The opera does not only contain bloody scenes that are physically difficult to watch; it is the equivalent of poison to the soul.<\/p>\n Composed by Paul Hindemith, Sancta Susanna<\/em> first premiered in Stuggart in 1921. However, the show was canceled due to its blasphemous content. Furthermore, Hindemith\u2019s music was qualified as \u201cdegenerate.\u201d Over a century later, performance artist Florentina Holzinger adapted the opera and took it to new levels of degeneracy. And, since the elite wants the masses to bask in Somodom and Gomorrah-levels of depravity, the show was not canceled; it was promoted. Would the show exist if it mocked any other religion?
