she dared denounce Israeli crimes in Gaza her critics are treading a dangerous path. Indeed, if they are not careful they might find that they\u2019ve actually conferred some legitimacy on \u201canti-Semitism\u201d. As more and more people realize that the term is used to obscure crimes and deflect unwanted attention and criticism. Ed<\/p>\n

Candace Owens named \u2018Antisemite of the Year\u2019 for 2024<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Disgraced conservative commentator Candace Owens has been named the 2024 “Antisemite of the Year,” an ignominious title awarded by StopAntisemitism, a leading non-partisan U.S.-based organization dedicated to combating antisemitism.<\/p>\n

In its announcement, StopAntisemitism stated:<\/p>\n

\u201cFrom defending Hitler\u2019s actions in Germany and mocking Jewish fears over Kanye West\u2019s antisemitic tweets, to claiming Israel forces Muslims into segregated quarters and insinuating Hollywood is run by sinister Jewish gangs, Owens has been rightfully crowned 2024’s Antisemite of the Year.\u201d<\/p>\n

Owens\u2019 rhetoric escalated further following the October 7 Hamas attacks on Israel, as she amplified conspiracy theories targeting Jews and the Jewish state. This led to her ousting from The Daily Wire and a suspension from YouTube. Owens\u2019 actions have since been widely condemned, including by evangelical leaders and even her own father-in-law.<\/p>\n

Joining Owens in the so-called \u201cTop Three\u201d are environmental activist Greta Thunberg, who has drawn criticism for her pro-Hamas stances, and popular Twitch streamer Hasan Piker, accused of echoing Hamas propaganda.<\/p>\n

StopAntisemitism\u2019s annual designation serves as a stark reminder of the continued fight against antisemitism worldwide.<\/p>\n
