They do not have enough access to water, food, fuel and medicine.<\/p>\n<p>In July, UN experts sounded the alarm about the Palestinian children in the besieged territory losing their lives due to Israel\u2019s \u201cstarvation campaign.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Palestinian father mourns new born twins killed by Israel<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In the most recent instance of Israeli barbarism, Muhammad Abu al-Qumsan\u00a0was on his way on August 14 to register his newborn twins&#8217; birth, when an Israeli strike killed them both, as well as his wife and mother-in-law.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFive minutes after getting the birth certificate, I was getting their death certificates,\u201d Qumsan, 33, said.<\/p>\n<p>The Qumsan family have been displaced three times since October.<\/p>\n<p>His wife, a pharmacist, and the twins were among at least 23 people, including a nine-month-old baby, killed in several Israeli strikes in the area.<\/p>\n<p>Humanitarian organizations say all of Gaza\u2019s children have been exposed to the traumatic experiences of war.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Kindly Don\u2019t skip this story\ud83d\ude4f<\/p>\n<p>Muhammad Abu Al-Qumsan was on his way to collect birth certificates for his newborn twins, ready to embrace fatherhood.
