Hezbollah<\/a>\u2019s leader said this week\u2019s two deadly attacks on the Lebanon<\/a>-based militant group\u2019s pagers and walkie-talkies<\/a> is a \u201cdeclaration of war\u201d.<\/p>\n

Hassan Nasrallah<\/a> admitted the two-day attack, which killed at least 37 and wounded thousands, was a \u201csevere blow\u201d and warned that Israel had crossed a \u201cred line\u201d.<\/p>\n

As Nasrallah spoke in a televised address from an unknown location, Hezbollah and the Israeli military traded new strikes over the border.<\/p>\n

\u201cYes, we were subjected to a huge and severe blow,\u201d Nasrallah said of the attack widely believed to be carried out by Israel\u2019s spy agency on communications devices which exploded in faces of Hezbollah members,<\/a> even crippling or blinding some fighters<\/p>\n

\u201cThe enemy crossed all boundaries and red lines,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Israeli war planes flew low over Beirut and broke the sound barrier during the speech creating huge \u2018sonic booms\u2019 that shook the city.<\/p>\n
